We stayed in this spacious clean apartment for 6 nights. We arrived at 1am from the airport and the staff were welcoming. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment had very comfy big beds and spacious bathrooms. One of the showers was in a bathtub but had hand rails to climb in (not a problem for us) and slight adjustments to shower head so bathmat didn’t get too wet. Loved that it had floor boards and no carpet in main living area. We had free wifi and free Tim tams from the front desk which was a bonus. Location was great, short walk from free trams but we walked everywhere. The views from our balcony at night were amazing. They didn’t have dinner plates in our apartment but supplied them to us when asked. Nothing was too much trouble. Looked after our cases once we checked out. Can’t recommend this apartment enough.

The location was great. Only a short 10 minute walk down to Bourke Street or you could catch a tram or train right out the front. Have stayed right on Bourke Street Mall and it was great to be a few streets back as the area was a lot quieter. The balcony was great to have fresh air. Room was clean and spacious and it was convenient to have a kitchen and full sized fridge. Having the IGA next door was also really handy as you could get any groceries you needed and take them straight upstairs. Loved our stay and would definitely book again. The staff were also lovely and helpful.

The only issue we had was that the second bathroom had the shower over the bathtub. Was quite difficult to get in and out of, so we all used the standalone shower that was in the ensuite.

Close stay to hospital that i had to attend. Lots of cafes and restaurants and theatre s very close by. Bonus having a very well stocked IGA store to pick up any groceries, alcohol or bits and pieces i needed for my longer stay. Even though on a main street it was mostly very quiet

Visitors that came to see me complained of a usual smell in the apartment. I just opened up the balcony door for a while to air out the place. It was extremely windy on occasions and I needed to lay a towel against the entry door to stop a very noisy vacuum draft noise occurring under the small gap of the entry door.

Very walkable to most attractions with the aid of the free tram zone. Comfortable bed, spacious apartment. Quiet.

unfortunately only one lift is operating due to maintenance of the other which made wait times very long. okay if you can manage stairs. Shower ran hot and cold every 5 seconds.

We had a city view on the 27th floor. It was fantastic! Clean and roomy. Balcony was a plus. Staff were always helpful. Lifts were quick. There's an IGA with a bottlo downstairs or a Woolworths and BWS Metro around the corner on Exibition Street. A short walk to free trams and metro or there's a bus stop right at the front door. China Town is a 5-minute walk. Found the best place for dinner there. Empress of China. Great food, great price. We were fortunate to have a great view of the NYE fireworks from our balcony.

The lounge was very uncomfortable. The aircon was a bit noisy. The on-site parking is terrible. One single way in, and it's the same way out. No good for large cars. There is a parking station that looks easier almost next door.

This is amazing because it's in the middle of the city but it's quiet. I had an apartment room which was so incredibly spacious. Bed comfortable. Pretty amazing with beautiful balcony.

There's no 'lobby' - no waiting area/ sitting area or bar or cafe in the hotel. No gym. You have to wait a long time for the lifts as often one is taken up with staff doing their important cleaning and laundry. Only two staff at the front desk can mean that if a lot of people arrive at once you have to wait a long time for check in. They are otherwise very accommodating. The entrance is very ordinary and unprepossessing. This is a small compromise as the actual rooms are really excellent. Good value and quiet which is a miracle. IGA next door which is fantastic.

The location is perfect, close to shops, transport and entertainment. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a 10 night stay over Christmas. The apartments are quite and spacious. The balconies are lovely to sit on and enjoy breakfast or a nice drink. The parks and gardens nearby are a pleasure to stroll around.

The parking is a bit expensive for us to just leave our car for such a long stay. We have to find somewhere else to park it during our stay. It doesn't deter us from continuing to book this location though, it is just an inconvenience that we have to take into accounts when booking.

The overall cleanliness of the room and reception. Had a wonderfully pleasant smell. Car parking was super easy and staff were very clear and direct while simultaneously being so warm and friendly to myself and family. They let us check in early and gave us a courtesy call to make sure our room was okay. Very easy and accessible after hours door left no confusion for anyone upon a late return. My partner myself and my children all had one of the best sleeps we’ve had in a very long time on those fantastic comfy beds and ridiculously clean sheets (which also smelt incredible for some reason). Super easy and convenient location

Absolutely nothing! Stay was fabulous

Room fairly big, plenty enough for two adults with kids. Balcony big enough to sit and enjoy coffee. Comfy bed. Everything you need to cook and make food yourself. Close to main attractions, China Town around the corner. Iga and metro woolies around the corner, 10min walk to main streets with hundreds of restaurants.

Clothes machine didn't work, but the staff gave us the machines that were in the parking lot that I could use. Tv in bedroom didn't work. They said they were going to fix it, but didn't during our 6 night stay. Parking is very very tight, Got to be very careful to not hit a curb when going around and the space is tight where you park

Perfect for our stay for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was great to have a full kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner before and after a big long day at Albert Park. The location was great and an easy commute to the park and the shopping district and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery options in walking distance.

Unfortunately there was a constant buzz, like a pool filter noise so I didn't sleep too well since I'm a very light sleeper. Other than that it was great and will stay here again if we visit again.
