The location, facilities, and comfort of the hotel were very good. Great location to walk to most places we needed in Melbourne. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable and suited our family needs well. Staff were friendly.

Cleanliness wasn't good. Showers clearly hadn't been cleaned properly with remnants of previous use, grime build-up and mould. Visible dust build-up coming through from the air-conditioning vents, and couches were very grubby (not stained) and could have been spot cleaned. Also, the room did not appear to be serviced after 3 nights (as stated), other than requesting clean towels. Everything else was great, but cleanliness is important. Bedding etc.was fresh and clean.

The location allows easy access to Southbank and transport options. Plenty of local high-quality and casual restaurants within walking distance. Helpful IGA located next door. I received a room upgrade which made my 4 day stay very comfortable. The one-bedroom apartment is a great set-up, very spacious with helpful facilities.

Unfortunately, there must have been some construction in the building, so at some times of the day, there was a lot of banging noise coming from above - despite being on the highest floor. A notice of this work would have been appreciated for awareness of disruptions.

We stayed in the Premier King suite with city views. The floor to ceiling windows were to die for! I loved having a little lounge room and kitchen also, not just the standard bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook up our breakfast each morning using all the facilities which was a plus! The location was awesome, just a short walk to south bank, and easy access to public transport, also awesome having the IGA right below!

The only small issue we had was with the shower not working that well (taking 5+ minutes to heat up, and then being very hard to adjust to temperature that wasn’t boiling or freezing)

Location excellent. Soundproofing great as could barely hear the traffic on very busy road below. Loved the picture window from 16th floor. The staff were excellent and I received a special gift as it was my 83rd birthday! Very comfy room, especially the couch and beds. Would definitely go back if possible. Didn't really use kitchen facilities except for tea and coffee but loved the teacup and teapot!

Shower room needs a little extra attention as mould seems to be appearing in corners. Couldn't get the hand/body lotion to work. Perhaps it was empty but I didn't get around to reporting it. Only 3 sugars provided but we picked some up from reception area.

-Super comfy bed -Great shower -Overall modern apartment -Swimming pool was super warm. -Eating spots close by in Southbank area. -Pizzeria just next door was also good. -Walking distance to Flinders street & CBD.

-Kitchen was a little light on utensils. -Parking garage is in another building across the street. This was a little inconvenient hauling luggage and revalidating tickets every day. However it was cheaper than many similar hotels, so it was worth it in the end. -The supermarket next door was small and very expensive. For a better selection, it seems you have to drive. -Closest tram stop is currently blocked by construction.

The staff were lovely, easy check in on arrival. Location was great for what we wanted. Room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable.

As a serviced apartment, it was a little lacking. For example, the dishwasher powder, toilet paper etc was not replenished at service time, requiring us to contact reception to obtain more - they were happy to oblige, just something that could have been attended to when servicing too place. Whilst the room appeared clean, the windows had hand prints all over them from a previous occupant.

The apartment was spacious and light with wonderful big windows and a panoramic view. I liked how the bedrooms were at each end of the sitting room. Two bathrooms were good, ours being very spacious and attractive. Staff were very polite and helpful. The pool was a fabulous pool which we used each day and the gym was great too. The location was also very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go.

I felt the large bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been. The overall cleanliness was good. It was just that all the corners were not which is so picky I know but it was noticeable nobody had scrubbed them for quite a while. There was also no saucepan which I found strange. I had two grandchildren with me and we really needed one. Kitchen was good though and functional.

The size of the room I had on level 17 was perfect. I really wanted to stay another night. The room felt really fancy and glamorous. The aircon was great and the bed was big and comfy. Washer, dryer, fridge, stove, oven and all other amenities were great

There were a couple things the staff missed when prepping the room. A throw rug was stuffed in the cupboard and not folded. There was the occasional bit of rubbish in some of the cupboards and there was a random plastic bag folded and placed under the curtain in the middle where it parts. Netflix didn’t work with the chrome cast but everything else did. The sink was full with soapy water when I entered the room. The drain was clogged and when I removed the drain cover to see why the bottom of the drain cover was so caked with hair and gunk that it wasn’t letting any water through. The hair conditioner bottle was empty.

Excellent bed and good size room with very nice view. Excellent soundproofing. Very close to many entertainment venues. Lovely clean suburb.

Quite a walk from the carpark with luggage and no drop off point available

I really liked the location - it's a quick walk to Crown, and it's super easy to get to Flinders Street which connects you to everywhere else. The room itself was nice and clean. Check-in is fairly straight forward and getting in and out of the hotel was easy enough. There is an IGA directly next door so it's easy to get what you need for your stay. Kitchen and bathroom are nice. I liked having a TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge area.

Staff were a bit flat & didn't really seem like they wanted to be there. Bed was so uncomfortable and moved around a lot - I didn't get much sleep between the two nights we stayed. The blankets were so noisy so if you have sensory issues, this will absolutely irritate you (it did with both of us). It's kind of noisy too, I could hear footsteps all around us and lots of banging and noise from other occupants.
