Had all the facilities in the apartment for living there - full kitchen including oven, washing machine, dryer, etc...also had small but excellent gym

washer and dryer did not work - but I did not alert staff until leaving. A bit tawdry but still clean and ok.

Location, value, atrium

Very poorly maintained, carpet needs replacing, veneer/vinyl peeling off kitchen joinery, missing crockery, only one glass, and so on… Also, smell from adjacent apartments cooking flowing through No cleaning in the length of my stay

The accommodation was spacious to accommodate 6 people. The facility is old but well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is accessible by public transport and not far from CBD.

We stayed for 12 nights but they didn’t provide free room cleaning services. It was additional cost. I think for long stay for more than a week there should be at least one free room service. There was no cleaning items provided (broom, wiper, duster etc.) for cleaning carpet and bathroom.

The location was very close to tram and bus stops. Property was in a secure complex with key fob entry. Very clean apartment complex that was well maintained. There is a lift and stair access. Entry via car park was a bonus. Kitchen facilities are adequate for short stays. Extremely spacious compared to other properties in price range. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were provided in the apartment.

Overall it was neat and tidy however the lounge sofa just needs a vacuum under the cushions. Although there was a dishwasher and (clothes) washing machine in the property, there was no detergent to use with it.

The price point and the location are great! You’re pretty much close to everything be it restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, public transport, the beach. Everything is maximum 15 minute walk. Close to the Skybus stop as well. It is a huge apartment and could easily fit 3 people. They have everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

There was nothing in particular I didn’t like.

I had a wonderful stay at the Amazing Accommodation in St Kilda. The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with kitchen appliances. I enjoyed cooking my own meals and having a cozy dining area. The location was also great, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets and many nice pubs nearby. I loved walking to the beach every evening, which was only 15 minutes away. The staff was amazing! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. If I needed anything, I could always ask or text them and they would respond promptly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in St Kilda.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s basic but had literally had everything we needed in a very convenient location. Great big balcony and comfy beds. Includes laundry facilities too! Andrew, the manager is a legend! He has great communication skills and responds quickly. He is also super helpful and accomodating with random requests. It’s cheap & cheery and I would highly recommend staying there!

There is only one bathroom, why can can be quite tricky with a group.

Beds are good, lots of space, all utilities in room including washing machines, dryer, large clean bathroom - could live there, Large park 2 minutes away, just about every tram goes down Fitzroy St 1 minute away, Woolworths 5 minute walk or 1 minute tram ride, St Kilda Beach 13 minute walk or 4 minute tram ride. Secure parking available

The staff is very helpful. Huge thanks to Andrew who helped us in everything we need. The location is perfect!

The apartment, while a little older, had a comfortable feel. We faced a couple of minor issues with the washing machine and dishwasher, but Andrew was incredibly helpful and promptly addressed them. While the initial cleaning could have been more thorough kitchen, balcony and living room, overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Everything you could want and more was included in the apartment.

The only criticism (if you can call it that ) was that a very small amount of things needed renewing. IE Carpets in living room had a few threads running through them. BUT i have to say other than that the apartment was airy and great value and 5 mins walk to all amenities and bars / restaurants etc to take you straight to Melbourne which was 10 to 20 mins depending on which tram route you took (there were 3 to choose from).
