Just about everything about this place was fantastic full stop the cleaning could have been a little better with a few things overlooked by housekeeping. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling or looking to stay short stay in Melbourne suburbs. My husband actually commented saying he could live here upon check-in. It was easy after hours check in collecting the key from a key safe. Staff were friendly and helpful the little that we did interact with them. All in all it was a very pleasant stay

The cleaning was lacking in a few areas specifically the most obvious was the vacuuming that had been missed. A few other areas of cleaning also needed attention like The soggy dishwasher tablets and laundry powder in the basket under the sink and the dusting that had been missed for a while. With the rest of it being so pleasant this was easy to forgive

Nice space for a couple for a weekend or longer. Full kitchen if you want to cook. Nice lounge space. Big comfy bed. Extra blankets and heater for bedroom. Good location on Bay St. We walked to the beach and lots of cafes etc..to have coffee / food on the way back. Great location for us to get around.

Quite small bathroom, but functional. Courtyard off bedroom was a bit unkempt , could have tidied it up for a better vibe. No salt/ pepper , or washing powder in laundry. Would be nice to have just a small sachet of each available. Overall we were happy with what we had though.

Easy finding for us out of towners. The suite was a surprise indeed. Perfect design for feeling comfortable and plenty of space. The bathroom was the same, a pleasant surprise, all in all perfect from the lady at reception to the smiling farewell from other residents. all in all everything we had dared to hope for.

Nothing at all!

Due to an issue with the apartments we were transferred to their backup location. The backup location didn't appear to be of the standard we were expecting. We were expecting somewhere with a bit of space but the apratment we got was really only suitable for sleeping. A bit disappointing

Room had everything you needed.

My room was on lower floor and the lobby to that area was open all night. The room door seemed fairly flimsy, no interior chain or anything. As a lone female felt a little uncomfortable that anyone off the street could walk into the complex.

Furniture could have been much better , couch had a sheet over it ( wouldn’t want to sit on it without sheet , car parks weren’t numbered and when I returned I had to park outside as not enough space for my Ute 🤔

great value, very spacious and well equipped room, staff were friendly and welcoming

the room could do with a little love, there was mould on the bathroom window, and the wooden window frame around it had water damage, the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The roller blinds in the lounge area didn't look clean. The bedspread was very thin and I got cold despite putting the extra blanket on.

The apartment size is ok, parking is nearby n free. Backyard is decent size, good thing has heater. Toilet has washing machine, a bit small but acceptable. Apartment location is good as nearby to supermarket, shops n cafe.

I dont like their pillows, too thin and mattress not so comfy.

We stayed here as it was in close proximity to where we needed to be. The rooms were very spacious and there was plenty of off street parking.

We were supplied with any bathroom supplied other than toilet paper and the room looked quite tired and could do with some work

The staff were friendly, the apartments have everything you need in them and are very big, the bed is comfy, everything was clean.

The rooms are a little cold and basic and we were worried about leaving our bags in reception in the morning (although everything was fine). Overall it's a great place for value for money. Would return.
