Loved the keypad entry, made the arrival super easy, receiving the code and information via email on the day of arrival.

Location of the bedroom door very close to the bed and wardrobe meaning you couldn't fully open the top draw of the dresser within the wardrobe without having the bedroom door open against the bed. The bedroom light was on the door frame so again when opening the dresser draw the wardrobe door had to be opened wide against the door frame which would turn the light off. Wasn't a major, but was a bit frustrating. Opposite the train lines, so train noise could be heard early in the morning and late at night. Got used to it after a few nights.

Fantastic location with free on-site parking & plenty of on-street parking too. 5min walk to South Yarra station, even less to shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for 2 people and has a kitchenette and separate living room. Checkin was seamless and we were sent a door code the morning of the booking. Very peaceful, and other guests/tenants obeyed the quiet hours.

Room smelled a little musty even with windows opened during the day, but within the norm for a building of its age. Bathroom fan was very noisy and without it, there would be too much moisture in the bathroom. Gurgling pipe sounds from adjacent apartments were loud. Beds very very soft.

Uses a doorcode which was sent to me the morning of checkin so super easy to get in and out. Perfect location, close to plenty of bars/venues and easy walk from South Yarra station. Bed was super comfy. Everything was clean and it was small but not cramped at all.

The shower was not good - you cannot subtlety have a shower while your partner sleeps as it makes an awful... grinding noise? If the hot or cold tap is too low the water sputters to a stop, but if you turn it up and it's therefore too hot/cold and go to adjust the other one the same thing would happen. Very difficult to get a water temp that was above room temperature but wouldn't melt off your skin.

Easy and keyless is great as you don't need a key. did not have a car but great parking was available. location to trams, Trains, shops, food etc. fantastic location. The place was clean and tidy. We would stay again no worries.

One towel each for five days was a bit tight, but one phone call and it was sorted out quickly and hassle-free. The information in the room does say housekeeping every four days, but the paperwork emailed says 7. Maybe older people would find the upstairs harder if they had heavy bags etc...

Beautifully updated property with fabulous apartments and off-street parking in South Yarra. Also, has air conditioning, heating and is very secure.

The two minor things were: The location of the full-length mirror… very tight on the back of the cupboard door, and I could hardly see myself before heading off for a business meeting. The tv remote didn’t work, so the tv in the lounge room didn’t work. The one in the bedroom did though. Can you please add in a reminder to your staff every 3+ months that they need to check whether the batteries are charged.

To be able to cook independently with the kitchenette. This reduces our travel expenditure by a lot. Plus point is that it is near south Yarra station, hence when I don't use the car, I can easily travel to other places via public transport. It was also great to have access to laundry utilities for the clothes.

The noise from the train station was inevitable, as the train station is situated nearby the apartment. I'm someone who is not fussy with the sound so I was able to adapt to that. Other than that, the stay was wonderful!

Had everything you need for a short or long stay. Only thing I thought that could be added was a pair of scissors as I had forgotten mine.It was close to Chapel St Prahan and our function in Middle Park so was perfect for me. Older unit which has been done up inside and very nicely done. The bonus was free parking onsite and safe. Parking isn't under cover but tucked away on side of building or at back - only 3 parks at back, approx 4 or 5 parks at side of building. There is also parking out front on street. Another bonus the train station was right out front of building so you could train it & not drive at all. I liked the keypad locked door - my first experience with one of those just got remember your passcode number at end of a big night! Lol

Nothing unit didn't have a pair of scissors that can come in handy to cut tags off or wrapping up a gift or cutting open food person may have bought etc. Owners may consider adding.

Clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great to have on-site parking, key code for the front door was sent with ample time before check in with instructions on how to operate.

We had a slight problem with the shower head falling apart. We managed to fix it and immediately told the owner. They apologised and gave us an option of changing apartments which wasn’t necessary.

I chose the apartments as it had parking for a large car and I'd stayed before and was happy with it. Great location, close to shops, the Prahran Markets and public transport and most importantly clean.

I didn't receive the code for the drop box and when I called and told the receptionist she implied I had been sent it and that I should check my email and bookings.com again to get it, which I had already done, and she said that everyone that day seemed to be having problems and needed to check their emails properly .. There was also another man staying at the apartments and he had the same issue and asked if I had the receptionists phone number so it clearly wasn't my fault but perhaps a technical issue on their end? In the end she resent it but it still wasn't a pleasant start to the stay after a 10 hour drive to get there...

- The property was clean, easy to access and despite no reception all necessary information was messaged to us before arrival. - Very short walking distance to Chapel Street stores and South Yarra Railway for easy transport to the city. - Despite concerns of the railway close by it never caused any disturbance to us at all through put our stay.

- It was difficult to find an available park when first arriving as it seemed others were taking up spaces so I parked elsewhere at first to ensure I could access the room. - We were on the ground level and when there was someone showering upstairs it vibrated through the pipping during, nothing too disruptive but enough that made us wake up and think of what it could be.
