Decent location, great room, supermarket onsite since it had a kitchen

The only check-in option was online and they asked for photo ID to be uploaded alongside your CC details. This posed an unacceptable data security issue i was not comfortable with. A lot of phone calls found a work around, but no guarantee it could be used a 2nd time. I can book a flight online without uploading my ID so why is a hotel any different. Find another way please.

The size & disposition of the room & table were ideal for holding meetings with staff members. The bed was wonderfully firm & exactly what I need Security Efficiency & Autonomy re system of checking in & out

The maintenance condition was sorely lacking. * Kitchen drawer was broken (but repaired during my stay) * Toilet roll holder was damaged & barely clinging to the tiled bathroom wall * Toilet brush was so damaged as to be unusable. The handle kept coming away from the shaft * the toilet brush canister was rusted causing the soiled water to leak out & over my shoes Note: I left a signed note (name & email) for the owner/property manager pointing out the last 3 issues

Location is great. Very comfy beds. Nice view. Good to have on site parking. Spacious. Good to have a lift (1 person injured).

Communication very poor. No staff on site. Language barrier on phone communication. Not a native English speaker, heavily accented & spoke very fast. Had to ask to repeat several times. Booked for 2 people, but in spite of it being a 4 person apartment & me phoning them to alert to a 3rd person, there were only 2 towels. No staff on site to ask for another. Key pickup awkward, needed to park car, go & get keys, go back to car & park. No signage at parking spot of direction of lift, so we followed somebody into the wrong lift, whichtook us into the wrong building(Powlett). We could not get back to the car park, so we had to go out into Powlett St with luggage & walk around the block to the entrance (1 guest had a spinal injury).

On the tenth floor it had stunning views. We enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning from our bed, and the hot air balloons floating above. The unit was an easy 15 minute walk from the MCG. The city was a 35 minute walk away, or you could catch a tram after a 2 minute walk. A couple of nice cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance also. The unit was spacious and comfortable.

It was rather dated with chipped cupboards and no draws or shelves in the bedroom cupboards. Only one air con which was in the living room. Minimal crockery and crockery provided.

Ideal location for our weekend away. Close to Smith Street with plenty of great cafes, wine bars, and restaurants nearby. Like others before us we found the directions given to access apartment and specific carpark a bit convoluted, felt like we walking around in circles. Once we located it we found a quicker way to move around this complex. Would be great if the lifts in the Carpark identified which building you were entering. There are 5 different buildings in the complex accessed by the same Carpark. Apartment was dated but clean. Bathroom shower tiles in need of attention.

We have been using Adele apartments (previously Tribeca) for over 10 years. The apartments are simple but have everything you need - decent beds, functional kitchens with all necessary equipment for a short stay, good wifi, and washing machines and dryer. The location, available supermarket, cafe and wine bar in the building, tram stop on the doorstop and park and playground opposite make it a great location.

The plates and glasses, fry pan, pot etc are bare minimum which I suspect is because people take them. There is enough there but you could not have people around for dinner if you stayed for a week.

The staff were so lovely and helpful! I had my accommodation fall through and even though it was the Grand Final weekend the team were able to accommodate me and kept the same rate as well - this was a huge discount for most accommodation that weekend due to the game being played nearby. I had to move apartments and the team were so apologetic. I honestly didn't mind at all - especially after everything they had done to accommodate me. When I moved I actually found that I was now in a beautiful room with an exceptional view that was so much better than the first place. I honestly would stay there again without hesitation and would recommend to anyone.

Room cleanliness and spaciousness. Laundry facilities in the room. Incredible views. Minimal noise. Easy access and parking underneath. IGA and cafe located under building and are brilliant. Pool and gym are awesome. Clothes racks supplied for drying as well as a dryer. Great wifi. Sofa bed super comfortable and bedding supplied for it. Two fobs supplied readily upon request and delivered to apartment. Plenty of space for 5 people. Trams immediately out front making travel so easy.

The only downside to this apartment is the trek from one building to another to use the gym and pool however there are lifts so its not too much of an issue.

The property was perfect for us , our mother was attending hospital (St Vincent Hospital) appointment. The place was very convenient with facility of tram, bus and taxi. Conveniently located with a good supper market just within the appartments and cafe . The rooms were little congested with space but can go by with all other stuff which we liked. Thank you

The heating system because our mothers was a patient. Also the room space . That’s all but overall we were satisfied.

Staff friendly quick to respond to help, location was excellent short walk to tram and Fitzroy garden and Collingwood eats. We were on the 10th floor awesome view and great for family of 3 there are cooking utensils and whatever needed for a short stay. Overall a comfortable and good value stay.

We stayed for 3 nights we were told gym and pool access on 4th floor never got access even after asking, collecting keys and entrance a bit hard to find had to get staff member to help us, some of the facility doesn't work or missing such as kettle, dryer and no washing liquid for clothes but we only found out on the night before we left. The bathroom door also don't close properly sometime not sure if it's due to age.
