Great location to go to Grand Prix at Albert park. Reception staff friendly and helpful

Didn’t like that the bedrooms had no air conditioning The corridors also very hot and stuffy The power went out overnight and all our food in the fridge was ruined, reception didn’t seem to care, we lost a lot of food . Also the price for apartment was quite high so thought a food voucher or some kind of compensation could have been offered.

Excellent Location, views, cooking facilities and a comfy bed. Secure undercover parking ($20/day) is great to have, yet the spaces are very narrow. Difficult to unload luggage from back seat when cars parked either side of yours.

The couch is old and extremely uncomfortable. Frypan cooking surface is burnt and needs updating. Bathroom sink impractical... needs a vanity unit with counter space for toiletries and make up application. Would be nice if there was a dryer, there's space for it. The bottom bedsheet needs to be fitted style, not flat, as the sheet gets dislodged as soon as turning back covers and turning over during sleep.

The location is in close proximity to Caulfield racecourse, a train station, Dan Murphy’s, Swimwear Galore, a newsagent/lotto up the road and a couple of eateries and pubs. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our apartment had a little balcony with table and chairs which was nice for an evening drink. The bed was very large and comfortable. The kitchenette was well appointed. There was a washing machine which we didn’t need but would be useful for longer stays.

The location is on a main road which we found very noisy, particularly with windows open for air. Be aware that this is a serviced apartment rather than a hotel; we had a small delay checking in which had we expected it would be fine but it made check in stressful because we weren’t sure about where to park and after a long drive needed a comfort stop in a hurry. There appeared to be just one receptionist on duty and so understandably they couldn’t be everywhere at once so it’s something to be aware of. The shower screen wasn’t water tight so there was slight flooding in the bathroom after showers.

Upon arrival, we had to call the front desk as the receptionist was not around to hand us our keys. Thankfully, they did not take too long to attend to us. The room was quite spacious and we really appreciate the huge windows with good views of the city. Furthermore, the gym was well equipped and had almost everything we wanted in a gym. Overall, it was a good stay!

Although it is a huge building, there are only two lifts which serve 16 stories. It can get really crowded in the lifts, hence we had to wait for a longer time to be able to take them.

Loved . Location..suitable for short stay. .very warm welcome. No fuss... parking ok..but does add extra expense. Comfortable bed..loved view and lovely balcony..next time would request higher floor as traffic noise is an issue ... what more can I say...all satisfactory..

Would have liked TV In bedroom as couch was very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory for two adults in living room. . I would suggest maybe an extra lounge chair..

13th floor room 1318, the location was good, great view of Melbourne. There's a Dan Murphys next door. Under cover secure parking. I saw a train line across the street so there would have been a station need by. Very quiet considering its on a major road

The sofa needs to be replaced. It was extremely uncomfortable, sitting on the floor was better. Shame about the protests in the city, made getting around difficult with so many streets closed

I was on level 9 and balcony was facing Caulfield Racecourse. I was on a horse racing trip so big tick. Shower was amazing! Big, beautiful shampoo/conditioner and soap provided along with very powerful shower. 1 bedroom apartment good size and has full functioning kitchen. Great location.

Underground car parking is limited when busy. I had a big Ford Ranger and the tight parking areas when busy was very difficult.

Great location and very comfortable

We stayed for 8 nights And asked twice for a room makeover which didn’t happen The concierge said it would be done Ended up have to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. And the room still didn’t get done before day 8 Suspect one lazy staff member not following up on their job.

Gorgeous apartments! View was incredible and had everything we needed. We booked out the business suite for meetings and it was great. Location was great and close to everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Bathrooms were slightly small for how big the apartment was, otherwise everything was great!

The layout of the apartment. It had all the mod cons in a nice compact space. Comfy bed , and the balcony was a bonus with the nice weather Melbourne was having. The location was perfect for me and it was close to where I needed to be.

The front door of the hotel was revolving too fast!, hard to navigate a suitcase through! Just a minor glitch
