We stayed in the Premier King suite with city views. The floor to ceiling windows were to die for! I loved having a little lounge room and kitchen also, not just the standard bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook up our breakfast each morning using all the facilities which was a plus! The location was awesome, just a short walk to south bank, and easy access to public transport, also awesome having the IGA right below!

The only small issue we had was with the shower not working that well (taking 5+ minutes to heat up, and then being very hard to adjust to temperature that wasn’t boiling or freezing)

Location excellent. Soundproofing great as could barely hear the traffic on very busy road below. Loved the picture window from 16th floor. The staff were excellent and I received a special gift as it was my 83rd birthday! Very comfy room, especially the couch and beds. Would definitely go back if possible. Didn't really use kitchen facilities except for tea and coffee but loved the teacup and teapot!

Shower room needs a little extra attention as mould seems to be appearing in corners. Couldn't get the hand/body lotion to work. Perhaps it was empty but I didn't get around to reporting it. Only 3 sugars provided but we picked some up from reception area.

Excellent bed and good size room with very nice view. Excellent soundproofing. Very close to many entertainment venues. Lovely clean suburb.

The apartment was spacious and light with wonderful big windows and a panoramic view. I liked how the bedrooms were at each end of the sitting room. Two bathrooms were good, ours being very spacious and attractive. Staff were very polite and helpful. The pool was a fabulous pool which we used each day and the gym was great too. The location was also very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go.

I felt the large bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been. The overall cleanliness was good. It was just that all the corners were not which is so picky I know but it was noticeable nobody had scrubbed them for quite a while. There was also no saucepan which I found strange. I had two grandchildren with me and we really needed one. Kitchen was good though and functional.

The size of the room I had on level 17 was perfect. I really wanted to stay another night. The room felt really fancy and glamorous. The aircon was great and the bed was big and comfy. Washer, dryer, fridge, stove, oven and all other amenities were great

There were a couple things the staff missed when prepping the room. A throw rug was stuffed in the cupboard and not folded. There was the occasional bit of rubbish in some of the cupboards and there was a random plastic bag folded and placed under the curtain in the middle where it parts. Netflix didn’t work with the chrome cast but everything else did. The sink was full with soapy water when I entered the room. The drain was clogged and when I removed the drain cover to see why the bottom of the drain cover was so caked with hair and gunk that it wasn’t letting any water through. The hair conditioner bottle was empty.

I really liked the location - it's a quick walk to Crown, and it's super easy to get to Flinders Street which connects you to everywhere else. The room itself was nice and clean. Check-in is fairly straight forward and getting in and out of the hotel was easy enough. There is an IGA directly next door so it's easy to get what you need for your stay. Kitchen and bathroom are nice. I liked having a TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge area.

Staff were a bit flat & didn't really seem like they wanted to be there. Bed was so uncomfortable and moved around a lot - I didn't get much sleep between the two nights we stayed. The blankets were so noisy so if you have sensory issues, this will absolutely irritate you (it did with both of us). It's kind of noisy too, I could hear footsteps all around us and lots of banging and noise from other occupants.

I loved the location, the proximity to the river, the IGA right next door, and ease of getting in and out of the property! I’ve stayed in Adina in Sydney and always love this hotel chain!! PS my partner said the coffee in the lobby was fantastic!!

Plumbing very hard to get right in the shower. It was either very hot or very cold. It would have been nice to have a box of tissues in the room. It always helps to clean up little drips etc from cups and the like. A small thing, but something o am used to in other hotels. It would have also been great to have a streaming channel for movies.

24 hour reception with coffee machine, snacks etc! Seriously, everything was PERFECT! Stored my bags for me after checking out, I was able to use the bathroom before heading to the airport once I collected my Stored bags. Staff was so friendly, personable, would actually be engaged in conversation and made you feel like you were the only guest. Beyond fantastic!

Ohhh only super minor! It would have been next level incredible if room service had of been available instead of going to reception, ordering and then taking it back to the room myself. That's such a tiny thing though

The hotel was very modern and offered beautiful city views, especially at night through the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service

We experienced some major issues with the drains during our stay. The shower flooded, and when we lifted the drain cover, it was clogged with clumps of hair, causing water to flow out like a waterfall. Although we were moved to another room, the drains there still had problems, with the sink almost overflowing and the shower leaking into the bathroom. I believe the plugs and shower tiles need to be properly cleaned and maintained. Aside from that, the place was clean, tidy, and nicely presented. We appreciated being upgraded for the inconvenience, especially since all of my clothes got soaked.

Staff were friendly and upbeat, always welcoming and helpful. I've stayed here a few times, never disappointed rooms clean and fresh smelling beds super comfy swimming pool clean and heated which is a decent size unlike some others with plenty of towels gym also is available with plenty of room .short walk to Crown and South Bank and activities for families young and old.room size layout was big you don't feel like you're on top of each other I highly recommend a stay here, definitely 5 out of 5 all-round. I will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Melbourne
