Great unit. Very quiet, very clean, comfy beds, fully equiped kitchen, nice strong water pressure in the shower.. Fantastic location right near South Yarra train station just around the corner from Toorak Rd where tram/ buses also run. Very accommodating staff, gave us a late checkout as we had a late flight home. Also stored our luggage. A tip for older or mobility restricted people, the shower is over the bath (in the unit we were in) and if on the first floor, you will have to do steps (no lift), so ask for ground floor unit.

A small thing where the shower tap was reversed. Took a bit of working out that hot water was turning to the right and pushing the fitting towards the wall to turn pressure on..

I booked an apartment for my sister as a little present and the staff member Ash went above & beyond to make it very special. Without any prompt, Ash popped in a little welcome present in the fridge for my sister to enjoy along with a very sweet note and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Ash for making it not only a memorable stay for my sister but for me as well and I live 2 states away. I’ll be forever recommending SoYa to anyone I know purely based on how Ash made it feel like someone actually cared about their guests. You’re a legend xx

Could not recommend this place more! Stayed here for a couple of nights and was extremely impressed. The location is absolutely perfect and gives you easy access to trams, shops and great places to eat and drink. The room itself is surprisingly spacious and was very clean. The best part though was the staff. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating all the way from check-in to check-out, which really helped make the visit a positive experience. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect location, close to shopping strip, restaurants, train station, and tram stop. Spacious common space within the apartment. Comfly beds with good room size. Clean and easy checkin. Coffee machine and pots are a nice touch.

As it is closer to the streets, music from nearby bar can be heard late at night. And the acoustic between rooms and floors are not so great for light sleeper. Foot steps and between floor travelling along the share corridor and stair can be heard easily in late night.

Room was very clean and spacious. Had brilliant aircon. Seats were comfy and so was the bed. Bathroom very nice and clean.

I didnt like that I had to get up quite a few flight of stairs to get to the room. But I understand some accoms cant have elevators. The front door kept getting a bit jammed would have to slam it closed. And if it didnt close properly the door alarm would go off.

Loved the proximity to everything. So easy to just walk everywhere. Loved the south yarra area.

Unfortunately the noise was a bit much on the weekend. The RAH Bar is situated right behind the apartments and on a Saturday night the loud music (that happens to vibrate through the apartment) does not stop until 4.30am. That was the only negative though! Loved the place otherwise.

Great location - close to Chapel St and great little café next next door. Considering it backs onto the train line its pretty quiet inside and didn't stop us from sleeping great. The texting system with the staff was great and made it easy to communicate with them - especially as our group was flying in from a few different states and had some delayed flights etc. The later check-out was very appreciated!

Bathroom setup and layout is a bit of a nightmare - everything is just in a awkward spot but you make it work. There was also no water filter or water in fridge and no water jug so we couldn't keep water cold and the water from the tap didn't taste quite right.

Perfectly suited to fit our family of 5 as there was plenty of space for everyone. The location within walking distance to South Yarra train station was a huge bonus for us as our kids didn’t have too far to walk. Easy access to plenty of food options that were family friendly, and a short walk to Chapel street meant even more!

Streaming access on both TVs would have been nice but it wasn’t a big deal in the end as the wifi worked perfectly on other smaller devices.

Great apartment, had everything I needed, clean, great location, friendly staff. Came after 8pm and instructions were easy to follow and staff were attentive to make sure I had my key and room organised, appreciate it very much Mariana and crew!

Perhaps some more items in fridge like a mini bar w water. Food was fine as there was cafe next door.

The Entire Facility, Location and Staffs were Above and Beyond. One of the Shower Nozzles were not working properly and Simon I believe Immediately attended and did what He could and Before We left He even Offered Us a Chocolate Bar as a gift Which We think was very very Nice touch….

Shower Nozzles and Other Plumbing related Equipment need a bit Supervision in General….
