Excellent communication with Jenny, very convenient location. I liked that there was a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. Also the parking is a great asset.

Perhaps it would make sense to have some cleaning supplies in the flat so as to do some intermediate cleaning oneself. Personally I would do away with the carpet in the bedroom, as hardwood is more hygienic and easier to clean.

Location was excellent, so many choices for eating out and bars close by, Coles not too far to walk for groceries, close to Chapel St for shopping. Apartment was perfect for one person, Jenny was awesome with communication and provided easy instructions on accessing keys to apartment. Trams also easily accessible.

There was a sign in the bathroom to use the provided make up wipes so as to keep the white towels 'white', however there weren't any and I felt bad even after washing my hands with soap I had left some patches of make up on the towel.

The bed was very comfy. A full kitchen is there for your cooking needs. Washing machine & Dryer provided. There was a little confusion with check in & parking, but Communication was excellent.

Our unit was advertised as ground floor, but was actually on the 5th floor, and for us personally, the bed being against the wall made it hard to get in & out. We also weren’t aware that you need to bring your own milk, tea & coffee etc for a cuppa.

So spacious, great to be so close to Chapel st. Appreciated the balcony.

It was not easy to get more toiletries. I was told that some would be dropped off, nothing. Then told to get some from basket by the lift...I couldn't see any body wash. I used shampoo instead. The apart could do with a deep clean... dust under sofa, grime in shower.

I have stayed here each time I come to Melbourne itsca great location and the room has everything we need. The management are fantastic and Jenny never hesitates to help with anything you ask of her. Totally recommend High Apartments.

The location is great if you like nightlife and the balcony suits smokers. Love having a bath. Jenny is super helpful

Can be a little noisy on the weekend if you're not that way inclined. If you get the one-bedroom studio you can't watch TV in bed.

The location was excellent. Very easy to self check in, very good instructions. Bright lovely apartment nice balcony.

The hoons in chapel street revving & roaring engines on & off most of the night.

It is close to a tram stop, retail and restaurants. It also had a great view towards the city. Having a laundry and dishwasher was a real bonus for us.

There must be a night club nearby that has music going into the early hours of the morning. It wasn't overly loud, but noticeable. This may only be an issue over a weekend though.

Well appointed apartments in a great location with panoramic views of Prahran and further over to the city. The check in and car parking instructions were very clear too.

Great Location. Kept up today with when the room was going to be ready and how to collect the key and parking of my vehicle. Very quite. And great to have a 11am Check out.

Maybe need new pillows they smelt a bit and were flat.
