Great location, in a very nice quiet area. Short walk to MCG. Park across the road for lil ones quiet and very tidy. Road not too busy, lots of parking options. Beds were very comfortable, clean. Water pressure and temperature was just right. Could not fault Everything worked, could not fault for the price. Look we weren't after anything fancy, nor did we expect it. but we were more than happy with our stay. Will definitely stay again

Parking was a lil snug, so if you have a big vehicle just keep that in mind. If your sensitive to light in the morning, just be aware that curtains still let In some light so won't be complete block out.

Great sized unit in a very convenient location for what I was looking at doing during my stay in Melbourne. The place was clean, tidy and furnished enough for what I needed. The neighbourhood was really nice and lots of parks and gardens close by. I also have to make a shout out to the staff who were amazing in helping me after I had a mishap with my room key (entirely my fault) - they were so quick and empathetic to assist.

There wasn't much to not like about this place given it met all my needs and expectations. I was honestly not expecting it to be as good for the price I paid. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again.

It was a great location to shops and transport, very good valvue for money. I would book again but would be prepared for stairs. thank you for accomadating a late arrival

The apartment was on the top floor of the building. After travelling fr 2hrs I had to climb 4-5 flights of stairs with luggage, there is no elevator and please be mindful of which location you bok. back door access was left open and did noot close

Very quiet. Plenty of room .Within easy access to trams. We had a two room unit. Queen bed in one room, and two king singles in second room. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of power points. Kitchenette with full sized fridge. Microwave crockery and cutlery.

I should have asked for a bathroom with walkin shower. The room had shower over bath . Not e are easy to get in and out with gummy ones.

All was lovely though the bed was a little toooo low for me, I am a tall person. Would have liked not using the stairs as my knees did get a good work out. Rooms were central to our needs, we like walking around the streets of Melb. And quiet location.

As I mentioned before, the bed was tooo low for me and hoping next time I rent somewhere that has a lift. OOhh the shower, although nice was a little trixie getting in and out, the washing machine was close to the shower which I used for support.

No frills budget accommodation in a great location walk to everything. This was perfect for our trip. Treasury room was spacious, quiet and clean, and we got one with a lovely view over a park as I requested. Very pleasant stay.

It's a bit dated, not taking away from functionality though. Not much water comes out when showering and the trick to getting the water temperature right is first turning the hot on full blast and then adding cold very very gradually, otherwise the hot will cut off.

The contactless check in was very helpful, the doors are electronically key coded. The location is always great here, my family love being able to walk about town easily.

The room was a little small for a family of 4, however it’s fine for an overnight stay and you’re so close to town you won’t want to stay in your room for much more than sleeping and showering anyway.

location was perfect as we went to MCG, bed was OK, other rooms good size and clean.

A little extra cleaning would have been nice, window sills not clean in kitchen and bathroom, around sink in bathroom not clean. Other than these minor issues all were good, would stay again.

Everything we needed for our stay was offered in this apartment. Eg, kitchen facilities, two sleeping areas, eating and sitting area, and bathroom were roomy. Great location. I will definitely look at booking with them again when I next go to Melbourne.

The only complaint is carrying our luggage upstairs as we were moved to another location they have just down the road.

Super convenient to the wedding which the purpose of our stay. We were only there to get ready and then sleep later so beds were comfortable and clean!

A bit rundown so it made the place look dirty but it wasn’t! Otherwise all of our facilities worked and the shower pressure was incredible!
