Nice quiet comfortable accommodation in an ideal close to city location however management needs to keep their maintenance program up to date to avoid a decline in facility presentation.

Premises just need some TLC. Some draw curtains don't work and some of them require rehanging again. Simple maintenance work which you would expect room staff to notice and report. Tile grouting in shower and just outside the shower door is mouldy and again requires simple but healthy attention for users. The toilet cistern leaked water 24/7 which necessitated the cistern refilling every 4/5 minutes all day and all night and of course was wasting precious water resource.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was enormous. Easily enough room for our group of 5 adults. Beds were also massive and very comfortable. The aprtment also had a huge balcony, but due to typical Melbourne winter weather we weren't able to utilise it very much. Parking on site is a bonus and the apartment is walking distance to many bars and restaurants in the vibrant area of Fitzroy. We also walked to the MCG to watch the footy. A great base for a stay in Melbourne.

Watch out ! The hot water is REALLY HOT. Take care in the showers.

The friendly, helpful staff were the best. Excellent service. The apartment was generous in size. The location close to the hospital was perfect. The cost is very reasonable and much appreciated with the stress of medical issues associated with a hospital visit. So having a great value for money ,safe clean place to rest helps a lot. I would stay here again any time I need to visit the city of Melbourne. I could pay to extend my car parking time which was also very helpful. The pool area was very nice.

I was upgraded from my original booking of a studio to a two-bedroom apartment. This meant I also had a washing machine as well as a dishwasher. Although the furnishings were older, everything was well-thought out to maximize the convenience for the guest—socket by the nightstand, etc. The flatscreen TV was much larger than you usually find in hotels. A nice selection of teas—from Early Grey to herbal. The heating (necessary in a Melbourne winter) when switched on, warmed the room quickly.

This accommodation is not suitable for an overseas visitor who has arrived in Australia without an activated Australian SIM card in their phone. The reception closes at 8 pm and after that you have to ring a number for instructions of how to check in. I saw one guest struggling with this. The hotel needs to have a dedicated phone for this.

Location was fantastic, loved walking around Fitzroy! Room was nice and spacious. There are stairs so if your travelling with little ones just be aware.

It wasn't entirely clear for me (but maybe I just didnt look hard enough) that there would be stairs at the property to go up to the kitchen/dining area but we were able to make do with blocking it off so the baby wouldnt fall down.

Well priced with kitchenette and dining table. Good sized room. We had unit 4 ground level. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Great location. Complimentary undercover parking is available onsite. There are lifts for those who have trouble with stairs. A nice central courtyard with tables and chairs. Motel has a swimming pool.There is a foodworks on Gertrude st a 3 minute walk. There is a Cafe opposite foodworks. It is a short walk to St Vincent's Hospital.

Details on how to connect to the wifi as no information was provided. The room was very cold on arrival. Given we had told reception the time of our arrival it would have been nice to have the room already warm given it was a cold winter's evening when we arrived and it was after 8pm. That would have made for a nice welcoming.

Location was excellent for our needs and that's why I chose this place. Had never heard of it before. Marvellous to have the garage underneath with lifts. Was upgraded to a larger room which was nice - thank you. Kitchen well set up. Looking out on the pool and surrounding buildings was fun.

The whole hotel/motel is tired and needs a good clean and paint. The blinds and curtains in our apartment were broken and dirty. The bathroom basins had no plugs. I'd say the floors weren't very clean.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. I really appreciated the late checkout—being able to stay until 11 AM instead of 10 AM was very convenient. The location was overall great, though it would have been even better if Coles or Woolies were a bit closer. Still, everything else made up for it. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location for exploring numerous eateries, culture and cafes of Fitzroy and surrounding areas. Room was clean and housekeeping staff attentive and friendly.

Our room included a kitchen. The dishwasher is very old and should be replaced. Basement car parking end-to-end double car parks are not ideal but they cannot change the car park layout. We avoided parking in those spaces whenever possible. You can get stuck in those car parks if the other vehicle does not move. This is not good if you have an early departure and reception is not open to move the other vehicle.
