I liked the hotel very much. The staff were very helpful & I must mention the reception Manager- Julia who was so helpful & accommodating. As we checked out at 11am & our flight was at 11.30pm, she not only arranged to have the luggage stored but also made it possible we could access the pool shower / toilet facilities to use before our very long flight home.

However I was not aware that this hotel was super close to the China town, even though that opened us up to lovely South East Asian restaurants, I would have preferred to be near the CBD more. But that is more on me as I should have researched more.

All staff that we interacted with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After travelling for a large portion of the afternoon with a baby, they welcomed us with open arms and did the most to ensure we were comfortable.

Our only complaints were that the rooms are too cold - it’s actually warmer with no air conditioning on at all, our smoke alarm was covered in cling wrap (presumably by previous guests who tried to smoke in the room), and that under the beds need to be checked/vacuumed as our baby found a sleeping pill belonging to a previous guest while playing on the floor.

It’s in a great position for theatres, restaurants and shopping. The room was very spacious, with particular mention of the little dressing room outside the bathroom, and plenty of storage space. It was quiet, and the bed comfortable. Lighting in the room was excellent, with good reading light, and ability to dim the lights. And there were recharging ports of both the current sizes.

The parking is very expensive

Everything. Love your robes. Sitting chair in room was exceptionally comfy. Staff are lovely and helpful Your parking services are awesome. Brekky is great value for money and I Love Love LOVE your Granola. Lunch and Dinner room service menu is outstanding and great value for money.

No mini bar items or snacks in room for guests to purchase Would also like a minimum of two towels per guest.

Room service at midnight and right in the centre of the city. Lovely buffet breakfast with exceptional coffee.

We were told both mornings that we didn’t have breakfast as part of our package and we had to insist they check again. Both times they found our details and we paid $500 per night to include the breakfast which was clearly shown on bookings.com that it was included. Both times it was quite embarrassing and one time my 17 year old son went down for breakfast first and was turned away and told we didn’t have breakfast included. Definitely need a better system/ it was embarrassing. Not the staff members fault, they were very polite but it wasn’t a good system.

Location to the Show and restaurant we were going to was perfect. Buffet breakfast was great, although a decent coffee would have been better with the buffet. You have to pay extra for that. A tad greedy for me, but so be it.

The bed, it was a little hard. But it's hard to compete with my bed at home which is first class and costly. The coffee in the room was poor and that I had to pay for a decent one, although I had paid for a buffet breakfast.

Have stayed before at this hotel, love the location, the staff at check in are so friendly and efficient. We went shopping after check out and were able to leave car and luggage with the hotel was very impressed with that🌞 Breakfast was perfect, we also had a light lunch and that was also good. I will definatley stay at the Marriott again, thank you🥰

Pillows were a little firm but I could have requested softer one's, other than that, nothing to complain about

Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. My son plays piano and had a recital to play as soon as we got back from holiday. We mentioned to the staff that we were looking for one to practice. It turned out they had one in storage and moved it into a private conference room so my son could practice. Exceptional. Will go back for sure.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, very clean. Breakfast was fabulous with great service. We also dined one night in the restaurant and the food was excellent.

I couldn't get a basic sandwich made up which was annoying, it had to be something off their menu. Also reception check in / check out very inefficient. Had two people push in front of me on two separate occasions and the staff didn't notice / didn't care. Another guest checking out wanted and itemised account and spent 10 minutes arguing with the staff. The manager came along and sorted it out no problems.

Modest breakfast buffet. Liked that the lounge was accessible 24/7. Great location. Staff was super lovely and accommodating.

The pillows. A bit of a variety would be nice instead of having 4 of the same pillow. Makes it easier for guests to find a combination that works for them. Also very minor, selection of cheese for the breakfast buffet. There was only 3 pieces of cheese on a small platter for the entire breakfast buffet.
