The staff I spoke o at check in, and the following night to arrange a late check out and some extra milk and tea were fabulous. The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our needs. Spacious, with enough shared space and enough private spaces for the family. Very comfortable and clean.

The staff member who checked me out rebuked me fore checking out late (not nicely, with attitude) and just said "Ah, OK" when I told him it was a pre-arranged time. He then rebuked me for asking him to take the $40 parking fee off the $500 security deposit, again, with attitude - "we don't usually do that, but I will just do it this time", until I informed him that service had been offered to me when I checked in, otherwise I wouldn't have thought to ask for it. It soured the check out experience, encountering someone so ready to reprimand me for no good reason. I also don't like the $500 security deposit. I've never been charged that much elsewhere, and it's not 4 days since we've checked out and I still don't have the deposit back, available to use, in my account.

Location . Beds comfy. Friendly helpful staff

Door handles broken. Needs renovating . No cutting board in kitchen. Fridge freezes food . Gas stove difficult to use. Shower faucet shoots up and difficult to direct and adjust temperature. Price of parking $180 for our stay even though we arrived late and left early - still charged $20 per day. Apartment not serviced everyday.

The front staff, he was amazing. He was very welcoming and so calm and accmmodating. We felt very comfortable talking to and his such a great personality. He is an exceptional employee. Look after him. Cheers!

Room 259. There is only 1 room apart from the two rooms we've booked. Room 1, AC wasn't working. Door knobs broken. The shower and toilet don't have an exhaust fan and no locks. The kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher.

I enjoyed the easiness of the check in and out process. Hassle free by well trained staff who knew what they were doing. During our stay, every query was promptly answered and nothing was to hard. This was a major difference to the apartments we stayed at the week before

The night staff didn't seem to want to be there. I respect the fact that it's a one person shift but a smile wouldn't go astray.

Nice clean and spacious apartment for a family. Staff were friendly and helpful 👍

The bedrooms all had heating, which was nice, but the lounge room was quite cold while the adults watched t.v at night time. Bedroom doors were closed so as not to disturb the kids. Therefore there was no heat coming through the apartment.

Ok to stay if you needed 3 bedrooms. Had a room away from the main road so not noisy. Staff was helpful Open air car lockup was good, but had to pay extra.

Could not figure out how to use the clothes dryer. Heaters did not seem to work. Only one bathroom and one toilet Had to pay extra for parking.

Everything about the apartment was very good. Beds were comfortable & room temp was also very good. Facilities in apartment met our needs very well. Location was very good & handy. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Windows were a little tricky to open. Room smelt a bit closed up but aired well eventually.

It was very spacious and very clean

There was a lot of stairs for me, but okay for other people The maintenance is very poor in the property. It took us ages to get the Aircon working. The blinds were broken. I think the only problem with this place was the maintenance.

The unit is clean, spacious as the living and dining room are apart from the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything we need for cooking. The location is great, only a few bus stops or tram stops to most supermarkets. The cafe at the main building serves good coffee.

The laundry is located at the basement car park at the hotel section.

Lots of space. Excellent access to the CBD gardens and public transport. Great hot showers, modern kitchen, very comfortable bed and warm bedroom
