Easy check in,Best location for restaurants,cafes,bars etc Great for trains,trams. Bedding,towels etc excellent. Excellent appliances,washing machine etc. Plenty of room,great view and quiet considering the trains station being across the road. Have stayed quite a few times and would stay again for sure. Very enjoyable 2 week stay.

Compared to other stays(pre Covid) I feel the cleanliness has slipped a bit. Clean, but not super clean as in the past. Not that bad that I would complain. On arrival a smoke alarm had been covered with a shower cap and I believe this should have been discovered by the staff making up the room. No safe available in the apartment.

Very good facilities in the rooms. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job servicing the rooms and responding to extra requests. The reception and management staff were always very polite, professional and helpful. We greatly appreciated thier flexibilty when solving a payment issue -they responded very fairly and with empathy.

The TV in our room didn't work so well. Perhaps some system to help long stay guests recycle their rubbish.

For me this is a great location. The ambiance is pleasant and the accommodation is comfortable. It is good to have a washing machine and the kitchen facilities are adequate. I enjoyed the balcony for relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I made good use of the book swap shelves!

The shower head was very high and I had to stand on tiptoe to reach it. For someone shorter than me it would have been impossible. The washing machine was a touch challenging but the instructions were useful.

No restaurants in suits hotel , but good self catering facilities. Lots of cafes and restaurants I. Close proximity. IGA supermarket very near and Asian supermarket around the corner . Very convenient.

On check in , reception could only offer 1 key . If you are travelling with friend or partner that do separate outtings, this could be a problem( only one key to enter building and room ) . Fortunately reception was very accomodating and help us out with an additional key. .A Big thank you .

The location was fantastic with its proximity to public transport. The parking onsite was convenient and a huge plus. The bed really comfy, the bathroom was great, lovely shampoo and conditioner. Having cooking and laundry facilities in the room was really good (even though we had no need to use them this trip)

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that there are two buildings, and if you went to the ground floor of one, you did not end up in the lobby where reception is. This was something to get used to - having to swap lifts to get up to your room if in the other building. This means that if you are staying with friends in the same hotel and they are in a different building, you can’t get up to their floor - you have to get them to come to reception to pick you up. This was a relatively minor inconvenience however, and would not put me off staying here again.

Regularly cleaned. Suitable facilities for long stay. Just simple and adequate with nice staff.

No major complaints. Other reviews had described the place as “tired”. There were some scuff marks on wall trimmings, the carpet was a bit worn from past damage, a tile was missing in the bathroom. However the apartment was clean, comfy bed, rooms small but ok size. Suited my long stay just fine.

Excellent location - barely a minute's walk from the Toorak Rd strip. Train station in very close proximity, along with plenty of eatery options and the city is close.

The only issue for light sleepers is that the train honking from South Yarra station can be a bit loud late at night and first morning train. Small price to pay for having the convenience of the station at your doorstep.

The location is very good. 2 min walk to Train Station and just on station away from MCG station which was handy being there for an event. Nic and close to walk Toorak Road and peruse the shops. Ample dining in walking distance too. The apartment was enough room to be comfortable. The bathroom was a good size for two adults and a child to use.

Thin walls, and can hear others around you easily. Front door is noisy when closing. bed and sofa lounge were ok but not firm and supportive.

The rooms were quite spacious and well taken care of. Used the gym as well, which was very good.

I can't really fault anything. We stayed here for Grand Prix weekend and there was an issue with our initial 2 bedroom apartment not being available but we got an equivalent set up which worked well

my swipe card was accidentally taken from my room I suppose by cleaning staff, the reissue process was immediate and very helpful.

Location of toilet roll holder is not accessible without contortion.
