The location was perfect as the event we were attending was very close. As we are elderly the room was close to parking and not too many stairs to negotiate. The bed extremely comfortable and seemed to have automatic heating; the room air conditioner was quiet and efficient. The smart T.V. had all the features you could wish for, local chanels, international news and many streaming chanels. The room was equipped with a full kitchen; electric stove and oven, toaster, kettle, full supply of cuttlery and plates, all the cooking utensiles to make a meal. There was also a small private area outside with a table and chairs.

Nothing; it was perfect.

staff, comfortable white bed, great shower. The hotel has several buildings, and the navigator apparently brought me to the main one — and for good reason, as it turned out there was no one at the reception in the other building anymore. So yes, I entered the main building, and a young man at the reception told me that your apartments were in another building. He showed me how to get there, and while I was turning around and driving out, he actually ran more than a block in the rain to show me where and how to park and helped me check in. A big thank you to him!

This apartment block was in a great location for where we needed to be. It was really lovely to look at and had an equipped kitchenette although we didn't use it. There is reasonable street parking but watch the times the next day as there are variable clearance times for the streetsweeper on each side of the road. A fabulous coffee shop just across the road. A gorgeous looking little thai restaurant that was busy until after 11pm. Just around the corner on the main road, a fabulous chinese masseuse and nail salon. Very easy walking distance to the train station. Comfortable bed and surrounds. Great water pressure.

Yellow liquid in shower and no body wash in dispenser. Didn’t appear that bathroom was fully cleaned and stocked before arrival.

Comfy bed. Great location. Clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent facilities. We stayed for 3 weeks . They bed was changed regularly as were the towels. It is the perfect location. There's an excellent café/bakery on the corner nearby. South Yarra Station and a tram stop is two minutes away. It's a short walk to the beautiful botanical gardens. I cannot fault anything. I would definitely recommend.

I liked everything!

Loved it!! Perfect little studio apartment, room was spacious, kitchen had everything, bathroom was great with a good size shower, AC worked very well, and TV had lots of channels including Netflix. The location was fabulous, on a quiet/safe road with about a 5 minute walk to the station, many bars and restaurants. They had a communal washing machine and dryer which I used at a small price. I also arrived late in the night and the staff were very helpful in sending me the instructions to get in, which was super easy. It was just a really comfortable and lovely stay!

One main issue I had, I’m not sure if this is an Aussie thing but the duvet was strange. It was not encased in a normal duvet cover, it was sitting in between two sheets, which meant at night it was just a bit of a mess unless you do not move at all. It also would have been nice if we were provided with more basics in the kitchen like olive oil or just cooking oil. And a proper lock on the door would have been great as ours didn’t work

The location was ideal for us - around the corner from family. Lots of eating places nearby along with the railway station. The staff were super friendly, even carrying our bags up to our room (two flights of stairs). The bed is the softest I've ever slept in.

Our bathroom, although perfectly functional & clean, was tired in its decor. The art work over the bed wouldn't be to everybody's taste. There's no lift.

the property was the perfect distance away from both toorak rd and chapel st allowing me to feel seperate from the hustle and bustle but similarly only had to walk 1-10 minutes to get somewhere interesting. the apartment was perfectly clean and had everything i needed as a solo traveller.

for some reason the fridge wasn’t working and some of the plugs in the bathroom weren’t working. i didn’t really care though cos i was only gonna use the fridge to keep the salsa i bought cold lol.

Very convenient location for my trip. Easy access to station and trams. My room was upgraded on arrival and I was offered a late checkout that unfortunately I was unable to use due to plans but nice to be offered.

The only thing I could fault would be that the renovation in the small bathroom meant the tap for the sink was located under the shelf that had been installed below the mirror making it at little awkward to get to.

Location was excellent, close to shops and train station. I really liked the design and character of the apartment block as they are not a boring, solid rectangle as many are. Inside the apartment itself carried through with character and appeal. Will definitely stay here again.

The shower taps need attention - dripping.
