This is an ideal location for anyone wanting to be close to the Melbourne conference centre and/or the CBD /arts precincts and/or South Melbourne. Taxi/Uber pick up/drop off was easy due to the foyer opening out to Fawkner Street which is relatively quiet. My room was well laid out with a full kitchen and very comfy bed. The restaurant had delicious food and all the hotel staff were very helpful. The super clean and inviting pool, gym and sauna on the 10th floor were an appreciated bonus. I was travelling as a single woman and felt very safe and cared for at WRAP.

I had nothing to complain about. Every time I needed something the 24 hour reception took care of it for me.

The city view 1 bedroom apartment was great! The views are amazing, day and night. Great facilities- dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful hot shower. The body products supplied smell amazing. Lovely restaurant downstairs- though $5 added on for room service???? Great location with supermarket a 5 minute walk away as was the Skydeck, restaurants and cafes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't be in a hurry to catch the lift- it takes a while when there's 40 floors.

The hallway on our floor needed a good vacuum and stayed that way fir the three days we were there. The carpet in our room had large threads pulled and the shower had mould. These small things do taint an otherwise wonderful stay as they make the room look unkempt. I would also highly recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as unfortunately the road the hotel is on is a main thoroughfare for trucks and semi trailers and having the traffic lights very close by makes it very noisy early in the morning with trucks slowing down and braking and then taking off again.

The location is so handy to all the eateries on the river and if needing to go out of the city, it was located perfectly to connect to the motorway. The one bed apartment room was perfect with brand new carpet & having a front loader washer/dryer was super helpful. Full views of the city with floor to ceiling glass windows in all rooms. Bedroom was huge with plenty of space for luggage and had a 3 bay wardrobe - huge! Smaller balcony with a one bed apartment but big enough for x2-4 and great views of the NYE fireworks.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Apartment had most things required, Parking Available.

One of the beds was not clean, had been made, however it was clear the sheets had not been changed, whoever cleaned the room obviously decided to leave the sheets. In fairness to the staff, we were moved to another apartment. The Parking is available and not included in price, check to make sure when accommodation states Parking Available. A few more utensils would be great, apart from the bed not being clean, everything else was great.

I loved the upgrade we received to a superior room that was very spacious and clean. The balcony views were wonderful ! Views of city lights from our bedroom were amazing. Lovely decore...the apartment had everything we needed plus more. Fabulous location within walking distance to the Crown casino esplanade with wonderful restaurants such as Crinitis Southbank ..5 🌟 Quick 2 minute tram ride to the heart of Melbourne if you didn't feel like walking. The hotel arranged our parking..so convenient. Loved the entire experience and will stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Recommend to all AAA+++

Very spacious room, low price, great location and very clean. We had a full kitchen, separate living and a bedroom with terrace.

Only thing that cld be improved was the ph in our room didn't work

Apartment bright, light, quiet and clean We were upgraded to a two bed apartment which was very spacious Conveniently located, within walking distance to restaurant and event venue of our choice

The bath was difficult to use due to fixed shower screen, too smaller area for this design which meant you knocked yourself on the water spout trying to get in or out, bathroom light also needed changing as it flicked most of the time We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a two bed apartment which meant we used the 2nd bathroom with just shower the following morning We loved that there was a pool on site, could do with being about 5 degrees warmer though, bit chilly

To be honest it was a shit show as there was an emergency and the lifts got shut down. We were on the 39th floor. We were stuck for 3 hours before a solution was found to get our bags down at checkout to the ground floor (too heavy to carry via stairs). It wasnt great... The 4/5 stars was given as they refunded our car parking for the 3 days which is fair. That was a reasonable compensation I thought, so happy to give that review. The poor reception desk staff copped a huge amount because of this. Sure the communication was non existant on updates but it was full on...

The emergency flood

The property was excellent with 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, well fitted out kitchen and bath with shower. Everything was clean and special requests (single rather than double beds and a late checkout) were catered for with a smile. Parking was on site and was pretty reasonable for the location. The location itself was excellent- less than a 5minute walk to the riverside and an easy walk into the centre of Melbourne. I went for an early morning run 1 morning through the park and it was nice and busy with other runners and walkers so I felt really comfortable (which can’t be said for some city centres).

There could have been more plug sockets in the room (we couldn’t find any in one of the bedrooms so had to use one in the kitchen).

The two bedroom apartment was on the 38th floor. The views were spectacular from the large balcony and from all the floor to ceiling glass windows. The beds were big and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Reception and housekeeping staff were courteous and prompt

Room service was poor. Firstly they have limited times when you can order food. Checkin is 3pm and if youre hungry, you can't order food until 5.30pm. We ordered our dinner at approx 8pm and it was delivered at 8.50. That was acceptable, however one of the meals was greatly misrepresented. We phoned the restaraunt to complain only to be told that the meal would be refunded but we couldnt order anything else as the kitchen was closing. We asked for the manager who promptly offerred another meal and that was delivered within 20 minutes. It was delicious.
