Very convenient to conference centre MCEC. Good facilities for a week long business stay including washing machine & tumble dryer. Comfortable bed & decent shower. Big stuff was good - but small stuff let them down. Car parking available if needed, also pay-to-park outside. Broken chairs replaced within hours, sadly old ones not removed. Responsive to messages by What's Ap - but promised crockery didn't appear.

Deposit had to paid outside of Booking com - not made clear on booking. Lots of broken gear in apartment. Insufficient crockery for 2 people. Only 1 spoon, 1 bowl. Broken cooker extractor, TV remote. Very stained sofa.

The pool had no shallow end so i cldnt get in the pool with my 2 little ones on my own as my 6 year old couldnt touch at all

great location, walking distance to Southbank. kids did love the pool. very basic, obviously paying for premium location.

bathroom was quite a turn off, dirty shower scum and residue everywhere. very frustrating booking/signing in, pre check in. multiple repeated text messages.

Good location

Our apartment was dirty - some linen was obviously not clean, hair on pillows and in bed. Bathroom was also dirty and dishes in kitchen needed washing before use. The amount of emails/sms/whatsapp/phone calls I received was ridiculous- we would have received over 20 in total leading up to & during stay. Totally unnecessary for a 3 night booking. It was a busy weekend in Melbourne, but this was not cheap & we would at least have expected it to be clean.

Over all condition of apartment. Cleanliness of bathroom, Sofa dirty, no blankets. Minimal crockery etc. blinds on windows broken.

The location was great.

The bathroom was dirty. The towels, sheets and quilt were all dirty. I sent photos of these items and got told they had been laundered prior to my arrival. Clearly the photos showed the blood and liquid stains.

Woolies and a number of little mini-marts located nearby, some good food places nearby

Apartment was dirty. Food marks and oil marks all over the cabinets and splashback in the kitchen, shower had to be cleaned prior to use as there was grime and dirt all through it, there was dirt and mould build up in the corners of the bathroom, there was blood on a pillowcase for the sofa bed.

Safe parking available. Late checkout available

Room ready 3 hours late so missed start of event. Less cups than people staying in room. Broken blinds, faulty light. No washing detergent, no rubbish bags Poor customer service response to issues raised

I had to wait an hour at 5.00 as they couldn’t find the keys forcing me to miss the event I was in town for There is mould in the bathroom and shower Having to park my car 2 blocks away then to walk back to leave keys in the room as there was no parking available near the motel
