A wonderful experience. Rooms were decorated beautifully, so comfortable and exceptionally clean and welcoming. Little touches like the complentary drinks at night and lollies whenever you passed reception. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made us so welcome. Location was perfect and the staff booked us for dinner at a fabulous restaurant and recommended great coffee close by. We want to thank Alla, Louisa and Gitta who were the best hotel staff ever. We were sorry to say goodbye and can’t wait to return. Thank you all so much. A perfect stay in every way.

Location and boutique feel of the property are great! The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor terraces in the top level apartments are amazing!!

Service model has changed. Added inclusion such as free mini bar and in room coffee machine are no longer included and that’s a shame. It made all the difference to a typical hotel experience.. Rooms are nice but there is now nothing extra to make you feel like it’s a special hotel.

The property is exceptionally located. The theatres are within a minute’s walk and there is a great variety of restaurants nearby. The studio apartment was spacious, with a comfortable couch and good sized room. All of the staff we encountered during our stay, including cleaning staff and front office, were very friendly and welcoming. We had one issue during our stay which was resolved promptly and professionally.

There was nothing about this property to dislike.

There is so much to like about this hotel. It's location is brilliant for going to the theatre and the restaurants and bars that are close by are top notch. The staff are super friendly and very helpful with hints for getting around the area and anything you need in the room. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and everything you need is there. Its quiet and easy to get to in a side street. Excellent value for money.

The only criticism I have is for the bathroom. The sink is way too small and there really isn't anywhere to put your toiletry bag and worse if there's two of you. Everything else is fine and this wouldn't stop me rebooking given all the other positives.

I liked that there was always was bottled water available for us to take and my husband loved the lolly bar! The staff were very helpful and one of the ladies printed a list of recommended restaurants, bars and coffee shops, as well as giving us tips for things to do and places to see.

The internet kept dropping which made it difficult and annoying to cast to the tv. The basin in the bathroom is tiny and very difficult to use for teeth brushing and washing your face without getting water on the floor.

Great location and we loved the space and amenities of the 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were super friendly and accommodating to our requests, including moving us up to a higher floor for a quiet stay and setting up Jenga and colouring-in for our kids as a surprise. Would 100% recommend for a perfect stay.

My only feedback here is that I didn't like the taste of the coffee

The staff were very welcoming and I was impressed by how accommodating they were. I arrived at 9am, expecting to just be able to drop my bags while I waited for check-in. Instead, the lovely lady at the front desk checked to see if my room was available early and, when it wasn't, gave me a FREE upgrade to a superior room. This room had so much space! I could work comfortably for the day from the living space. Combined with the free lolly bar, free in-room minibar and excellent location, the whole stay was amazing. Also, blackout blinds! A must when staying in the city.

I couldn't get the aircon to work properly so the room was a bit hot but I think that was user error ;)

Good service, quirky features and super handy walking distance to all the places we visited. Would have loved to enjoy cocktail hour, but we had dinner reservations. Lovely offer of cocktails to guests. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was very nice to do but we didn’t need another bed as there were only two of us.

There was a couple arguing in the room next door and we could hear everything, kept us awake so would be good to have better soundproofing. The lolly bar was cute but we took a few sherbert bombs and they were so hard they could have broken teeth - might need to regularly refresh the lollies so they don’t go stale. The view from our room was a dirty alleyway - would be cool to have a mural painted or something so it’s a nicer view for guests. The Apple TVs are hard to navigate if it’s not familiar to you, would have made better use of just a regular smart TV set up.

Wonderful from start to finish. Megan was super helpful and friendly. She epitomised great service and made our stay so much fun with brilliant suggestions of things to do, places to eat at and bars to try. The AH restaurant and bar that is attached to the hotel was also a highlight. Ren seamlessly blended professional service and great banter from behind the bar while we partook in the Eucalyptus Smoked Margarita and Wattle Seed Negroni cocktails.

Nothing. With Megan and Ren, there was nothing to dislike.

The convenience of the location, the staff, the room had the necessary facilities and it was clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The girls loved the complimentary lolly trolley and hubby and I loved the complimentary coffee, tea and chai station on the ground floor.

The floors probably needed a mop and the toilet flush was a tad weak. These are just super minor things we picked up.
