Comfortable room, quiet generally. Good WiFi once I changed my room - a little weak in the first room offered. As an apart hotel, the room had all necessary to enjoy take away meals.

Housekeeping missed three consecutive days cleaning the room - not all that important as I was able to dry the towels. However housekeeping put all the plates, glasses, cutlery in the mini-dishwasher - left it for me to turn on, or else eat with my fingers. Little things but unnecessary and not much effort for the housekeeper. Also, management at reception kept on getting the extension of my reservation wrong - of the three people who attended me, none of them seemed very organized.

Everything about the Quest Brighton on the Bay was amazing. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable, beautifully furnished and sparkling clean, was serviced regularly and had all the amenities we needed including a kitchenette with plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery. A bonus was the little balcony next to our room. Parking was at the property and was very reasonably priced. We always felt safe and secure. Now that we have discovered the Quest we will always stay here when visiting our family.

Excellent check in experience with a happy and very helpful man! :-) Really enjoyed the property location convenience - everything we needed was super close by! We stayed in a nice big room with a bedroom and full kitchen with large fridge & freezer - excellent option for families! The bathroom was a great size and parking was easy, the car spaces are nice and roomy. Just over the road from the beach was awesome. This will be our future go-to hotel for family visits to Melbourne - thank you, look forward to the next time!

The staff went out of their way to accomodate an initial concern and rooms were changed. They were easy to discuss concerns with and rectified these quickly. The motel is in a residential/hotel complex so although there is not direct view of the bay, there are options to have a room along a side street which show glimpses of the bay. the bay is across the road. The rooms are clean and there are laundry facilities for quest on the first floor. A cafe at the Brighton Baths opposite opens 8am-4pm. Restaurant thur- Sun evenings. Near Great shopping area, Woolworths , classy shops and lovely cafes 20 minutes away in Church St. Easy, quiet streets to walk along.

Probably for some the 20 minute walk to the Church Street Shops and train station may be a trek.

Room was very clean, well equipped with facilities, large and well priced.

Right outside our window was a broken cross walk light that was broken and made a constant pinging noise all night for the two nights we were there. I had requested a quiet room. It was fine during the day as street noise disguised it but in the quietness of the night, that’s all I heard. I know this is not the hotels fault but it is a reason why I would not come back as it kept my husband and I awake all night.

The property is in a fantastic location on the waterfront in Brighton. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to use the gym across the road. The gentlemen on reception (I believe he was of Samoan heritage........sorry I don't remember his name) was super friendly and helpful.

Although the room was clean, the cleaning staff could have more focus on the details. We had to go a few times to reception to ask for more soap, towels, tea and toilet paper.

The room was spacious, good amenities eg big kitchen and bathroom. Great undercover parking, big spaces. Beds were comfy enough and good pillows. A/C was on. After hours check in instructions really handy.

Could have been cleaner, cup stains on the coffee table and night stand but hard to see unless in the right light. Toilet hard to shut the door. Towels a long way from the shower. No place to hang the hand towel near the sink. very low shelf under the sink.

Convenient location Decent size studio room with hotplate, sink, desk, dining table Good size bathroom. Huge shower Reasonable bed. Some traffic noise in the morning but not too bad. Cleaning staff were lovely and had the rooms spotless.

Shower floor was dangerously slippery. Water pressure wasn't enough to wash long hair. Staff sat in office looking at phone for nearly 6 minutes despite me calling out hello and being in full view. Ended up having to walk out the door and come back in to get his attention. Not a good impression.

When I entered the room some soft lights were on and music was playing on the TV. I found this very welcoming. The kitchenette was clean, modern and had everything I needed. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The provided toiletries were of good quality. The bed was so comfy and warm. I slept well even though I was anxious about waking up very early to take part in a half marathon race!

Nothing at all. I loved everything about my stay.

The room was comfortable and the facilities were great The young lady at reception was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the local area and very helpful. As my son made an expected appearance we were able to obtain a roll out bed for a small fee which suited our need as he was flying out the next morning. It is right across the road from the Royal Brighton Yacht Club which was great for a morning breakfast/Brunch.

All was good.
