The apartment was lovely! Big with lots of space and well kitted out with kitchen and everything you'd need plus washer, dryer and ironing facilities. The staff on reception were always very friendly and the apartment felt very secure (card entry to main door after hours and room key required to operate the lift). The reserved parking was also a bonus. The location is brilliant, Brighton is a lovely little suburb and the main street has lots of nice bars and restaurants/cafes. There is also a nice beach within walking distance and a train straight into the city. We really liked the location and would stay here again if we visit Melbourne in the future.

The train can be a little loud at times but that is obviously no fault of the apartment which is why this review is still a 10! Its definitely not loud enough to put me off staying again, you get used to it. Overall, can't complain about Caroline Serviced Apartments, they are great!

I had an early morning check in and the instructions and ease of accessing my room key was great, especially after an overnight flight. The location was ideal, 3 minute walk to the train station, bus stop on the street and lots of shops and cafes on Church Street. Very clean and functional room and perfect for a short stay. Would stay again for a short visit for the location.

The electric blinds in the room did not work and while the staff offered to fix them, as it was Easter limited staff were available and it did not get fixed. Thankfully the sun did not get up early but the light from outside did come in at night and I could not access the balcony easily as the blind was halfway down the door. The balcony was also small with no view as the frosted glass on the balcony was building height.

Very clean, modern unit, carpeted in bedroom area, lovely shower wth choice of rainhead or hand held. Very well appointed kitchenette with nice big mugs, knife block, microwave/convection, toaster, jug. Personable reception staff.

On site parking $15/day, so I opted for ‘on street’, but very restricted except on weekends. Found bed to be comfortable but quite cold and no extra blanket provided, split system aircon seemed to struggle to warm room and a bit noisy, turned it off overnight.

location - close to shops, restaurants and cafes, size of room, friendly attentive staff - we couldn't get the kettle started and the lovely lady from reception raced up and helped us, safety of parking, in a safe and beautiful neighbourhood.

The quilt was very thin and there was only one summer blanket which my friend used. • Booking.com advertised the one bedroom 'premier' apartment for $309 at a reduced rate of $278. Staff were unable to answer if this was the same as the one bedroom 'premium' bedroom on your website. Therefore I just ordered an upgrade through your staff, because I didn't want to lose the room. • I didn't like the fact that parking cost $15 extra for the $309 room. I feel I overpaid $31 for the room and an additional $15 for parking - $46. -_-

Spacious apartment. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Comfortable sofa and bed (firm bed, which I like). Secure parking, though definitely request as limited.

Next to the train line, there is no soundproofing. Our first night was very loud with trains and horn every 20 minutes. Staff were wonderful and moved us to a different apartment the next day. Was much quieter, though still some noise. Bathrooms a little dated.

Excellent accommodation. Well presented reception and communal areas, lovely added touch with fresh flowers and local activity information as well as for Melbourne. The apartment was spacious and exceptionally well equipped. Every amenity has been catered for and the location is ideal of road, rail and all public transport. Only 10 minutes walk from beach one way and plenty of restaurants and shops the other. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Sam and Alannah went the "extra mile" to accommodate my requests and help with extension of parking hours after check out as well as Alannah helping me with my bags after my final booking. I stayed at Caroline three times during an extended trip back to Victoria from London. Will definitely return next year. Thank again to the Team.

We have stayed here before and the room was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had the necessary crockery and appliances to make breakfast. It is the first 'accommodation' that has adequate lighting so one can see and read without using a torch. The rooms have balconies that vary in size, and we had a large one which would be nice to sit in when the weather is warmer. It is very close to Brighton shopping precinct and to the railway station but you do not hear the trains.

A minor suggestion is to have two glasses in the bathroom.

I was recommended by a family friend who lives in Brighton about these apartments. I especially loved the two bedroom apartment that I had on Level 3 overlooking the Bay and the City and the apartment was extremely close to Church Street, Brighton with lots of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to future friends and family.

There is nothing I did not like about these apartments.

The property is in a great location, very close to restaurants, Church Street the main shopping street in Brighton and the train station. Walking distance to the Bay as well. It is right next to the train line so depending on where your room is positioned it can be noisy. The rooms are very comfortable and well fitted out. There is parking on site for a minimal cost. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A very comfortable, spacious studio with modern appliances in a top location. Just around the corner an array of good cafes/restaurants and a train station with direct link into the city. The room was spotlessly clean. Of particular note was the lovely, firm king sized bed and great shower with constant flow of hot water.
