The 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having a washing machine and dryer was great and the location is incredible. Liked having lots of room to put suitcases out of the way etc. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.

Could use a bit of a “spruce” up, some parts looking a little tired. Only complaint is for the cleaning staff - they need to up their attention to detail. Lots of dust on the skirting boards, power points etc. We did complain about this and it was somewhat rectified promptly.

The room was very spacious, the staff I dealt with were very polite when I called to report a dodgy light globe in the lounge area, they had maintenance there within minutes of my call to reception.

So my only gripes were to do with the vehicle noise from City Road, I know there is nothing that can be done about it, but it’s worth mentioning. And the other thing is the pillows, as someone who is notorious for not being able to sleep at the best of times, the pillows gave me a bit of grief as they sat too high and were too stiff to mould into a shape that allowed me as a side sleeper to get comfortable.

Apartment was spacious for four of us with suitable facilities. The beds were comfortable and the TV in the main bedroom was a treat! There was no noise from other apartments. The location was great. Walking distance to the CBD, The Lume, South Wharf and a number of great restaurants. On-site buffet breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom probably needs a bit of an upgrade. The toilet seat didn't always stay up which was an issue for male guests. :( Some noise from the street below but it was a main thoroughfare and the air-conditioning was a little noisy and so turned it off during the night.

The breakfasts were excellent. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at reception, they went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Our only regret was not asking for a second double bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen was poorly equipped for six people staying in the room with not enough utensils, with only one pot and one fry pan, no knife for cutting up food, only serrated bread knives but we coped with that. Also no scissors We know guests take kitchen items with them when they leave and this is no fault of the hotel but staff probably needed to replace the stuff before we arrived.

Nice spacious room, well equipped kitchen loved the washer and dryer. Rooms clean. Had a bath which is always a bonus. Excellent location so close to South Bank with bars and restaurants then over the bridge to Flinders Street and Federation square

Your key fob only allowed access to the floor your room was on, not good when you have family on other floors. Breakfast was awful poor value for money, all the supposedly hot breakfast was cold as well as the coffee which was so strong and bitter you could stand a spoon up in it. Majority of reception staff were helpful only had one jobsworth who wanted to charge you for everything.

Location was great. Food, the City, the Tennis or the MCG all within walking distance. Room was spacious ( 2 bedroom, 2 bath) with all amenities. Parking was great. Easy to get in and out of.

We were a party of 3 men. One of us decided that we would sleep in the sofa bed. Went and asked about getting a doona and sheet. Was told that it would cost me $50A DAY for them to come up, make the bed, and then l presume take,it away after left. So $100 extra for the two days we were there. Sort this out before you get there.

The property presented very nice. I absolutely loved the plants in the lobby bathrooms!! Such a nice simple but elegant touch. My advice, you can never have enough plants!! Very nice artworks in the room itself and also in the lobby Air conditioning is absolutely Devine all through the property (minus the buffet) Loved the yogurt section of the breakfast buffet! Lovely options for toppings and they were delicious!

The breakfast buffet was nice although there definitely could be some improvements. I.e milk was warm, chicken sausages didn’t taste quite right (tasted like off meat), eggs were luke warm. Overall it was nice though

Location was great. Short walking distance to restaurants at Southbank and ease of access to railway station. Beds were very comfortable. We managed to secure an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment having the extra space and a larger kitchen was great for our 5 night stay.

It was a bit disappointing that the restaurant is only open for breakfast, although this isn't indicated on your website. Bathroom in apartment could do with a bit of an update. Vanity tap only had a trickle of water coming out of it had to use kitchen tap for cleaning teeth. More shelving is needed to store toiletries on.

Almost everything. It was a beautiful place to stay with great amenities. We were celebrating our anniversary and my partners birthday and the staff were so great the whole time. The bed was super comfortable, the room was beautifully clean, and there was more than enough room for us both.

The absolute smallest issue was when we got in at the begging, it smelled off. Not sure if that was due to water being stagnant or something, however, a quick open of the windows and it was gone.

Your reception staff went above and beyond and made the experience very enjoyable. I’d advised of some family special occasions and was provided birthday and Mother’s Day finishing touches as well as exceptional service and attention to our needs with entry exit facilities etc. Extra help with extended checkout and parking to have last day activities was given by supreme service delivery and made the whole experience of a city getaway feel easy friendly and no fuss. Loved the pool and sauna Request for high up room with view was delivered despite a busy weekend and last minute booking. Every hope for our weekend was exceeded by the above help and support of your staff.

Your hotel is sort of hard to find The breakfast spread we couldn’t access as the hotel didn’t answer room service after hours. When we saw it the next day we chose not to pay the added price to go. Probably would have been prepared to pay more for a better spread with a view, say in the conference room rather than traffic view and limited food.
