Regular housekeeping, twice weekly. Although inconsistent with what was restocked, such as toilet paper, laundry powder, no issue with asking reception for items needed. The microwave had convection oven and grill settings. Clothes airer available in addition to dryer. Aside from one frustratingly hopeless incompetent staff member at reception everyone else was great and friendly especially the guy who checked me in. Location perfect, close to everything, nearest supermarket less than 10 mins away, parliament train station nearby, about 10 min walk. Buses and trams close by too. Area relatively safe considering it's in the cbd, had no issue with leaving the apartment early or arriving back late and personally I never felt unsafe. Overall, minimal issues with external noise. Long term stay at hotel, over a month.

Not as clean as I would've liked upon closer inspection on arrival- cupboards and drawers were dirty especially around the edges, hotel should do deep clean at least every 3-6 months. And aircon especially in bathroom needs to be cleaned more regularly. Reliant upon last occupants ability to clean utensils and plates properly etc which means having to clean everything prior to use. Kitchen sink is tiny. One of the blinds needed fixing and had to hold straight every time I wanted to raise otherwise it would get stuck. Water spills easily onto floor when showering, hard to avoid.

The room was very well designed and set out. We are on a medical treatment journey and the staff could not have helped us more. Having a large frig is essential for us. The plan being included is a bonus as you know what you are getting. It is right near Chinatown and the theatre area. Easy to get around. Very easy decision to support this recommendation.

The kitchen is functional but small. Great for most visits. Cushions on the couch is the only thing missing. So, that is it. Highly recommend

The room was clean, the rate was reasonable and the check out was neat. Customer support was good.

I faced issues with the access especially because I had to work until late and couldn't collect a new key while the staff was available. Customer support was good, but we had to stay outside for long in the cold at night. Also we saw the manager behaving rudely to other customers, which was really unprofessional.

Good location in edge of Chinatown & the Theatre District. Short walk to trams and train. Kitchenette handy, and there is a supermarket a few mins walk away. Plenty of good restaurants nearby (esp Goyza Goyza). Comfortable bed. Washer, drier & drying rack very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Bath/ shower in my room has a bit of a step up, which could be an issue if you have a mobility issue, but I understand there are accessible rooms you can ask for. TV only showed free-to-air - when it is time upgrade it would be useful to have a smart TV to get things like YouTube or Netflix. Also, upgrade your internet! The reliability of the hotel connection was a bit hit or miss.

An excellent location, right in the heart of China town. Quick and easy pickup of ‘key’ from friendly reception. One bedroom apartment had a pillow-top king-sized bad and sliding doors to close off the space from the rest of the room and minimise any outside noise. Cooking was possible on a two-burner hob and using a convection microwave, but there are so many food options around that we did not need to use them. Adequate crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Good sized bathroom with shower over a bath - a bit of a step so if you need a walk-in shower it might be best to check when booking. Washer and dryer in bathroom with drying rack if needed. Very comfortable couches and chairs and a small desk. Lots of power points for chargers etc. The location is right next to the Chinese museum and you can almost see the glow of the footlights in the many theatres close-by.

Like most hotels the lighting was a bit low in the room and there was a bit of the usual early morning city noise of emptying bins from the alleyway. Closing the sliding doors to the bedroom helped mitigate this a lot. Tea and coffee supplies included 3 tea bags, two instant coffee sachets and 2 coffee pods for the machine and 3 jiggers of UHT milk. A few sachets of sugar. If you like more than that, probably best to pop out to Woolies Metro supermarket in Exhibition St or one of the many convenience stores to pick up extra.

Central location in Chinatown, close to transport, restaurants, theatres and museums. Apartment was basic but had everything you needed and was clean. I was spoilt for choice when it came to food - lots of Asian restaurants AND a food court nearby where you could buy reasonably priced Asian and Indian meals. Alternatively, if you wanted to prepare your own meals, there were nearby supermarkets.

Didn't have much of a view but that didn't matter as I was out most days and had the curtains closed at night.

Location was great and bed was comfortable,our trip was enjoyable

The room was very outdated furnishings were very worn,carpets werent vacuumed well,they were worn and starting to tear near bathroom entrance,dusty along skirting,shower tile grout needs cleaning or replaced,couch seats appeared to be replaced with a different couch and was hard and springy. garbage bag left in hallway outside a staff only room wasnt a good look and carpets needed vacuuming in hallways. Very loud bagging outside and trucks early in the morning prevented a sleep in.

The location is centrally located in the Chinatown area, within walking distance of the main attractions, dining, shopping mall, and great cafes. There's plenty of space for my sister and me, and we found the bed to be clean and comfortable. We found the reception staff to be friendly and very helpful.

The shower-over-bathtub setup was quite challenging for my sister and me, given we're both over 55, as it required climbing into the tub. Additionally, we found the bathroom floor to be a bit slippery.

It’s close to everything. You can walk for a few minutes and there’s a bus stop and a tram stop. There’s restaurants in less than a minute of walk.

The pod coffee machine needs to be replaced. I don’t think you can clean that anymore, it was filthy in the inside. I tried to rinse it out but it was horrible. The water pressure was shocking; you have to be very careful at turning the tap on or otherwise you’ll be soaking wet.

Good location, the staff were fantastic as they offered friendly, helpful service solving all issues without strees. The room was clean and It was a great sized apartment, with a big picture window overlooking the square.

The bed was too soft and the couch was so lumpy and bad we couldn't sit on it. The arm of the couch and the table were more comfortable. The power was hit and miss with not all power points working and we had a period of time without power. This could have been due to the works going on in the apartment below us. The toilet flush was a bit sticky, with the button popping off occasionally and the water running. All minor issues, but with better furniture, it would have been an awesome stay. It won't deter me from returning if I can get it at the same great value.
