The apartment complex is fantastic, facilities are excellent and location outstanding. However, the actual apartment we stayed in was lacking. It seemed as if it hadn't been vacuumed, the bathroom seemed like it hadn't been cleaned well (shower needs a proper clean) and lack of couch space. For a 2 bedroom apartment it really needs another small couch or larger couch as there were four of us on a 2 seater couch. Also being in Melbourne, it does get cold and there are no spare blankets which isn't great because the blankets on the bed are lightweight so we were cold at night. The facility/building is excellent but the owner of the apartment we stayed in needs to add a few extra things to make the actual apartment more enjoyable for guests. Would absolutely love to stay at the VOGUE apartment building again but not in this apartment.

The location was great and very convenient, in the same building as a miniature shopping centre with woolies, big W and many food places. Transport was good with a few different trams available within 500m and the local train station being an 8 minute walk away (~800m)

Construction work going on just outside my balcony during my stay, Nothing major or loud, but having the curtains open to just have construction workers look in at me every so often wasn't the most thrilling of experiences, probably not a typical part of the stay here though

My hosts, Josy and Patrick, are both such beautiful, generous, helpful souls and I cannot thank them enough, especially dear Josy (absolutely adore you sweetie!). Truly went so far out into the stratosphere for me during my stay, I would rate them 100/10, because they are Superstars!!

I was given so much kindness and extra attention due to my disabilities and to my life situation, there's absolutely NOTHING I could possibly complain about or not like.

Good location , proper cooking facilities , laundry within property . Nice gym and pool . Good comms via W'app .

Check in ! i was given a key and told to enter at no:x but there are 5 lifts and some don't go to correct floor and i ended up at an identical flat number but in the wrong area and a guy there , it would have been so much easier just to be shown up . Staff eventually came to rescue ! The flat needs a good deep clean , it was ok mainly but carpet , couch , glass needed cleaning. TV channels very limited .

The location was perfect for us within walking distance of family and supermarkets for supplies. A lovely walk down by river takes you to the botanical gardens and city beyond. Trams run from the doorstep and trains from just a few hundred yards away take you to anywhere.

I am being picky now because generally it was ok, but there could have been better drainage on bathroom sink. Perhaps a few cushions on sofa for more comfort. There were too many fire alarms we had at least three in less than three weeks, the last one at 5.30am we were on the 26th floor this was a lot of stairs to exit the building, but the view was amazing.

Instructions were very detailed and clear. The staff sent all necessary information and reminders several times before the trip, and reached out with useful info through Booking.com messages whenever there was a need for that. They were very accommodating when we needed to extend the stay. Facilities were nice, metro station close, the neighbourhood interesting. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The only thing that worried us a bit was the TV that seemed a bit loose on the TV stand, but it wasn't too much of an issue for us, as we don't watch it much. We believe this place brought us good luck as we just moved from Europe and were starting to set ourselves up in Australia - we succeeded in finding the right house for our family in the first days of our stay here.

Great location, perfect apartment for a couple. Supermarket below, a pool, spa facilities and a gym- all excellent additions. Really useful place to stay when getting set up in Melbourne (we have just emigrated). Having washing facilities and a full kitchen were a big help.

Very little. We booked the property for 2 weeks, there was no offer of new sheets/towels etc for such a so code table amount of time. Parking was a bit expensive considering we had such a long booking. Kitchen has equipment but more cutlery and glasswear would be helpful to prevent over use of the dishwasher.

The location was amazing. The pool/spa/sauna awesome. The room itself was a good size, beds very comfy. Had everything needed in kitchenette. I think we were upgraded to a city view room, the view was amazing from 14th floor.

The room was very dirty, needed a good clean. There were stains on the carpet, lounge and dining chairs. There was mould in the shower and the sink was blocked with crud, so water didn't go down the plughole. The sliding door for the bathroom didn't close properly as it has fallen off it's rollers. After 2 nights out of 4, the light/fan in the bathroom would not turn off! So at night was not fun sleeping with light on and sound of fan. These things were pointed out to the manager. Overall though, the positives outweigh the negatives, it just would have been better if it was cleaner.

It was lovely! Woolworths just below, sauna and pool on the second floor. And very comfortable beds. Loved staying here and would recommend anyone looking for a short time appartement, to stay here! If we ever visit Melb again, we will stay here, no doubt. Reading this? Book! Good price for this place, and a tramstop just outside too.

Nothing bad really, some parts that could have improved though. Such as: Bit more info about floor for the pool, one key per person (we got two, but we where four people), info that you could request more supplies as we stayed there for almost two weeks (toilet paper, washing detergent etc, which Chloe fixed fast upon request), pre check on supplies in kitchen (however Chloe fixed it fast with a few more forks and bowls etc that was missing), bit larger sofa or such (as it suited only two of four) and better hangers in the closets (at least one had only tiny store hangers not suited for hanging regular cloths on). But these aren't complaints, just suggestions on improving.

The view from 1117 was incredible with uninterrupted views across Melbournes leafy suburbs. On-site facilities were excellent as well. Sauna, pool and gym were all top notch. Internet was very fast which I needed to remote into work effectively. I got about 100mbps down. I cooked a lot and the shops downstairs are top notch. Cannings and La Mana and sons meant I ate like a king when I was in and working. Close to transport and everything you could want.

I was there a week so I used a lot of the apartment. A few more plates and glasses would be good and the pans and pots in the kitchen were in bad shape. I ended up buying a cheap Pan from big w downstairs. Missing a few essential cooking items like oven mits or extra tea towels for handling hot items. No roasting trays and the oven tray was hidden under the oven and frankly filthy. I had to buy steel wool and soak overnight to bring it up to scratch. That said, most people wouldn’t cook as much as me and likely not use the oven so it’s probably not a big deal.
