Easy access to transport, shops, beach. Very easy to visit my family within walking distance. Good size kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. Very close to Aldi, cafes, chemist . Very good staff with clear instructions about the property . Very good security re access.

Nothing to dislike.

I have stayed here before and will be staying again later in the year. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and clean. It is also near my daughter's apartment. Aldi's supermarket in on the ground floor which is convenient for stocking up with groceries and wine.

Nothing really. The airconditioner made a slight buzzing noise but wasn't noticeable with the TV on. It probably just needed a service. The only window in the bedroom was up high and had a blind but it didn't cut out the security light which came on every time someone came by late at night. It would be good if a blind that cut out the light could replace the blind that is there.

I recently stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The location was perfect—right by the tram lines, making it easy to get around the city. There’s also an Aldi nearby, which was super convenient for grabbing groceries. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a nice kitchen that had everything needed for cooking. The balcony was a great bonus, offering a nice spot to relax. Access to the building was easy yet very secure, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Also, good wifi. On top of all that, it was well-priced for the location. Overall, a great place, and I would definitely stay again!

Some of the furnishings and appliances felt a bit dated, but everything was still functional and clean.

The property is spacious, letting in lots of natural light. The balcony is quite large, perfect for an afternoon cocktail or drying off all those holiday clothes. Big kitchen, with a huge fridge & great washing machine

It took me a good while to figure out if the front door was locked or not. When you close the door behind you, turn the lock to the right, this means the handle from the outside can’t open the apartment without a key. If you leave it to the left, the door can be opened from the outside. Once I figured that out, that was the only issue

The rooms were really nice and well fitted out. The apartment block itself was lovely, with all the greenery around. It was also close to the supermarket, bar/bistro, bottle shop, tram station. Although not at St. Kilda beach (which we knew when we booked it) it wasn't that far to walk

The kitchen area was a little small (workspace etc) and we couldn't work out the dishwasher despite the instructions as the notations on the machine were worn and not visible but we worked it out in the end. The main bedroom didn't have a lot of room around the bed. We also found the car park very squeezy for our large car, it took several to-and-fros to get out of the space.

Loved that you could book apartment, not just a bedroom. Loved the freedom of balcony to sit out. Location was fantastuc for ubers

The amount of people we saw influenced by drugs. Aldi is very near by, and we witnessed an interaction with a guy trying to steal a bottle of whisky and an altercation with him and the security guy. From then on we didnt feel safe to walk the streets. Took an uber to a fantastic restaurant called pestos on carlise street. Then uber to the palais and back. Felt very vulnerable in st kikda.

I had a great experience at St Kilda Central Apartments, really exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a much smaller place, and got nicely suprised with the place. All good, no complains. For me, the location was fantastic, there is the very handy Aldi super market and a pharmacy downstair. Easy access to catch trans, and a relatively short walk (depending on how fast you walk) to get to the beach, Sta'Kilda.

A lovely helpful and friendly young lady was very welcoming at reception. Close to trams and restaurants and our event we were attending. Good value for money. Very quiet. Easy check in and check out.

The steep stairs from the undercover parking to access the lifts to rooms. The time it took for hot water to come through was a bit of a wait. I couldn't pay cash for the undercover parking.The large unscreened sliding door was fully open and it was raining when we arrived at the room.

bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean, with easy access to Aldi on the ground floor. Air conditioning was excellent on a very hot melbourne weekend.

We wanted to cook with the tray in the oven but it was coated in baked on food unfortunately. Also the basin in the bathroom was semi clogged and took forever for a small amount of water to disappear.

Property was clean. Very difficult to find anyone to help you when the reception only opened from 10 to 1! Rooms clean and well equipped. Reasonably central, Aldi downstairs was convenient

Outside areas need a good scrub. Couldn’t use dishwasher as it was leaking. Reception hours ridiculous but lovely when they are there.
