It’s not what it likes in real. In the photos it seemed spacious but when we entered we realized this place not spacious as it given in photos. Also, no attached bathroom and you need walk to the corner to access. Also, no AC controllers inside the bed room, to adjust you need to walk to the living room. Given room was small and one room is locked. Overall this apartment didn’t look the way they posted on the booking.com. However, the view was awesome , you will get a city view and I would say they got some friendly staff.

Great location. Woolies over the road and 20-30 minute walk maximum to main locations and attractions. 10-15 minute walk to crown. Comfy beds, pretty tidy perfect for a small family. Overall the stay was great.

Being locked out of my room to find out it's because they didn't take a payment for the hotel. Would have been nice if they knocked on the door or just called the room phone. They took every other payment for deposits and parking but not the main one and didn't check it on check in. Maybe if they just checked on check in would not have been an issue.

Room was very nice and good size

We had book 4 single beds before we arrived and it says it was confirmed but when we got there the room didn’t have it.

Views, the internal space and little to nonenoise levels

I found the apartment wasn't cleaned to an acceptable level, I do cleaning as a part time sidejov as I work full time also, and bathroom the shower was discoloured, glass not clean, grout extremely unwell and settlement of the extremely dirty and only other thing is that is stayed here cpl years ago and to me, it looks as if maintenance of apartments has dropped considerably, quite obvious that these apartments are now used as air b n b, walls dirty, danged, carpwt filthy7allswalla

Close to cbd, staff helpful and accommodating, room was spacious and comfortable would definitely recommend

Couldn’t get a car park

It was overall OK, but not very memorable. I liked the location in general (but it was VERY loud from the traffic). The apartment was overall OK, the bathroom was clean and hat hot water with good water pressure, there was a dishwasher and tabs to reuse it were refilled everyday. There was room service everyday (very good). It was a very anonymous, not very cozy as an overall experience - that can be what you want, or not.

* It was really VERY loud for sleeping (traffic) * The hallway to the apartment was very dark/unlit * all the textiles looked worn and simply not very clean - maybe because of the stains and tears; and I think while everything was cleaned reasonably well, I'm not so sure about the carpet floors. * the first few days I was freezing, until i set the climate control to 28 (!!!) degrees. It certainly didn't have 28 degrees then... * the cooking/dish tools were very good, as well the freezer. * ther was also a washing mashine + tumble dryer. - so this equipment was very good.

Room was amazing, the view was beautiful, the staff were absolutely exceptional. I accidentally booked the wrong date which was completely my own mistake and the staff helped me through the whole process and were so helpful, patient, friendly and understanding. The facilities were exceptional, the room was spotless, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and everything I needed was ready when I entered the room.

The only flaw that I found with my room was that there were a lot of noises coming from the air vents and they were quite loud. I also heard a lot of water pipes or something from other rooms. Didn't bother me too much, but if I stayed for longer it probably would've become very annoying. I wasted my phone to the TV as well and it kept cutting out. That could be from my own phone possibly, but could be a wifi problem. Not too sure. Also didn't bother me too much.

The room had excellent views. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need.

The pillows were too thick. No hanging space for towels (only 1 hook in bathroom). 2 bathrooms (1ensuite) would have been better. Being charged $20 for late check out (only 1 hour extra) after telling staff we had elderly Mum with us and having to wait all day in town/airport for plane trip that night. Being a Tuesday, no public holiday or school holidays, etc, should have been more accommodating.

Natasha and Joanna at reception gave us excellent customer service. Our room was clean with lovely views above 20th floor level. The pool was lovely in the morning but it’s very small and you can’t do laps, it’s just too small. Woolworths and BWS is across the street. The tram service 5 mins away. South bank 15 mins walk, little local pub “Bells” was very good for happy drinks with a roof top bar. Loads of places to eat at Southbank.

The main TV didn’t work and the pots were really dirty. No sink plug for hand washing dishes. The hotel is between 2 busy roads. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. The washing and dryer can take up to 3-6 hours! I decided to wash at home.
