The location of the apartments was exceptionally ideal for my family, 2 of whom were visiting from Brisbane and 1 from NZ. I reserved the Caroline Serviced Apartments in Richmond, Melbourne, for my family, and it was so easy to rendezvous with them every single day that they were in town, as my son and I are already Richmond residents. The apartments are within walking distance of our property. Jumping on the Route 70 tram was such an incredible experience. Plus, being surrounded by Swan Street's cafes and restaurants was absolutely superb. The apartment was huge and comfortable, with natural light, and the balcony was a definite bonus for them. They were gobsmacked. So, thank you for making their stay so memorable.

The only thing that they didn't like was that their stay was way too short. And I totally agreed with them

New hotel, rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access into the city by tram. Basement car parking was also super convenient. And staff was very polite and helpful!

Nothing! We liked it so much we returned at the end of our trip. The second time around we stayed in a room that shared a balcony with the room next door which was a bit strange. Not a problem but could have been made clear at the time of booking..! We ended up leaving the blinds/balcony door closed as otherwise the guests staying in the room next door would be able to access/see into our room. It looked liked the rooms were meant to be booked together as they shared a little private hallway.

The Property was in a great location, bars restaurants and cafes within a short walk accessibility to the CBD and sporting events a comfortable walk or easy tram ride. They should promote this a bit more on the Apartment website. The room was very clean, spacious and felt comfortable we totally enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The only small nock would be our room was on the main street and when sleeping the road noise was there a bit annoying when sleeping but got used to it as well.

Lovely new self contained apartments in great location. Size of rooms were great and all modern facilities. Beds were comfortable & bathroom was nice and big. WiFi worked well. Friendly front desk staff. Option for car parking was good too. Easy to get public transport or walk to city.

We booked months before our Xmas stay and no housekeeping provisions were made in advance to accommodate Xmas public holidays! The rooms aren’t serviced enough - for long stays it should be every 3 days max & public holidays factored in advance! No manuals for how to use induction stove, oven & dishwasher.

It is one of the best service apartments we have ever stayed with. We arrived early, about 12 noon, and the apartment is already for us to move in. The reception is very friendly and helpful, willing to answered our questions. The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy. The furnitures are new and well maintained. Although the hotel is not in the CBD, but the tram stop is just in front and the train station is only 2 minute walk, so it saves the hazard of driving into the city. There is also a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarket nearby. The covered car park is spacious and at reasonable price.

Stayed here as we were attending game at Aimee Park and as it was Anzac Day the public transport options home are usually not good. We eventually walked - The whole of Richmond was packed with pedestrians so the best way to get home. Stayed here two nights - I was able to do laundry at no cost to me - apartment was well appointed. Parking on site also helped

I have no negatives about this complex would recommend

Comfortable beds, quiet, nicely furnished

Not enough plates, cutlery etc - only 6 pieces for an apartment that sleeps 4 meant we had to run the dishwasher after each use. Should be at least 8 of everything. Good to have free wifi but do expect a coffee machine in a property like this - who drinks plunger coffee since 1990? Can't see the point of servicing the apartment the day before checkout - unnecessary for any stays less than a week. If you don't book direct you have to pay extra for parking. That's not fair and adds a considerable amount to the cost.

The room was clean and supplied with nice high quality products its close to the city, nice cafes and restaurants also had private parking that you had to pre book and pay for, overall it was nice and would come again.

The room was smaller than what i expected, and the view from the terrace area was not that nice, the private parking was also a little pricey, also had only 1 towel service and no other room services during the stay. It would have been nice to have a spare change of bed sheets just in case. The iron was also terrible we tried to iron some of our clothes and it was just unusable, it was leaking water and would just turn off almost ruining our clothes. Besides some of those small issues it was a nice place.

Apartment has everything one needs for a stay. Recommend a 1 or 2 bed appt over a studio as they are only marginally more expensive but have way more space. Region is full of great restaurants and bars, has a tram stop just outside and is the closest suburb to downtown Melbourne being just 10 minutes on the tram or a $12 Uber ride.
