We arrived around 9 or 10pm night after having issues with another booking and the staff could not have been more wonderful. I rang ahead of booking to check if there was parking still available for us and the lady on the desk could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We had had a terrible few hours and she completely turned our trip around. Wonderful service, great facilities and a beautiful view from the balcony.

We were there for the AO and the location was perfect. Easy to walk to and from Mlrbourne Park, also accessible by tram. Friendly staff. Italian restaurant in the GF is a nice options as well. Room was spacious with good view from the balcony Overall great value for money.

The cleaning could be better. Also they don't top up the toilet paper roll and other toiletries (even after cleaning), had to request from reception a couple of times. Having locked bottles instead small plastic containers would be better for bathroom essentials.

We booked the accessible room as it seems to be the only option for 2 single beds as I was sharing with my sibling (this may or may not be so). The room had 2 small balconies and was spacious and nicely appointed. The location was fabulous close to park and a reasonable walk to the city and good coffee/morning options nearby. As well the restaurant on the ground floor was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful - overall a terrific stay.

A comment - I am able bodied and found reaching the tap over the ‘kitchen’ sink was high and not easily reached as well the cups/glasses were placed in the highest cupboards - I needed to stand on tip toes to reach & other crockery would have required standing on a chair - for someone with mobility issues this would be very difficult.

It was a lovely hotel in a location that was close enough to CBD that it was a good walk or a short tram ride. It was very close to Melbourne Botanical Gardens and several other beautiful places to walk within minutes.

I unfortunately left a pillow in my room and although I called very soon after leaving it, it was not located and I didn't feel like some of the staff took me seriously when I said that this pillow was very important because of arthritis in my neck. One staff member dismissed me quite briskly, " oh it will never be found" Other staff tried to help but I think it was too little and not quickly enough.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, balcony. Daily servicing done well. Polite cleaning staff.

It would be nice to have a coffee machine. Lots of shiny surfaces, this room wasn’t as clean as the previous room and needed some small maintenance. Eg dish draw was beeping and filled with water when I first arrived. Took an hour or so to work out what the beeping was. Also loose threads on the carpet near entrance to bathroom need trimming. Cleaning the windows to the balcony would be something to consider too.

We had an exceptionally generously sized studio room, with a nicely equipped little kitchenette, a dining table and even a small balcony. Given the size and overall quality of the room, we feel the price we paid was really good value by Melbourne standards. The staff we dealt with were friendly and professional and did their very best to accommodate our various requests. Having a highly rated Italian restaurant in the same building was another plus for us, along with the very easy access to the Melbourne cbd either by tram or just walking.

We didn't like that our room looked directly into the living areas of the neighbouring apartments only a few metres away from our balcony...but I guess that is the reality of high density, downtown living.

*I needed to request a More Suitable room, as the one I was allocated on arrival was completely awful & unsuitable (rm 1101 if I recall) Heavy drapes needed to be closed for ANY privacy /not even sheer curtains against the glare of at least 500 prying eyes from the extremely close next door property. Horrible It was a slap in the face yet again for the solo female. The room was dark & small & dingy…& I had booked early in September *My room on some days could have been cleaner ( the dishes , the cutlery & fridge were cleaner when I left , than when I arrived because I cleaned them )

Spacious room with balcony and small kitchenette and basic amenities. Also a small dishwasher. Walking distance from the city, you can also take a tram. A small grocery store is across the street but they don't have all prices well shown and best before date of some products had already passed so I recommend to go to IGA a bit further away for better selection. Very friendly staff. Wifi works well.

There were no instructions for the kitchen, I had trouble to get the stove working until the staff showed me where you have to switch on the electricity. You also have to request pots and pan from the reception. Our balcony view was towards the wall of the other building.

Stayed 4 nights in 10th floor apartment with two balconies with views of the Albert Park and the bay. The room was clean and modern with good working desk space, kitchenette and on site car parking. If you intend to cook any meals during your stay, you will need to request some pots and pans from housekeeping. Normally apartments of this size have laundry facilities either inside or on the same floor, not that we needed them during our stay and did not ask if they were available on site. If you do not intend to cook a meal there is an in house restaurant and bar as well as other facilities close by.

The pillows were too soft without options for anyone who prefers firmer options. Crockery and glasses are located on shelves high above the kitchenette that a short person would have difficulty in reaching.

Room was spacious, excellent balcony view, comfy and spacious bed & was amazing that we had a bath/shower because it meant we could relax our muscles after long days. The staff were friendly, respectful & really accommodating coming up to and during our stay.

Casting wasn’t any good and couldn’t switch the taps over to fill the bath so had to use shower head, and no control of air con, not sure if it was on or off or working at all.
