The room was lovely and spacious, very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect and plump, the shower was good, nice sized and it was good to see a laundry in the bathroom too. I liked the kitchen. Wifi was good and private carpark was fabulous. Reception were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Loved the balcony, was good to have this for fresh air. Location is awesome! Generally a great place.

No tissues, housekeeping forgot this! Tissues are important as I will not blow my nose in toilet paper. Hand towel had some blackish marks on them. The sliding door to the balcony was horribly hard to open and close, not good or safe for older people or people with weak muscles. Please look at getting the sliding door fixed. Room 207.

This is the perfect apartment for a small group of friends in Melbourne. So easily connected with public transport, super close to everything. Woolies across the road, so many amazing coffee shops and restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Amazing shopping. The apartment was great value for money. Beds comfy enough, nice and spacious, stocked kitchen. Ours had great city views. Complimentary later check out, that hour was so appreciated.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your property and staff. Honestly as someone who travels to Melbourne frequently I found south Yarra central apartments to be one of the cleanest, helpful, well presented properties I have stayed at for a long time. I definitely will be using your property in the future and recommend South Yarra Central Apartments to all family, friends and work colleagues. I truly enjoyed my stay.

location very handy loved the light and sunshine coming through our curved windows near the high school

not able to get free to air tv especially to get news updates on the flooding in our area of NSW, we thought that was very lacking. we found the shower was good but a bit unsafe for older people as nothing sturdy to hold onto.

staff exceptional, location exceptional, so easy to get tram to anywhere.will def stay here again.

really petty, but the aircon was a bit hard to use, the balcony door needs adjusting, a couple more pillows and a bigger bed would be awesome. and maybe a more comfortable lounge given it is an apartment. but apart from the A/c and the door these are just my preferences, others would probably disagree, certainly didn't take away from the overall experience

Excellent location. Tram stop 2 minutes walk. Easy to get to train station. Across the road from Excellent shopping center with Woolworths, restaurants etc. Parking on-site. Washing machine & dryer in unit. Extremely comfortable bed. Quiet This is not our first stay here, its our go-to place to stay and will be back again.

Small issue. The cutlery needs updating. The 'sharp' knife has abused and has pieces missing out of it.

Location was excellent. Very close to supermarket and other shopping experiences. Very close to restaurants. Easy access to trams and trains. Apartment has great views and good light with many windows in the main living space. We stayed in Winter and the apartment has good heating.

We received the wrong code for the lockbox. This meant we were waiting for some time to get into the building when we first arrived at night for checkin after a long international flight. Some items were missing in the kitchen. There was only 1 wine glass for an apartment that sleeps 4 persons. Not enough cutlery for 4 persons. One of the frying pans was unwashed with dried food coated on the insides. However these issues were resolved very quickly when we notified the staff member on duty at reception.

Fantastic location on Chapel Street, easy public transport: trams just outside the building and a short walk to the train station. Kitchen was very useful for meals in. Car park was really good ($30 p/night). They were also happy to hold our bags for a little while after check out so we could visit our daughter locally without dragging our cases - such an enormous help, very grateful. Woolies across the road - open until midnight.

A couple fittings were broken and room temperature was a little cool. However we were given an extra fan heater which was effective.

Communication was exceptional - an absolute pleasure! The room was extremely clean & the location was wonderful for our appointment. Location was also great for access to local F&B venues!

Not even a big deal but the option of a second pillow each (perhaps in the wardrobe) would be good. But it's minor and we coped just fine without it. I can't fault the property or staff! Highly recommend

Aircon controls in my room didn’t work - It appears that A/C is centrally controlled which makes hot nights a little uncomfortable.
