I stayed from Friday check-in to Wednesday check-out (however, we had different bookings due to business reasons, thus Booking.com only shows 1). This is the third time I've stayed at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, and it never disappoints! I always travel for business and find the location easy to reach the CBD/Melbourne East. I love having my early morning runs at Albert Park or Melbourne’s CBD. The rooms are excellent, clean & comfortable. Great gym & pool area too.

- Breakfast is very good, but coffee (paid or not) is terrible. We, Sydneysiders, have higher expectations from Melbourne’s coffee :). - There aren’t many bars/restaurants in the area, ideally the hotel bar could stay open until later than 9 pm. - The customer service team takes a while to respond to online requests, but they are always very helpful during my stay(s).

Fantastic location opposite the beautiful Albert park. Modern lobby. Lovely swimming pool. The staff friendly and helpful.

The room is dated and the carpet needs a deep clean or changed. Housekeeping isn’t reliable. One day they never came until the evening when we had to make a few calls to get someone to come and clean and replenish our room. There aren’t complimentary bottles of water in the room unless they say you’re a loyalty member of the hotel.

The room was spacious with very beautifuk view of the lake and sunset through its wide glass walls. The bath is very spacious and clean. Hot water is working all the time. Checking in and out is very quick.

The breakfast was good, but for someone staying for a whole week, i would prefer if they change even just one dish every two days at least. But i cant complain cause they serve nice good food.

Lovely mini stay at the Pullman. Room was everything you would want from a hotel of this level and the food in both the breakfast and dinner was first class. The best was the staff, very helpful, friendly and with a great attention to detail. Had an enjoyable chat about Formula One with the hotel located by Albert Park so for all F1 fans, it is an ideal location with knowledgeable staff about the sport.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of different choices for all. i did also enjoy dinner at the bar, the Blat was amazing.

The room was very hot. The aircon was not working that well. The control for the aircon control was so out dated couldnt change the control's was sweating during the night i think the room, although clean, was not 5 star rating in my books.

Great hotel, comfortable, safe, clean and room quiet.

Couldn't get an invoice from the hotel when I left. Booking.com advised that the Hotel is to provide me the invoice and the Hotel staff advised the 3rd Party (Booking.com) can provide the invoice. I would really appreciate a copy of the invoice for my stay which was paid for upfront by Credit Card.

Would have been nice if they told us that there was construction work inside before getting there. While they upgraded it would have been better to have the option to move due to Noise in the main reception area where we sit and meet people. Fiest hotel in a long time I've been too where they don't supply filtered water.

The beds were great, and we had a wonderful sleep. We chose to have a light breakfast at the cafe which suited our requirements as we had an early appointment.

My wife had to use the toilets off the lobby and was amazed at the poor state when compared to our room. It would not be a good look for visitors who perhaps considered staying at the hotel.

The fancy bar and restaurant and the fancy lights in the room. The entrance foyer had a lot of seats to sit and relax which was good

The room service breakfast arrived very cold with no lid over the breakfast. The bread wasn’t toasted properly and no butter was given for the toast and the coffee was very cold . All the food for the breakfast was very cold. The tv should have Foxtel so customers can watch some movies free of charge like other hotels in the city which do offer Foxtel.

Breakfast has a good selection of food bit the coffee machine fodnt work well. The location is good for a conference but having 2 Melbourne Pullmans is confusing because people from interstate and some people going to conference by 9am went to the city Pullman first. They need to be more identifiable

Being charged $56 for tips when eating in the resteraunt when it wasn't discussed with me first. Parking should be free for guests paying for rooms
