The size of the apartment - really good sized living areas. Reasonable sized bedrooms . .The location was fine -I knew it's limitations beforehand so had no issues with it. Handy to supermarket and a short walk to restaurants. A longer walk to town. There were a good amount of cups and plates etc - kitchens quite well equipped. Also that we were able to have 2 apartments on the same floor was excellent for our group.

The apartment could do with a really good cleaning. There was mold on ceiling in bathroom. It needed a good dust in areas and things like side of cabinets etc.

Check-in staff was absolutely EXCELLENT! Dina was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and suited our needs. Our internet did not initially work well (I think it was a building issue) and after a lot of troubleshooting, she was able to find a solution for us. She also took the time to explain our check-in and check-out process, as well as give us plenty of recommendations for grocery shopping, tourist attractions, and restaurants. 10 stars for the staff! The unit itself was spacious and had all the appropriate amenities that made our stay comfortable. Generous supply of toiletries. The indoor heated pool was fantastic, and we used the tennis court a few times as well.

Room was definitely an older unit so some of the furniture was pretty worn. There was definitely some mildew and some chipped spots in the bathroom, and the dryer sometimes got too hot. But the chipping was understandable with the age of the place. Lots of pans for cooking, though only a few had the correct sized lids. This isn't the place if you are looking for modern, fancy accommodations, but if you want a large place at a good value and in a central location, and don't mind staying in an older, minimally furnished unit, this is for you.

the location is amazing . quiet and good views

the apartment needs a good clean and a lot of maintenance . we had to buy cleaning products and clean before using scrub pans and plates the tv barely works. the aerial has had it and the second bed we literally couldn’t sleep in. it’s like a rock . main bedroom bed was fine . the state of the bathroom was gross . nothing done exit mould and a good scrub couldn’t fix . was a shame as I’ve stayed within this complex before and that apartment was immaculate .

Ernst was fantastic. He met us out the front of the building. Showed us exactly where the car spot was. Walked us to the room and explained how to access everything and how everything worked. The apartment was clean, and had plenty of room. We loved our stay here.

Just some little things. The grout in the bath/shower area could do with a good scrub and there was a clump of hair on the arm of the couch. Other than that though nothing else.

Great location and room was huge. Had a slight hiccup but Ernst was very helpful and friendly and dealt with it immediately. 5 stars for Ernst's hospitality 👍 Would recommend staying here, great value for money!

I felt my bed was a little on the firm side but there were no other complaints from anyone else in the group regarding their beds.

Excellent location within easy walk of Crown Casino and restaurants. Pool was heated - the kids loved it. Room was functional and spacious. Car parking onsite was convenient.

Although the apartment was functional, it was feeling a little dated and in need of some attention/repair. Soap and water came up through the drain in the bathroom floor every time someone had a shower.

The room was the perfect setup for our group of 5. Spacious and enough rooms for all of us. Great parking and Ernst was very helpful walking us through everything. The reception was also helpful when we need some info. The rooms were dark and very little street noise.

The Queen bed was very hard, like sleeping on a board. The other beds were okay.

Awesome staff and management, very accomodating. We had flight cancellations and delays and they let us extend our stay at the same price which was amazing but we couldn't take up the offer since there were no available flights. Ernst was very helpful when our flight got delayed and checked with us at every step of the way and guided us superbly, can't say enough about his excellent customer service, top notch (thanks mate, very much appreciated).

The pool heating broke down and we couldn't have a swimb (no fault of anyone, machinery breaks down).

This apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great location, a short walk to the Yarra River supermarket and places to eat. Great swimming pool in apartment complex that was free to use. Ernst was an absolutely delightful host who went out of his way for us and was friendly and helpful.

The pool was good. Great to have the washing machine, beds were comfortable.

No reception. But our host Ernst was very flexible and allowed us to leave our bags after check out, but if he hadn’t gone above and beyond, that would have been really frustrating.
