The shower was great and only a 5 min Uber to the city bonus is $25 extra and your car can be parked safely under ground for the night and u can just catch a Uber around and it's less then $10 walking distance to food places and bottle shop next door. Customer service is A1

Bed super uncomfortable and the power system Is shocking having to leave the key in the wall so you couldn't keep the room at a nice temp after being out in the heat . The lighting in the bedroom is super dim aswell And staff didn't show u this on arrival so I thought for a bit there was no power

It was over all a very spacious and comfortable space and it was very nice having kitchen facilities. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed.

The shower didn’t drain super well so it would over flow a bit and could make it a little slippery. As much as the kitchen was lovely to have it didn’t seem to have a pan that worked with the induction cooktop. The location was perfect with a 5ish minute walk to Anzac tram stop and very close to Sidney Myer music bowl for concerts.

The breakfast was surprisingly good for a little to-go package. The staff were wonderful. The room was comfortable and modern. The location was fantastic, we visited Albert Park almost daily. We would stay again.

The bathrooms were designed oddly, the floor gets soaked from the open shower concept, and the door needs to stay closed after to not set the alarm off with steam, so the mirrors don't defog for hours and you have to use the outside mirror with poor light to do your makeup. The bathroom is also not sound proof in the slightest... the bed was two twins pushed together which is fine, but it had a hard bump in the middle at the seam.

The apartments actually exceeded my expectations, I don’t think the online photos do it justice! Really nice modern room, huge bed, we had a beautiful balcony, bathroom was quite big too and we had kitchen with fridge, sink and utensils! the bed was comfy, room was very clean and staff where really lovely! Location was superb, minutes away from south Melbourne, food drinks + shopping. I think the price is super reasonable and the whole experience was very easy!

The only thing we struggled with was the parking, it’s an extremely steep underground car park with a 1.1 clearance, so for those with larger Utes like my partner it was a tight squeeze! Other than that no complaints!

Breakfast was a pack but enough to fill the gap until you went out to seek an alternative. There was a cafe just around the corner, so that was also available if you wanted a bigger breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful and respectful and the property was clean and quiet. Previous reviews had me nervous, but it was nothing like that and I was very happy. The room was very modern and all facilities worked. As a solo traveller, I was comfortable and felt safe and the price was very acceptable.

Considering the location on Kings Way (main road) the hotel room at the back of the hotel was nice and quiet. The room was a good size with a modern bathroom and a great bed. Considering the cost for 5 nights the hotel was great value for money. There are some good places to go for dinner within walking distance.

Not really a dislike but breakfast was a relatively simple boxed breakfast (juice, milk, cereal and a muesli bar), however, considering the overall cost of the stay one shouldn't expect a grandiose brekafast.

Convenient to tramline and Botanical Gardens, and outside main buildup Business area of Melbourne. Helpful staff. Very clean and modern appartments.

Needed a few additional pieces of cutlery/crockery/coffee machine. Needed some brief information sheets advising particulars for the property (eg, ask reception for wine glasses, how often housekeeping comes around) Breakfast was very basic (small pack of cereal, milk box, fruit box, oat bar)

The guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Room size was great and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. Breakfast boxes were just right for us. City view was pleasant. Convenience store right next door. Lovely walk through gardens to get to AO.

Road noise (inevitable with a city view). Could have been advised at check in to request bin emptying, replacement of towels etc as no daily housekeeping was on offer.

Hotel was great - great location (proximity to Shrine for Anzac Dawn Service), great rooms, triple glazing on Kings Way side blocked all traffic noise well, bathrooms were modern and well laid out. There was plenty of room, sufficient cutlery and crockery for our needs, Even a dishwasher in one of the rooms (we had adjoining rooms).

The doors between adjoining rooms did not hold open - whoever installed the closers had fitted the hold open back-to-front rendering it inoperative. This was resolved by obtaining 2 doors stops from reception. The carpark was tight and although paying for the parking was over filled and we had to leave the car double parked for the night with our number on the dash. The bathroom tiles did have some mould in the grout lines and could do with more attention in cleaning.

• Lovely location, the tram stop at ANZAC station nearby has very regular trams to and from the city • Great value for money • Comfy bed, although they didn’t try to hide the fact it was two singles pushed together • Nice smelling rooming • Very very spacious • Mostly pretty quiet • Just very pretty decor and room overall

• Lamps didn’t work • When I arrived there was nobody at the reception desk so I had to call a number twice to get somebody to come • There isn’t a do not disturb hanging sign on the door handles like most hotels so housekeeping woke me up when I was having a nap and actually came in, had to tell them to leave • On my final night some new guests checked in next door to me and were having a bit of a rager, told security downstairs and dont think he did anything. The rooms are relatively soundproof inside (can hear all hallway noise but not room noise) but they woke me up at 3am because of lots of movement in their room which was swaying my bed. I told the receptionist this on checkout and she did seem to care which was nice.
