Although the exterior of the accommodation was quite Simple, the decor and facilities were beautiful. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable lounge suite. Tv was great cos it had a lot of streaming apps available. And the bed! It was so comfortable! The space was also warm as well, and the shower pressure was amazing! Just loved this accommodation.

Modern, warm, quiet, spacious apartment minutes from Chapel Street but down a quiet side street. Close to all of the South Yarra cafes, resturants and shops, thoroughly recommend.

The location was excellent for accessing the city and suburbs being 4 minutes walk from 4 railway lines. Bed linen good quality. TV in lounge and bedroom. Key entry worked well. Washing powder provided.

Short on some furnishings. No teapot and limited saucepans. Could log my phone into the WiFi via pawword, but my computer wanted a network code. Although requested this was not supplied. General standard of furnishings and carpets average quality but clean. Would have liked a washing machine and drier in the apartment but shared laundry downstairs. Sometimes busy with other people's stuff and the cleaners washing bed linen. $3/wash and dry. Basic condiments (salt and pepper etc.) Not supplied. Woolies and Coles a fair walk.

Spacious, well appointed and clean. Most comfortable bed I have slept on away from home…ever. Location is great, just a short 5 or so minute walk to South Yarra train station, heaps on food and shopping options on Chapel St. Heaters on upon arrival was a really nice touch in a cold night. Bathroom soaps were divine. Everything was super easy and well thought out.

Would have liked a deadbolt or chain on the door for extra piece of mind given. But I felt safe enough! Change out the white lights in the bedrooms…please! Warmer lights would be much nicer.

Loved the keypad entry, made the arrival super easy, receiving the code and information via email on the day of arrival.

Location of the bedroom door very close to the bed and wardrobe meaning you couldn't fully open the top draw of the dresser within the wardrobe without having the bedroom door open against the bed. The bedroom light was on the door frame so again when opening the dresser draw the wardrobe door had to be opened wide against the door frame which would turn the light off. Wasn't a major, but was a bit frustrating. Opposite the train lines, so train noise could be heard early in the morning and late at night. Got used to it after a few nights.

We’d never stayed here, it was a short notice needed accommodation Was clean , very light and bright, great comfortable king sized bed with plenty of pillows As it was a very warm day it was nice that the windows had been left opened , but there were 2 heaters for the cooler night . Really would have been a perfect location and had everything you needed for a longer stay Parking onsite ( off street included) was a real positive, we could see our car and the parking bays were a good size

It was a different way to do the pre stay and I understand but felt it required more information than we had given at other places I can and did do it, had to upload a phone photo for identification and do a signature on screen otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to stay We are not young ,but have travelled abit spoke to our children about it , they reassured us it was ok ( scanned to let them know we’d left to ) Did email Bookings .com before getting onto our children but didn’t receive anything back:( If you weren’t technically up to it or didn’t use a newer phone it could and would be stressful

Fantastic location with free on-site parking & plenty of on-street parking too. 5min walk to South Yarra station, even less to shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for 2 people and has a kitchenette and separate living room. Checkin was seamless and we were sent a door code the morning of the booking. Very peaceful, and other guests/tenants obeyed the quiet hours.

Room smelled a little musty even with windows opened during the day, but within the norm for a building of its age. Bathroom fan was very noisy and without it, there would be too much moisture in the bathroom. Gurgling pipe sounds from adjacent apartments were loud. Beds very very soft.

Uses a doorcode which was sent to me the morning of checkin so super easy to get in and out. Perfect location, close to plenty of bars/venues and easy walk from South Yarra station. Bed was super comfy. Everything was clean and it was small but not cramped at all.

The shower was not good - you cannot subtlety have a shower while your partner sleeps as it makes an awful... grinding noise? If the hot or cold tap is too low the water sputters to a stop, but if you turn it up and it's therefore too hot/cold and go to adjust the other one the same thing would happen. Very difficult to get a water temp that was above room temperature but wouldn't melt off your skin.

Easy and keyless is great as you don't need a key. did not have a car but great parking was available. location to trams, Trains, shops, food etc. fantastic location. The place was clean and tidy. We would stay again no worries.

One towel each for five days was a bit tight, but one phone call and it was sorted out quickly and hassle-free. The information in the room does say housekeeping every four days, but the paperwork emailed says 7. Maybe older people would find the upstairs harder if they had heavy bags etc...

It was clean and the heaters were on before we arrived, so it was very cozy. The selection of teas and nespresso's was much appreciated.

The shower taps are difficult to get the hot water at the right temperature. Then, when you thought you'd got it to the perfect temperature, it would fluctuate from hot to cold. If you're sensitive to noise, the building is not noise proof and can hear people above moving chairs at night and the tramline is close by. The noise didn't worry us, though.
