The staff adjusted my booking at late notice without issue or price change. When I notified them I was bringing my daughter instead of my partner they said they'd organise single beds for us, instead they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom unit for free! I booked undercover parking but due to the size of my vehicle they couldn't accommodate it, instead they issued me with a street parking pass for the duration of my stay, even letting us remain parked past checkout so we could see the city before heading home and at a discounted rate. On top of that, all consumables in the fridge and pantry were made free for us. Excellent service.

Like most, we stayed here for a night MCG game and it was great value for that, especially if you book ahead. It's very close and has parking, so ideally situated for that. Apartment is well set up - we didn't get much use of the facilities but bed was comfortable and it seemed to have everything you might need for a short stay. Concierge was extremely helpful. Cafe next door was open on the weekend and had very good coffee and breakfast. Staff were fine with us moving our car out after breakfast although there's also street parking on the weekend.

There are two parking entrances, so worth checking which one you are in. The parking, as mentioned by other reviewers, is tight so best in a small car, although the concierge was nice enough to direct my partner into the spot. Convenient to MCG means also that you will be battling traffic, so best to get there early. Could have better teabag options. While it didn't affect us, reception does close at 8pm so make sure you're aware!

The staff were very friendly and professional. Easy to find and easy checkin .Very secure parking and worth the $30. Reception closes at 8pm but easy key access to front door and well lit. Very nice and comfortable accomodation. Loved the extra treats in the fridge! Cans of coke, water and some tim tams included. Easy to use coffee machine with pods, sugar and milk provided. Lovely bathroom products. Easy and safe walk to MCG and Rod Laver. 10 easy minutes. Five minute walk to the tram. Quiet street.

The only thing I can think of is that it is a slow lift! That’s a stretch.

Perfect location for a concert at John Cain Arena. Dee from reception was very helpful at arranging an after hours check in for us. The room was great and the complementary snacks and drinks were very much appreciated after a long drive.

The car park is quite small but given it wasn’t full during our stay this wasn’t an issue for us. I can imagine it would be tricky to navigate in and out of if it was full.

It felt cosy and personal . It was spacious - I was with a friend and we had a two bedroom apartment , each with a queen size bed, and a bathroom each . Staff were delightful . So close to trams , a great cafe next door, and lots of trees out the front. The building was only a few stories high , and in a lovely old part of the city , near Fitzroy Gardens. Well stocked kitchen utensils too.

Great location, close to everything but quiet. Fitzroy Gardens only a short stroll away and Bedggood and Co. a couple of doors down have a great range of breakfast options. The room was awesome, we were upgraded to an executive suite, very comfortable and the complementary coffee and Tim Tams were a lovely touch. The facilities are great, wish we could have stayed longer.

The car park is a bit of a tight fit, it was lucky that there were no other cars there when we had to turn around as it would have been tricky. The coffee cup ring on the study desk suggests cleaning could be better.

Loved the location, so close to the city but far enough away that you aren't in the thick of it. Staff were lovely, knowledgeable, and always available when needed. The accommodation was clean, well appointed and well set out. All the bits and bobs needed in the room which was well presented and quiet. Shower was surprisingly lovely and had decent preasure, loved the room hot water service so the water didn't run hot and cold everything someone flushed a toilet. Bed was comfy and pillows wjere like sleeping on a dream. Car park was a little tight but was secure.

It was an easy check in with simple instructions for afterhours coming and goings with system for early checkout. Cafe for breakfast 4 doors down if you didn't want the hassle of using the kitchen facilities. Great set up with 2 separate bedrooms with separate bathroom facilities. The location was very quiet, we were on the top 4th floor.

I think if you are going to provide a POD coffee machine, then there should be more than just 4 pods for use and a tiny UHT milk carton in the fridge. All or none I say.

Everything. Apartment was much bigger than I anticipated with coffee machine, fridge, stove, microwave, sofas, washing machine, dining table and separate desk. Good aircon, lovely view over park. We’ll stay longer next time. We were only there 2 nights, driving straight from the airport (easy) and going to the basketball. It’s so close to the MCG, tennis centre and other arenas we walked everywhere. Concierge was lovely too. Thanks!

We liked everything!

The location was really convenient for driving into Melbourne as an interstate visitor. It was easy to find and easy to leave. Car space was convenient - underground secure garage. The room was a really good size with a comfortable sitting room and spacious kitchen area. So close to the MCG if you are coming for the footy :)

Pillows on the bed were not great at all. Bit of a walk to get into the CBD.
