Bedroom and lounge area were roomy, comfortable bed and big TV. Close to tram and train, close to IGA supermarket, close to parks, and MCG, city and good food (Victoria Rd/Smith St) all in walkable distance. Seemed to be a central laundry available too but didn't use it. Service was OK when required. Windows had some form of double glazing which kept the noise down. Aircon was good, we were there on 40 degree days and it was still cool inside day and night.

Rooms were a little old and tired, bathroom and kitchen were both cramped.

We were given some extra time to leave, after our 3 day stay. We appreciated this as we were in limbo between events. And it was freezing outside! Lovely management team. It was a very convenient spot and I have already recommended it to friends. Walking distance to two cafes. Tram at stop no. 18 nearby into city. Home away from home.

Perhaps the toilet and bath could be replaced. They are really in need of it. The gas stove needs replacing. Hard to light the oven. (Dangerous with gas.)

Super practical and spacious apartment very central in Melbourne. Accepting pets - and both dog and humans felt extremely well here. We stayed the second time already - it is spacious enough to work from here. And the easy and secure parking is a very welcome bonus. Also liked plenty of green space around the apartment that can be used to walk the dog.

There was nothing we really disliked. Of course, a bigger TV with better sound would be even nicer to watch your favorite streaming service. But this is really just to note anything that could be improved.

The location was good. although there weren't many shops around for a place so close to the city. We felt very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the bathroon was good. The air-conditioner was quiet and worked well in warming the room. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and two good chairs at the table.

The windows could be opened a very litlle, clearly for security reasons. A little more opening would have been nice. The windows rattled badly on a windy night but a piece of newspaper wedged in did the trick.

A lovely accommodation space with a nice view,clean,safe & all the facilities one needs at a home...close to the city and Epworth Hospital, made our stay hassle free,and even pleasant while mum was in Hospital. A lovely area to go for a nice morning walk too.We will stay here again and recommend to others, we were that happy with our stay here.

All good we did check out a day early as my mother was discharged early from Epworth Hospital and would have appreciated a refund on the last night.It is a business & understand but we have an Air bnb & value good clients especially good return customers that promote our business.

The apartment was cute and comfortable, carparking was secure and easily accessible. The location for our wedding event we were attending in Richmond was perfect. When we were running late for the reception closing time, they provided clear and accurate instructions on after hours entry and double checked we had everything we needed to get into our room.

The property can't do anything about it, but the lights crossing noises when we are not used to them woke us earlier than we would have liked.

Great location - close to MCG, and walking distance to city via Fitzroy Gardens. Also close access to trams/ trains. Wonderful facilities were just what we needed for a week. Loved having kitchen utensils, pots and pans and cooking facilities ( so often lacking in other places we have stayed). Bed was very comfortable, staff were very friendly, and apartment was easily heated with efficient heatpump.We will definitely stay here again, when visiting our family in Melbourne, and would recommend to others.

The information book in our room said rooms were serviced Mon, Wed & Fri. However, they were actually only serviced the day before we left. ( We actually didn't need them serviced, and could ask for extra towels etc as needed). However, the info book needs to be updated with correct information . Also shower / basin could have done with hot water temp being a little hotter..

Fantastic property , clean and quite spacious. Full kitchen facilities. Only negative if there is one , tye bathroom was a bit small , a pokey show box. Within short walking distance to the tram stop that was easy access to the city centre and Carlton. 10 / 15 minute walk to the MCG and city via Fitzroy park (beautiful park) East Melbourne , very clean and quite area.

Our television didn’t work but was sorted by the time we returned that afternoon very good service

There wasn’t a twin room on the lower level so rather than sleep in one bed we opted for the first floor room. My friend has mobility problems and had trouble getting in and out of the shower over the bath ! Maybe there should be an option of twin beds on the lower floor !

The privacy. It was in a nice quiet street with secure off street parking. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. The bed and pillows were so comfy!

Some parts of the apartment were a little dated, like the kitchen and bathroom. But that’s not really a ‘dislike’ more than an observation. They were perfectly clean and serviceable.
