Nice, quiet rooms with very comfortable bed and high water pressure shower. Lovely residential area walking distance to main roads.

The wall hairdryer with 2 settings damages my hair. Recommend BYO.

Hotel easy to find, no problem parking, very quiet location. Nice decor, great comfy beds, excellent shower :) . Indoor pool and spa great. Games room a nice addition. Small but functional gym. Microwave and fridge both good - bowls, plates, and cutlery all provided in the room. Nice accommodating staff.

Residential area made this a nice quiet hotel, but meant if you wanted to find a cafe, coffee shop or restaurant (if you don't wish to use the on-site restaurant) you need to walk 10-15 mins, drive or taxi somewhere - a minor inconvenience for me. I'd definitely stay here again.

staff were professional, very accommodating, free room upgrade, which was an incredible room, extra late checkout on really short notice by me, they weren't pressuring or making s feel rushed at any part of our stay. wish more venues had this kind of service. it really does make or break the entire memory for me. amenities and over the top luxury in facilities, is completely wasted when they forget the basics of the accommodation sector... and i canconfidently say these guys have only improved on that, every single visit, so a big thankyou from me and my partner.

Being first welcomed into the hotel by the Manager - my partner and I got to our room and it was pretty decent room - our spa bath was very relaxing - had a swim in the pool and relaxed in the spa with the bubbles turned on - the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Doesn’t have a breakfast service where customers can wake up in the morning to eat - yes it offers breakfast at the counter desk but wasn’t enough. I have stayed here before with family and whilst I know the staff work hard for their job and do what they can to ensure their customers are happy, I think they can have an alternative to somehow have breakfast as a service.

Perfect location to city and surrounding suburbs. Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was quite spacious and enabled the three of us to each do separate activities without tripping over one another. Bedroom was quiet and bed was comfy enough. Bathroom was also well set out and I enjoyed the walk in shower. The pool and jacuzzi was an awesome addition, bonus we didnt have far to walk to and fro from our room. I commented positively on the water/ garden feature in the main entry- great little addition for people of all ages! Very well thought out. Games room was also a nice touch.

The pool didn't seem heated, but im sure it was. No toaster in the room, however, i suspect this may have been from previous occupants due to the signage in the room referring to sensitive smoke detectors.

It was an easy and quick check-in process. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Even different glasses so we could enjoy a wine/champagne. We were able to get to each other’s rooms via a back courtyard. We left some jewellery in a room and had a call about half an hour after we left which made it easy to get back to pick it up.

We were near an elevator which meant we heard lots of voices in the evening but it settled at a reasonable time. There is some construction happening at the front of the property which didn’t affect us noise wise but meant the driveway was narrow and parking filled quickly.

Richard was outstanding in taking care of us. When one of our 11 person family had to go to urgent care, Richard arranged for an extension for that room until noon and confirmed right away that their room was available if an extra night stay was needed. When an extra night was needed, Richard worked out all of the details. Also, we loved your huge indoor pool and hot tub. Also, we loved having the tables in the lobby for our family to congregate. We loved the game room, too.

Everything was good. We understand parking was limited due to construction. But even there, the staff directed us that on-street parking was free and no city sticker was required.

Beautiful and spacious room, the jacuzzi bath is a must. The bed is very big and comfy, the place is clean, housekeeping team were very nice and welcoming. Pretty good experience, I recommend ! Perfect for couples

Receptionist are very cold, not welcoming, I had the feeling to bother them when I came to ask something or buy something at the reception! A smile and nice words are always appreciate!

We have stayed here three times now. We like how the parking is easy to access and check in was very smooth. Our room was spacious and very clean. It was well equipped with a microwave as well. Even though we had a car we also caught the train to get into the city a few times, it was about a 20 minute walk or you could do a shorter walk and catch a tram to the Balaklava train station. The pool was a welcome bonus as well. We will definitely be back.

We really liked this hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a Nespresso machine and capsules. The bathroom was clean and there was a spa bath but I didn't use that. There wasn't a washing machine in our apartment but there were good laundry facilities available which were only $5. Parking was free but it was a bit of a drive from the city centre, which was ok as it meant that the hotel was quiet. There was a heated indoor pool but we didn't use that, it looked nice though. The staff were so friendly.

There is a restaurant which is open to the public which is open every evening apart from Fridays and Saturdays. This meant that the car park got very busy during the time that it was open, not a big problem but it needed to be planned around.
