Only downside was the limitation of the restaurant and its vibe. The menu had a relatively high-end feel. While the finishing was very nice and enjoyable and the food was tasty, the restaurant felt a bit out of place and had a limited menu.

I love the location, the facilities and cleanliness of the room.

the housekeeping didn’t upkeep our room properly. the first 2 days we had new towels and made beds but we stayed about 7 days and we felt filthy by the 5th day. also no utensils so buying our own to use the kitchen

The main reason I booked this location was the kitchenette. There was a stovetop but no pots or pans to cook on it. There were no plates or bowls to eat from. In the room was just 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups and two sets of cutlery.

My second stay as very close to a hospital I frequently stay in. There was a person with a persistant cough in the next room. i am immunosuppressed. i went to reception and told the desk clerk that it was worrying me. Not only did she find me another room, she gave me an upgrade. very happy with the service.

Great location with excellent proximity to the Alfred Hospital. Bed was comfy, staff were exceptionally helpful, overall a brilliant place to stay.

The pillows, too hard and fat for me. I did ask for another, but was no better.

The room with a side view balcony was spacious, clean with excellent facilities and room service.

Melbourne's wet weather,conditions, I'll have to come back in Spring weather to walk the nearby Parks and Lakes area.

Fantastic location especially for the GP - walk to the gate in 2-3 minutes.

Only small thing to improve would be having just a couple of plates and a frypan to use in the room!

24 hour reception ! no security deposit ! exceptional cleanliness and comfortable bed

Everything was great, thick glass balcony doors so its nice and quiet. They have blackout and normal curtains, it was clean, staff were nice, it was great

The shower was small.
