great location if you need to be close to Epworth comfy bed, great supply of utensils in the kitchen easy access to restaurants

Biscuits would have been nice after long trip! Real milk would have been appreciated instead of UHT sheets were too small for the bed, so it got a bit uncomfortable parking was not as straightforward as I would have liked

Location was perfect, as we needed to be near Epworth Hospital

The whole apartment was a little on the cooler side (being July, didn't help) & we couldn't get the split system to heat up effectively. We warmed ourselves by wrapping up in blankets to watch TV. Due to the hour, we didn't want to bother staff with an after-hours call (even though the staff are friendly & approachable) It certainly didn't put a damper on our stay, even though there is an attached sad emoji. This is our 2nd time at the apartment, and we would definitely stay again and/or recommend to others. 😊

Location close to MCG where we were attending Women’s Ashes Test (10 min walk) or short tram ride. MyKi cards can be bought/topped up at next door pharmacy. Security was good with with key card access. Staff very helpful. Apartment is great with cooking facilities, dishwasher & washing machine. Good shower. Guest access to more towels, tea/coffee etc from cupboards near reception. Coffee shop is a bonus, though plenty of cafes in area. Enjoyed lunch at Mr Bartoli across the road.

Would have liked a second chair for the table, rather than stool. Clearer instructions for dishwasher - seemed to make all the right noises, but items were not clean. Maybe pilot error. Would prefer pump packs of shampoo etc in bathroom rather than fiddly individual tubes & slimy soap bars. Must be lot of wastage.

The 2 bedroom apartment with balcony was perfect for our needs. Loved being able to sit in the sun on the balcony during the day and see the city lights at night. Beds were very comfortable and the layout of the kitchen and bathroom and lounge flowed well. The location was ideal for easy access to the city and surrounds and to restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful to meet all our needs. There was also easy access to a cupboard near reception to top up on coffee pods and bathroom essentials etc as needed at anytime of day or night.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location so close to hospital for appointment, easy to get to from train station by tram, very quiet room and had everything we would need eg. Fridge , kitchenware, dishwasher, detergents etc and impeccably clean . Good security.

Mattress was bit soft, seemed to sink a little and pillows were bit hard. Towels in bathroom were bit old and scratchy…. Some new plush white towels would be great ! Also room could benefit from a block out roller blind behind curtain as light from building next door shone through curtain all night . That could annoy some sleepers .

Perfect location for Epworth hospital and easy access to the city by tram. Beds were really comfortable for us but some might find them quite soft.

The room temperature was way too hot, unpleasantly so. We stayed on the top floor and the windows hardly opened so we had to use the air conditioning in the middle of winter. The air conditioning does not go below 18 degrees which is not pleasant for sleeping. Unfortunately there was also an unpleasant musty smell with no deodoriser available.

convenient location, was all new and smelt and felt new. No smell of smoke and no grime anywhere. I was impressed with the feeling of cleanliness and newness and everything worked well. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great! It was good how you could grab extra supplies in the lobby and the outdoor deck was good, nice view of the city. air-conditioning was good and fully controllable.

Trying to think if I have any constructive criticism? The sink tap was slightly loose, but no big deal, the room doors did not have any hold open latch, so you kind of had to open and close it when you were taking things into the lobby.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Lanbruk. The location is excellent, being close to the city, tram and the bustling parts of Richmond. The room was in perfect, clean condition and the fit out was modern with character. The staff were also great and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The location to MCG was amazing!! Stayed for Taylor Swift concert and could walk everywhere. The staff left us some friend bracelets for the concert which was a very nice touch!! Excellent little bottle shop across the street and a good pizza place a few doors down. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The little kitchen area had a fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee pod machine. Simple, clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again if I was headed to the MCG.

Over view was of a brick wall. Huge window though with lots of natural light just zero outlook. We were on the second floor room 205.

Everything! It was close to the work office and yummy food and coffee! The room was perfect! It had coffee pods as well as sugar!! It had plates and cups and fully stocked cutlery draw!! The fridge was super cool!!

Not really a negative but I tried to cast to the tv to watch Disney+ from my phone.. it was a little choppy.. the connection to the wi-fi wasn't user friendly either.. I wasn't sure exactly how to connect in the beginning.. after a few tries.. I got on to the wi-fi and then connected to the Google TV to cast.. it didn't work.. I had to download the movie on my phone first then connect to watch on the tv..
