We always seek an apartment with a balcony so we can have a nice cuppa in the morning sun. The apartment itself, although small, (we booked 1bdrm) it was up to date with nice interior. Location was close to supermarkets and public transport. Check-in was easy enough, being sent the information via email at arrival time. We wasn’t told which floor our room was on though so maybe this can be included in the email for future guests to save confusion.
For a self contained apartment, there wasn’t much cooking utensils. No sharp knives to chop, no baking trays in the oven and no big bowls to store food in. Although the interior was clean, the balcony area was not. We had to wipe down the table and chairs and along the balcony edge. The windows were very dirty too. The bed was so hard and felt like a ‘double’ which was too small for 2 people. No extra blankets in the wardrobe incase you feel cold. I don’t think the premium price reflects the overall standard of living.

Great location and a bonus with gym next door. Very comfortable with very good amenities. Communication was excellent. Administration staff attended to all enquiries promptly.
I would check with your cleaning staff if floors are being mopped as found floors dirty especially bathrooms, when wiping wet floors with bath mat after showering. Bath mat quite dirty. I suspect main area floors not mopped either.

The place was very neat
I strongly did not like how you can't consider your customer time, I mentioned I'm waiting on the road with my luggage they said I've to pay per hour if I need early check-in, which I did then I waited another hour on road coz to get early check-in it was$50 they emailed my codes at 1:01pm Not considered customer preference for just 15 mins

We booked the apartment for the aesthetics and for convenience of having lots of family and friends in the one place. The digital code entry was also convenient. The off-site staff were always happy to help.
We stayed over the weekend and if you have a room facing the busy road it could be a little noisy at night. The balconies were dirty and Could've used a clean, which was a little disappointing. Some of the decor was damaged which tarnished that luxury feel.

It was very well appointed, great to have things to keep it clean like the vacuum cleaner.
Could hear the trains quite easily, the double glazing didn’t seem to work as we expected. A coffee table between the couch & tv or somewhere to put a cup of tea rather than having to use the floor.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well laid out. The lift worked just fine and the code entry system was good once you got used to it.
The lack of cleaning materials, especially toilet cleaner, was annoying. The cost is trivial in relation to the rental, so the absence is unjustified. There is no one present in the building at any time to talk to/take advice from, making for a somewhat soulless experience.

Beautiful apartment, very modern but cozy. Within 3 blocks of shopping, dining, coffee shops, etc - great location and still very quiet. Loved having washer/dryer right in apartment. Spent 3 weeks in Australia moving around visiting family and friends and appreciated being able to do laundry. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us.
Parking was a bit difficult some days and had to park 3-4 blocks away on occasion. We just used this to get in extra steps 😊. But had it been raining it would not have been that much fun.

The apartments are conveniently located to the attractions of St.Kilda, spacious, very well decorated and nicely furnished in the style advertised. Most importantly the beds and pillows are very good quality, my most important criteria. My friends and I would definately stay here again.
No downside, all very pleasant.

The apartment was fully equipped, clean and nothing was missing. The view from the balcony (3rd floor) was extraordinary. The washing machine and the dryer were easy to use and worked properly.
We were in The Hamptons apartment in 2020 (before Corona) and a cleaning service was provided on a daily basis. All used amenities like soap, toilet paper and washing powder were replaced. This time no room cleaning was provided even not on request. We have been told that we have to buy the cleaning products and even toilet paper by ourselves. If someone spend a whole week a cleaning service should be provided at least every third day to replace used products.

Lovely warm welcome from Veena. Pre arranged time to meet at reception for check in as its not always manned. Good communication. Great location across from Trinity Pub and 5 mins walk from many restaurants and cafes. Great full kitchen set up with oven and dishwasher and full fridge. Lovely spacious apartment. A fan was offered on request and this was nice and gave some white noise for the moderate tram noise, so this didn't bother me. Aircon in loungeroom was lovely and cold. Really enjoyed my stay here and would return.
Bed was firm and I think a topper would make it feel more comfortable and luxurious. A personal preference for a softer bed. The couch and dining chairs look lovely, but not all that comfortable to sit in for a long time. Perhaps some newer cushions on the couch and cushions on the dining chairs might help this. And more coathangers for a lovely big wardrobe. All small things but would really make this apartment more luxurious and comfortable, as it certainly looks lovely.
