The location was great with quick walk to flinders train station, felt very safe and comfortable the whole time, great unique park for kids right outside the building, IGA just a quick walk away along with a lot of great cafes and restaurants very close by & the view from our room was stunning.

I think the rooms should have a broom/ vacuum cleaner and some basic cleaning supplies, maybe some spray and wipe/ disinfectant wipes and paper towels. A larger rubbish bin would have been handy as our stay was quite long and we only had one housekeeping service and we are not allowed to dispose of our own trash outside the room. I had brought up some issues I had within the room (stains on carpets, rug and blankets were dirty, marks on walls) and felt that my concerns were dismissed.

The location was good, close to trams and walking distance to CBD and Flinders Street Station. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. I felt very secure as the key was needed to access the building at all times. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Excellent view of the city and Yarra.

The bed felt a little uncomfortable as it was two singles together and the join was very prominent. I took photos of the existing wall scuffs and damage on the bottom of the bathroom door. It was shown to the staff to ensure that it was known and not done by me. This is something that I haven’t felt the need to do before at other properties.

Apartment with spectacular view of the city and close proximity to southbank cafes, restaurants and bars. Main positives are the location and the view. Apart from free Wi-Fi, there are not other amenities provided. Gym and pool access is restricted to the residents only. Guests has to organise all daily provisions including tissues and other consumables, however, there are supermarkets including woolworths walking distance from the apartment. Check in is in a different building 5 minutes from the apartment. While there is a drive way leading to the lobby, it is restricted to trade/deliveries. Please organise the access for arrival and departure, otherwise you have to cart your luggage from far without access to trolly. We loved the place for its location and view, our elderly parents who booked another apartment in the same building didn’t like it due to the access limitation to car/taxi as they had to walk little bit further to access.

Lack of parking and not being able to bring the car near the lobby to collect the luggage even though there was a drive way, no access to gym / pool, uncomfortable dining chairs

The location is very good and convenient to access the main sites in the city center. The improvement could be the curtains which affects the sleep due to light leakage. The curtains could be better to avoid this. The second is to have a channel to call reception: it is not good for guest to go to counter for services every time

The reception is not within the building, which gives guest a kind of pressure for check-in. The building reception cannot give the good / accurate info with patient, making the assumption the guests are the local and know the details, however, it is not like that.

Position of apartment on 47 floor gave panoramic views of the city. It was in a central location near to beautiful riverside cafes and restaurants and all the public transport. Plenty of music and night life and very good shopping. Good location to visit the F1 race circuit at Albert Park. Everything you needed was in the apartment including dish washer and washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and immaculate bedding and bathroom accessories.

This beautiful apartment was let down by stains on the bedroom carpet and living room rug and coffee tables were quite knocked about. This was off putting, loosing some of the luxury appeal.

The building itself was magnificent. The views from lounge room and main bedroom was breathtaking. Clean accommodation Value for money for a family Great location to Southbank , food places , casino, shopping south wharf Friendly meet and greet staff -Gayan also stored luggage securely while we shopped and ate for the day.

The facility had a pool spa gym but we were not allowed to use it as it was blocked to us. The bathroom shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Clothes dryer didn’t work for more than 13 minutes. One room was small while other room was enormous and amazing views. Key collection was not on site but one next block. No parking onsite but many parking stations close by. Some walls needed painting. No food vendors onsite however plenty of food options nearby.

LOVED the view and how big the apartment was and gayan from reception was very accommodating and absolutely lovely, we had a good chat and he was very helpful and patient. Explaining everything in clear detail and helped with the last minute decision for a parking space (after we had already checked in and decided to go back to get one after all) over all we had a great experience the location was fantastic we had a concert to go to at the forum so was super easy to get to and with iga right accross the rd and a full kitchen meant we didn’t have to order in we could cook ourselves. Fantastic experience and will definitely book again.

There was no activities in the appartment to do, no board games, books, cards or speaker to play music on. We were forced out from boredom and we didn’t have use of the pool but we new that prior to booking anyway

The location. The view looking south west overt Albert Park and Port Phillip Bay. Very comfortable bed. Very good facilities.

The refrigerator wasn't working properly. The freezer wasn't freezing and the fridge was barely cool. We had to put fridge items in the freezer to keep them cool. Management did offer to move us to another room but we decided to stay as we were already settled. The grout in the shower needed a deep clean. A few things needed to be tightened. The toilet roll holder and kitchen sink tap.

Location was great. Apartment was neat & tidy.

Pillows were the choice of a brick - very firm or so soft it was like a pancake after use. The tv wouldn’t play Netflix for more than a minute - kept coming up with an error code that there wasn’t enough storage to be able to play. The tv screen also kept dimming without prompting and we were unable to find a way to rectify this while watching. We had to turn it off and on again and hope it would correct itself. Other than that the accommodation was satisfactory.

I’m very happy my Melbourne travel to choose stay 3days 2 nights at CLLIX AU 108 Apartments ,when I first check in staff Gayan nicely service attitude is very good and Be very patient with every guest ，few minutes I got the key very smoothly and went back to the hotel apartment to rest.when I walk in to the room is clean and comfortable environment Im lucky stay at level 65 is amazing view👍 I really enjoyed this experience.I will come back with family team next visit soon🤩Thkx
