We had an excellent stay where everything we needed was on hand. Dischwasher, clothes washer and dryer, fabulous kitchen items and the rooms were quiet. It was great having two bedrooms and a separate toilet and Paul, who met us, was excellent in his explanation of everything from the different keys and even walking us to the garage to show us how to access the gates and where we parked our car. Just outstanding service.

Being our 1st time visiting Melbourne, we weren't sure how easy it will be to commute from the property to the city and back. But it turned out to be very convenient -- its a short walk to the North Brighton station which around minutes to Flinders station. Our hosts, Paul and Jason, were very accommodating and flexible. We were warmly welcomed by Paul despite our late arrival. Jason, sorry we couldnt meet you in person but thank you for the personal note you left at the door. Thank you to you both for generously granting the requests we made and for making our stay very pleasant. The apartment is well furnished, with all the basic supplies (and more) that you'll need for a week-long stay. We didnt get to stay-in as much due to our busy schedule touring the city and attending the Taylor Swift concerts, but it was always great to come back to a comfortable home away from home.

Couldnt really fault the property. if anything, if the bedroom windows are open, we can hear the neighbours on the next building when they open/close their doors.

Seamless check in and a warm welcome from Jason who met us at the entry to the building and showed us personally to our apartment. Our ground floor 2xbed apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed with the most amazing over sized kitchen! Beds were very comfy and enjoyed lovely, continuous hot water supply from the showers in the updated bathrooms. Peaceful, safe location with great local cafes just footsteps away, plus well stocked IGA around the corner and city train close by. Altogether made for an ideal stay whilst in Melbourne.

I was greeted by Jason, excellent service. He was friendly and kind and helpful showing the facilities. I celebrated my birthday and was gifted chocolates and a card. This was such a nice gesture. Thanks Jason. The property itself was a 2bedroom apartment, and was quite comfortable. The bathrooms, and bedrooms were tidy.

The cutlery and plates were dirty.

Great place, very spacious and had every thing we needed. Beds were comfortable and the appartment was in a great location.

The couches were a little hard and the leather was scatched and the carpet was a bit stained in places but still ok.

I have been staying at Brighton Bay Apartments twice a year for a few years now. The staff are outstanding; always a friendly welcome back, courteous and responsive all the time. The apartments are big - it is a really unique place to stay. Lots of cafes and restaurants in Bay Street, the gym membership at Brighton Baths Health Club were a bonus, I could ride there using the apartments free bike hire.

Location is great - 30mins walk to the beach, lots of cafes and restaurants in the area , apartment is clean n neat , check in : check out super easy

It's not often that accommodation exceeds expectations and is even better than expected by photos but the brighton bay apartments are amazing. Lovely and clean, spacious, amazing having the bath and also air conditioning in the main bathroom. Great location with only a short (under 5 minute) walk to the train station and sky bus. Super happy with our stay

the apartment was a great size with everything you’d need to stay a few days out of the city. great towels and beds. bath for the kids. great having two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Paul was amazing showed me everything and waited for our delayed arrival. he was so kind and gracious

no salt or pepper but everything else was great. loved the complimentary chocolate and water etc. felt very looked after and catered for.
