The 2 bedroom apartment was much better than we expected , it was spacious with great city views. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Key collection was easy from a nearby Asian grocery store. Shopping for supplies of food and alcohol is virtually opposite the apartment or 3 minutes walk to Woolworths. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants is also another option.

The lounge room was very specious, lots of space on the couches for our group of 5. Shower pressure was incredible! Easy transaction with the host, good parking spot, throw rugs on the beds was a lovely bonus. Towels were great a size too!

The single roll away beds were a little lumpy/springy and one of the queen beds was quite firm, while I don't mind a firm bed, another of our guests has a little trouble sleeping snd getting comfortable.

The size of the apartment - really good sized living areas. Reasonable sized bedrooms . .The location was fine -I knew it's limitations beforehand so had no issues with it. Handy to supermarket and a short walk to restaurants. A longer walk to town. There were a good amount of cups and plates etc - kitchens quite well equipped. Also that we were able to have 2 apartments on the same floor was excellent for our group.

The apartment could do with a really good cleaning. There was mold on ceiling in bathroom. It needed a good dust in areas and things like side of cabinets etc.

Check-in staff was absolutely EXCELLENT! Dina was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and suited our needs. Our internet did not initially work well (I think it was a building issue) and after a lot of troubleshooting, she was able to find a solution for us. She also took the time to explain our check-in and check-out process, as well as give us plenty of recommendations for grocery shopping, tourist attractions, and restaurants. 10 stars for the staff! The unit itself was spacious and had all the appropriate amenities that made our stay comfortable. Generous supply of toiletries. The indoor heated pool was fantastic, and we used the tennis court a few times as well.

Room was definitely an older unit so some of the furniture was pretty worn. There was definitely some mildew and some chipped spots in the bathroom, and the dryer sometimes got too hot. But the chipping was understandable with the age of the place. Lots of pans for cooking, though only a few had the correct sized lids. This isn't the place if you are looking for modern, fancy accommodations, but if you want a large place at a good value and in a central location, and don't mind staying in an older, minimally furnished unit, this is for you.

Great location, easy to find. Parking, pool and view was great. Considering it was grand prix in Melbourne, the price was really reasonable. Lovely customer service and friendly people in the building too. Would definitely stay again, thanks

The apartment was a little outdated and a few furnishings were old and needed maintenance (eg, kitchen table), but otherwise great price for what was offered.

The room did not have a Reception desk, however that was no problem as I had great communication with my contact. We were contacted via SMS the morning of arrival to discuss ETA. We were met at the front and escorted to the room where we paid our room bond on a portable EFTPOS and received our keys and instructions. It was a really enjoyable stay. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Thank you for the late check out. See you again.

All the above. Also Earnest was the most polite and professional staff member. He was courteous and made our stay so much more comfortable he made our welcome very special.

The apartment needs to be updated in the lounge and kitchen area. Fry pans renewed and exhaust fan filters cleaned. The couches in the lounge are stained and retain odour. A more durable and resilient fabric would do this.

The view was awesome. The room was great and comfortable 😌. My kids loved being on the balcony watching night lights etc.

Only disappointment was the hiccup at the start which was quickly sorted and also the tv wouldn't connect to the internet which my kids didn't like. Apart from that nothing else.

Location, view.

Difficulty from getting from one floor to another with the group being so split by floors. Lack of supplies, cloths, rubbish bags, toilet rolls. Drapes leave alot to be desired. Room light wasn't blocked from days sunlight. No iron or ironing board.

Ideal location close to everything. We parked our car on arrival and never moved it for a week.

Not a complaint but next time I’d love a higher apartment floor. We love the views from the balcony.
