Staff were just so friendly and accommodating. So helpful and authentic. Lift out of service which meant a bit of queuing and sauna out of action so hope these get fixed by time of next stay. It really was the staff high level of customer service that made the stay.

It’s not as clean as I would have liked — and since it’s an apartment cleaning is not on a daily basis, has to be requested but on some day even when requested it’s not thorough. The beds were small. I had requested for twin beds but found singles when I expected doubles The property also doesn’t serve breakfast but there are many places around it that can provide so one is not totally inconvenienced The sauna wasn’t working There was no light into the room, no view. We were put at the back and therefore the stay was not enjoyable at all

Located at Bourke street, close to Parliament train station, has a tram stop in front, beside the amazing Nana Thai restaurant (which also has Uber eats pickup and open until late), walking distance from shopping malls, awesome coffee, convenience stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, we arrived early at 8am and they gave us the room, so we were able to sleep before going out for lunch. The bed was comfy, wifi worked, having a kitchenette was a plus. Laundry was not free, but discounted if you signup as a member. We didn't get to use the pool or sauna, but looked clean enough when we checked it out.

Very happy with the room, we had our own kitchenette, stovetop and microwave, complete with plates, cutlery frypan and saucepan. Beds were very comfortable. This hotel is incredibly close to literally everything, huge added bonus of having a tram stop right at the front door. The gym was well appointed and a beautiful pool as well. Really you couldn't ask for more. When you walk out of the hotel you are straight into the main part of the city where everything is in within walking distance.

Going up and down the lift always made us a bit dizzy with a vertigo style feeling. We were on the 18th floor, maybe that's why. Next time we will ask for a room with a bit of a city view instead of the concrete wall of the building next door.

The location is great, easy travel around the inner city with the free tram right outside, and it is a walkable area also. Small supermarket around the corner. Kitchen was well appointed with utensils, microwave, toaster, pots/pans etc and tea/coffee/milk provided. Staff very helpful.

My room had basically zero natural light due to the location in the building and the other high rises surrounding. If you are planning to spend time in the room during the day perhaps ask for a room that might have better light as I suspect this will vary depending on floor/side of building.

A great location for the CBD. Right opposite a tram stop, which is free in the CBD. A very popular south Asian restaurant attached to the building of the hotel - we never actually went, but there were queues every evening to get in! Complimentary milk in the fridge, and some basic kitchen equipment to get you going when you first arrive. Reception staff friendly. Easy to use luggage store.

Facilities were fine - the odd spoon missing from the kitchen area. Could have down with a colander or sieve, for the odd occasion we did cook. And, would have appreciated a couple more dishwasher tabs for the days we were staying. However, we never bothered to ask reception, who I'm sure would have been more than accommodating, but quite frankly, cba to ask.

Very clean, comfortable bed and bedding, spacious room, modern, loved the location, quite quiet as in can't fear street noise except 2 episodes of sirens going on Friday night (police or ambulance).

Requested no need for House keeping services during the 3 night stay, however they came -- placed 2 cups to wash in the dishwasher, made the bed, took my towel. I find it waste of electricity, detergent and water for the cups and towel. Didn't like that my pyjamas was placed on the couch - find it very unhygienic! I just don't like my things being touched unnecessarily. If it was a long stay, then I would appreciate a tidy up and keep my stuff away for it beforehand; but it was only a short stay. It's also a waste of human resources.

We came back here for the second time after many years back. The room is still in good condition and facilities are great. A bit trouble using the washing and drier but problem solved. The parking is convenient and safe. Location is great. The staffs are alright. Breakfast included are offered from the restaurant infront which is quite good but probably need to notify the guess that it will take some time as it's a la carte and need time to prepare. Only one or two staffs to prepare but we have no problems because we are on holidays and not in a hurry. I noticed some are on business trips which might be frustrated if i were them.

Great accommodation in a very central location, close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc. The tram stop is right outside the hotel. I was a bit worried about street noise, but the hotel had excellent soundproofing. We really loved the city views, too. We had an issue with our shower leaking all over the bathroom floor in our first room and the staff were very apologetic and quick to resolve the issue by offering us a different room. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and polite and we felt very welcome. Overall a great experience!

It would have been nice to have cutlery, bowls or plates and a separate bin in the kitchen area. I thought we'd be able to cook and eat at the hotel more, but only a pan and cooking utensils were provided, which left us with no other option but to order takeout or go out for meals. In and of itself this isn't an issue of course; I just had different expectations due to the fact that our room did have a little kitchen area.

Check-in was easy with 24/7 reception. Comfortable bed, decent wifi speed, near to all the attractions and food. There is also Fountain Food court nearby if you want cheap eats. Near to theatres. Room came equipped with kitchenette complete with hob, hood, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment and even a small dishwasher with detergent tablets.

Breakfast is not buffet but the hotel ties up with a quirky restaurant right in front of the hotel lobby (within the same building space) and it is ala carte, cooked to order from a limited menu. But the cook is flexi and I just asked for eggs, toast and coffee. The restaurant is rather cold in the morning and basically you eat and go.
