The room was a good size to be able to move around with ease, including a small sofa and chair at a dining table, and kitchenette - with basic tea and coffee supplies, thank you. The bed was comfortable and daily room service (except Sunday) appreciated. The room (and property overall) was cleaned to a good standard and the location is unbeatable with easy access by tram from St Kilda Road to the CBD and other destinations of interest to people visiting from Melbourne for leisure. The staff member who checked us in was helpful in explaining the tram system to us. :D

The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Particularly the guy that was on evening shifts Feb 27-Mar 1st. The body wash had a lovely scent and the shampoo and conditioner were actually really good products that left my hair soft and hydrated. The staff were very supportive of Uber eats which was great because I didn't want to go out at night for food on my own. The location was excellent for me as I needed to be near the Alfred Hospital which was an 8 minute walk around the corner. The hotel is also very close to the tram pick-up/drop-off spots and it is a quick 15 minute tram into the CBD. The hotel is walkable distance to parks and the botanic gardens. I also like that the room had cooking equipment and a stove top for if you wanted to make your own meals. I slept really well as the bed was comfy and pillows were good quality. Lastly, it was nice to see they had a gym! I didn't get time to use it this time. Thank you to the staff for making my stay wonderful. I will be staying at Quest again in future!

The space, wardrobe and bed set up was good. The bathroom was excellent with plenty of room for wheelchair access. The cooking and kitchen appliances were good with bench space and utensils.

I was in a wheelchair access room; however, the refrigerator was in a corner and door was fixed to the right-hand side opening making access to the refrigerator very awkward and difficult. All of the crockery and glassware etc. were placed in the overhead cupboards where I could not reach anything. The room lamp was placed in a corner behind the couch making access to the switch impossible, the table & chair were placed in the opposite corner with the chair in front of the table making access to the table impossible. I could not reach any of the curtain pull fittings to open or close the curtains. I checked out a day early and could not claim a refund on last night due to short notice with 3rd party booking.

Staying at the Quest on St Kilda Road was a really good experience. The check in process was great and they allowed me to drop my bags off early so I could go into the city. They called me and let me know that I could check in early also. The room I stayed in was great, it was very clean, the amenities were modern and really nice, the shower was really warm and roomy, the room was large with a seating area and tv, and the bed was large and comfortable. This was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay here again! Great value for money!

Our family chose to stay at the Quest when my son races at Msac. Primarily, it was for the good pricing, location, excellent facilities, cleanliness, and layout. But your staff are fabulous, especially Finn. I love getting a text from him asking what we need before we arrive, and it makes the whole stay so easy and pleasurable. Finn is professional, and nothing is a hassle for him. We have encouraged other families to stay too whilst swimming competitions are on. We will never stay anywhere else. I love it! We love Finn and all of your staff!

It's very minor. Just having to park all the way down in the basement. And it's very tight parking. Other than that; nothing It's perfect

We were greated by an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and I must mention that Finn really went above and beyond for us. Free laundry was available in the hotel near the basic but nice fitness room. We had been traveling for 4 weeks so having easy access to cleaning our clothes was a huge bonus. To say it was convenient and welcomed would be an understatement. Our room was lovely and included a small kitchenette with dishes where we could heat food up. There was also a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The beach and a lovely running path around a lake were nearby. We liked our stay here so much we added and extra night.

We really liked the area, and the apartment itself. We appreciated that it was easy to find, and that the staff were helpful. As well, with was helpful to have access to the facilities that Quest St Kilda Road offered.

We didn't like the parking situation, as well as the bathroom. We felt that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.

Thoroughly impressed. The room was perfect, clean, beds were comfy and everything was great quality. Size and layout were perfect for my teenage son and I. Easy access to anywhere to Melbourne, rooms were quiet and just a lovely stay. Lauren who greeted us earlier than check in was fantastic and her customer service was gold. She was helpful, considerate and had organised a surprise in our room before arrival as we were attending a graduation event. Every hotel should have a "Lauren"
