Staff were just so friendly and accommodating. So helpful and authentic. Lift out of service which meant a bit of queuing and sauna out of action so hope these get fixed by time of next stay. It really was the staff high level of customer service that made the stay.

It’s not as clean as I would have liked — and since it’s an apartment cleaning is not on a daily basis, has to be requested but on some day even when requested it’s not thorough. The beds were small. I had requested for twin beds but found singles when I expected doubles The property also doesn’t serve breakfast but there are many places around it that can provide so one is not totally inconvenienced The sauna wasn’t working There was no light into the room, no view. We were put at the back and therefore the stay was not enjoyable at all

The location is great, easy travel around the inner city with the free tram right outside, and it is a walkable area also. Small supermarket around the corner. Kitchen was well appointed with utensils, microwave, toaster, pots/pans etc and tea/coffee/milk provided. Staff very helpful.

My room had basically zero natural light due to the location in the building and the other high rises surrounding. If you are planning to spend time in the room during the day perhaps ask for a room that might have better light as I suspect this will vary depending on floor/side of building.

A great location for the CBD. Right opposite a tram stop, which is free in the CBD. A very popular south Asian restaurant attached to the building of the hotel - we never actually went, but there were queues every evening to get in! Complimentary milk in the fridge, and some basic kitchen equipment to get you going when you first arrive. Reception staff friendly. Easy to use luggage store.

Facilities were fine - the odd spoon missing from the kitchen area. Could have down with a colander or sieve, for the odd occasion we did cook. And, would have appreciated a couple more dishwasher tabs for the days we were staying. However, we never bothered to ask reception, who I'm sure would have been more than accommodating, but quite frankly, cba to ask.

Great accommodation in a very central location, close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc. The tram stop is right outside the hotel. I was a bit worried about street noise, but the hotel had excellent soundproofing. We really loved the city views, too. We had an issue with our shower leaking all over the bathroom floor in our first room and the staff were very apologetic and quick to resolve the issue by offering us a different room. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and polite and we felt very welcome. Overall a great experience!

It would have been nice to have cutlery, bowls or plates and a separate bin in the kitchen area. I thought we'd be able to cook and eat at the hotel more, but only a pan and cooking utensils were provided, which left us with no other option but to order takeout or go out for meals. In and of itself this isn't an issue of course; I just had different expectations due to the fact that our room did have a little kitchen area.

Check-in was easy with 24/7 reception. Comfortable bed, decent wifi speed, near to all the attractions and food. There is also Fountain Food court nearby if you want cheap eats. Near to theatres. Room came equipped with kitchenette complete with hob, hood, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment and even a small dishwasher with detergent tablets.

Breakfast is not buffet but the hotel ties up with a quirky restaurant right in front of the hotel lobby (within the same building space) and it is ala carte, cooked to order from a limited menu. But the cook is flexi and I just asked for eggs, toast and coffee. The restaurant is rather cold in the morning and basically you eat and go.

The location stood out because it was close by and convenient. With a free tram service literally at your doorstep, choices of eateries at every corner, and distance to the shopping zones - Bourke Street Mall, Mid City Mall, Melbourne Emporium were all a few minutes away! On top of that, the facilities in the room were a major godsend - a dishwasher, dining utensils, a fridge, a microwave, and a place to cook. On top of that, laundry facilities at every other floor! My only regret was not being able to try the pool and sauna before I left!

The frequency of housekeeping - we were told it was available every 3 days only or upon urgent request. However, whenever we requested for a change of towels we were always met with polite and courteous service so that was not too bad

The location is great, within the city center where Trams are free. Its near the best food locations you'll see n Tiktok. The room is great, it has a functioning kitchenette where you can cook and etc.... Which staying for a week would not be so bad since you can cook and save money. The bed is amazing, very comfortable. The wifi is great, good for remote working.

When we arrived, we only received hotel complementaries (shampoo, conditioner, soap etc) for 1 person for 1 day. For me and mom who stayed for 7 days, I wish they provided complementaries good for 7 days beforehand. I don't like to call every now and then if something is lacking. But room service were fast enough to provide the requested items. It's probably the room we got but there's no much nature sunlight on the room, and window's view is just another wall.

Amazingly friendly staff, sadly can only remember a couple of names, Julianna and Foteni I think, but everyone was so nice. The hotel was so central, I purchased a MyKy card for transport but never used it as I walked everywhere. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was small but lacked nothing. When I arrived, the lovely young lady, offered me an early check in (at an extra fee), which I gladly accepted, as I had to get up at 3:00am, to catch my flight to Melbourne, so had time to have a nap before regular check in time, so sorry I did not remember her name.

The entrance was a little difficult to see if you were not paying attention, as it was narrow, but as I stayed for a week, soon got used to it.

Location was great. Lots of options for dining nearby. Free tram right outside. Bed and pillows were comfortable and room was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses and wine glasses. Decent size fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher which was a nice surprise. Check in staff are a credit to the hotel.

Whilst we didn’t mind housekeeping every second day, it was disappointing that amenities were not replenished adequately when they did come. Had new towels but then used ones not removed or sinks cleaned. One day only 1 towel left for 2 guests. Reception was responsive to address the issues. A little more attention to detail and training for the housekeeping staff would be advised.
