It was accessible and had the amenities available for me to use. The staff was very accommodating and ready to help. I especially would like to thanks Sahil and his other colleague who I forgot the name for answering all my questions and providing me with all the help I needed when I was there. Too bad that I didn’t see both of them when I checked out as I would have loved to tip them for their assistance. I’m definitely staying there on my next trip.

There were maintenance going on in the reception area, the hallways are a bit cramped going to the lift but otherwise doable.

Well situated for our need. Bed was comfortable. Good seating area. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was good.

Faulty switch on bed lamp. Bathtub did not drain. The bathroom steps were a hazard and the shower was not very accessible for an older person. Wifi did not work. We couldn’t work out how to use the tv and there were no instructions.

Room was comfortable and quiet.

We had difficulty locating where we needed to pick up keys. We were disturbed very late on the 2nd night by another guest who was in personal difficulty and needed assistance.

What a diamond in the rough. I love this place. It can use a bit of an overhaul, but everything works, there's loads of room, great location, sweet staff. I don't understand why it is not the most popular place in the area

They could do with a bit of cosmetic maintenance, but other than that it is amazing.

Stephanie was great, helpful and also all receptionists. The room was big and clean If I can suggest, the shower was okey but there need something hold on the tile because is slippery to step down from the shower.

The first room what did they give it to us, in the next door old building, it was very disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t in the room, the old building smell…etc we been absolutely surprised. On the website didn’t mentioned this type of room. But later we get a right room. Thanks.

I have stayed there before and the location is good and so is the price. The shower was very good.

The restaurant didn't do a cooked breakfast even though the menu said they did.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing. The room was very clean and the blind completely blocked out the light which was wonderful. The young lady that checked us in was lovely. Very friendly and helpful.

The walls were very thin and unfortunately we had very rowdy neighbours. All the hotel facilities and restaurants were closed. And the night desk clerk was too busy laying on the counter staring at his phone to greet anyone or even respond appropriately when guests entered the building.

Room spacious and bright

Television was not working at first and it took a while to get someone to fix it. The fan in the bathroom was not working (that's probably why the cleaners left the window slightly open rather than mention it to management).

Ended up in backpackers style building due to f1 Teams booked main accommodation. Was rough initially but staff were super helpful and fixed issues.

I feel like the photos don’t do this place justice. Booked last minute, it was super cheap, and lovely. Staff very friendly, room was very clean and the bed was so comfy!
