Located close to a tram stop and on a main road, it was surprising, considering our room was on the front of the building, how quiet it was. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. We stopped for 4 days but it would be suitable for a longer stay. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, gas cooktop and microwave. A washing machine and dryer was located in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The room was serviced on the third day of our stay.

There had been some repairs done in the bathroom, which could have been finished off a little better and a coat of paint would have freshened the place up.

Everything. Staff were so polite, helpful, accommodating towards storing our luggage, apologetic for the room not ready. Bags were in our room before we came back to pick up our keys. Room was really really nice, cosy, inviting & and beyond our expectations. Decor was just beautiful. Helpful with location of a "good" coffee shop after a long trip. Not just the nearest one. Great advice, 👍 This establishment needs to be given 6 stars plus. Don't change a thing... we were super impressed.

There was nothing to complain about.

A perfect location for either venturing into the city or exploring other local suburbs by tram less than 100 metres from the door. Room was clean, comfortable and very roomy. Whilst other hotels may have more modern bathrooms we found the standard very good and good value for money. We have stayed here several times and would make it our go to place if exploring other parts of Melbourne outside of the CBD.

There is a lack of walkable restaurants and on weekends there is little open for choice for breakfast. However there are the local cafe's at the ground floor of nearby buildings so always somewhere to eat.

I had a generally positive stay. The room size was comfortable and well-arranged, with a proper setup that made it feel spacious. The amenities provided were excellent for the price point, offering good value for money. Cleanliness was also commendable, with the room and bathroom being kept in top condition. However, the communication between the hotel staff could use some improvement. I had a late check-in, and there was no prior contact to arrange for the room keys, which caused some inconvenience.

Very helpful people at the reception The appartment was way bigger than I thought it would be : I particularly apprieciated the washing machine and the bathtub. Overall very quiet location and pleasant stay.

The appartment was very dark, almost no light got in during the day (the windows were facing another building). The windows could not open and were dirty. On my last two days, loud construction work was ongoing within the building, making me leave the place as soon as I could.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a longer stay. The room comes with a fully functional kitchen, which was a lifesaver for me. I could easily prepare meals instead of constantly eating out, which saved money and allowed me to enjoy more variety in my food. On top of the practical in-room kitchen, the location is fantastic. The tram stop is just at the cortner. This made it easy to explore the city and have everything I needed within reach.

It's worth noting that the decor and furnishings in the room leaned towards the older side. While everything was perfectly functional and clean, some travelers might prefer a more modern aesthetic.

The location was convenient for where we needed to be. The room configuration was what we needed, too.

We requested 2 single beds in the second bedroom for our 2 adult children. They were made up as a queen bed. However, a staff member came and made up the sofa bed straight away to get us through the first night. Also, we had to move the bed to plug our phones in, and the carpet under the bed was filthy. Also, the air con makes a regular, loud buzzing noise when it's on. Very hard to sleep with the sound.

Very happy with our stay. It was a last minute booking and was excellent value for money. Communication from staff was friendly and professional. We were arriving after hours, so keys were arranged to be collected from a lock box and good instructions provided regarding parking. Our room was spacious with a small kitchenette and small table with two chairs. Good size bathroom with ample bench space.

The walls are paper thin, and we could hear everything happening next door. Thankfully, they were not up late (neither were we).

The staff of this hotel go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I ended up staying an additional night which was paid directly to the hotel. These guys could not do more for me. Room was clean, bed comfortable and warm. Given I was in town to see my sick sister in hospital, they made things very easy for me and I am very grateful.

If they could have picked up the hotel and moved it up St Kilda road, that's the only thing I can think of that would have made the stay easier.

Quiet room and location, convenient to public transport (tram stop almost out the front of the hotel). Secure parking available off-site, but only a short walk from the hotel. We were upgraded from a studio to a suite room. There was a nice-looking café - restaurant next to the lobby, but we did not go there as we had other plans.

We did find some normal habitation noises coming from the apartment next door in the morning, as there was an adjoining door, but we were not travelling with them. This wasn't particularly bothersome.
