Friendly and helpful woman on reception. Nice to have a proper check in which is getting rarer Location is great, a block from Flinders Street station. Close to everything. Very clean and felt like plenty of room for husband, teenage daughter and myself. Would be happy to stay there again.

Nothing much to say here. It's a little tired, but well looked after. Only thing I can think of is that it would be good to have a small container of UHT milk, at least enough to make a few cups of tea/coffee on arrival, before you've had time to shop.

The reception staff were wonderful but I found myself having to ask twice for everything - ie wait 24 hours to ask again for a Tv remote control . The cleaning service was strange. Days 1-3 no change of towel . So of course I asked on Day 3 but - yes nothing . So I had to ask again on day 4 Ditto making thx bed . No bed made Days 1-3. So no change of sheets as I had to ask twice until Day 4. After that all was good Bins got emptied every day - thanks .

loved the location and the size of the apartment, two toilets so if someone was in the bathroom you could use the second toilet. It was spacious, lovd the lounge room and kitchen area, we could relax and have a drink and nibbles before heading out. It was quite too, soundproof especially being on bourke street, you could have quite time too. Beds were comfortable.

Better pillows, they were like marshmallows, soft and no support. I woke up with a sore neck. More toilet paper on hand would be good, more normal drinking glasses for water.

The property was great - comfortable with good facilities, although the trams can be noisy (but expected in the heart of the city on Bourke Street). It actually exceeded my expectations and even had a laundry room in the apartment and 2 bathrooms. I'd definately stay there again. It was quite a bit cheaper than some of the others and just as good to be honest. Location was perfect, so central to everything.

There seemed to be no room service on the weekend. Had I known, I would have changed our towels on Friday instead of trying to be environmentally friendly and using them again. By Monday , they weren't in a good state. I did ask for clean towels but no one brought any. Also we had overflowing rubbish by Sunday and no spare rubbish bags. Suggest you leave your guests spare towels and spare rubbish bags ( I understand there is a rubbish shute but we couldn't locate it) on a Friday. We realised we could have washed the towels but didn't think about it and had a busy schedule. Otherwise it was excellent.

Comfortable beds and homely living/dining room. Tea/coffee, milk, and sugar provided. Property was close to public transport (there's a tram stop directly opposite the entrance) which made getting around the city a breeze. Lovely spacious bathroom with good lighting. Good WiFi. Recommend the aquarium, zoo, state library, and markets if visiting.

One bedroom didn't have a curtain. Lamp in the living room didn't have a lightbulb but wasn't an issue. Weren't able to store luggage while we were waiting to check into our room (we arrived at 11:30am). - Not an issue but worth noting that only one key card is provided, and is needed to take the elevator and open the doors after hours. Plan accordingly if in a group that might split up.

Rented a family apartment which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had a jacuzzi and one bedroom had an open window facing the city. Small balcony through the lounge with a stunning view of the city. Tram stop outside the building which can take you to Southern Cross Station. Plenty of restaurants and other shops walking distance including China Town. Check-in was at 2pm but we received a message earlier to confirm our room was ready which was a bonus.

Nothing major but the jacuzzi was not working but the kids and I definitely enjoyed it.

In the heart of the city & very close to everything. We were only there for 1 night, which served our purpose. Staff was friendly & efficient.

The rooms in general was clean, but the bathroom fan was very dirty and windows needed to be cleaner. Also the 2nd bedroom didn't have a door to separate it from the kitchen & lounge.

Super convenient in the heart of the city. Easy access into the room via lift. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly at the reception. The bathroom was stocked with all necessary items with a huge bath.

At first the lights were not turning on, until we found the key had just been knocked and was not pushed into the slot correctly. The fridge could have been defrosted before our stay.

The location was fantastic. Efe on reception was friendly, helpful & went out of his way to way to ensure everything about our stay went smoothly. The rooms were spacious and although a bit dated, were well appointed. We would most definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne.

As an older person, I found having to step into the spa bath to shower a bit difficult. It is high & wide to step over and the surface of the bath is naturally slippery.

I think I've found my new "go to" place to stay in Melbourne! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The size of the apartment exceeded expectations. It was great to have the kitchen, though we only used it for coffee. A few more milk packets might have been helpful but that's a very minor issue. The king-size bed was so comfortable. Being on the 6th floor, we found it to be very peaceful and quiet during the night. As I'm a light sleeper, this was particularly important to me. Like the bed, the bathroom, with jacuzzi/shower, was generously sized and great. Wifi was very fast and perfect for handling the work demands I had. Speaking of work demands, the iron was of good quality for pressing shirts and trousers, which is often lacking in much more expensive hotels. Penultimately, the location of Melbourne CBD apartments was perfect for me. It is very centrally located, with easy access to terrific restaurants, bars and cafes, including in "Little Paris" and Chinatown, plus its easily accessible to Southbank. Overall, an outstanding stay and well look forward to staying again!

The windows would benefit from a clean on the outside, and the curtains are a bit too short for the length of windows.
