Great location to access the MCG. We were attending the Boxing Day Test Cricket, and could see the ground from our room. It was also very convenient to the CBD and Richmond, by foot or tram from right out front. Well presented, quality furnishings, comfortable bed, quiet location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will stay again.

Nothing really! Closer/extended parking would be great but we understand that is not really in the control of Quest Apartments. We parked at the Pullman under advice which was fine once you understand the process there.

Good size of the room for the money, booked Quest as I was staying over for Christmas. The location was the reason I booked it. Bed is reasonably comfy and the apartment/ room has good facilities. Air con was effective, if loud...Quiet room overall with good sound deadening....

Credit card bond has yet to be refunded...Provided Devondale UHT milk from the fridge was off and gave me an upset stomach. Check out could be more convenient with a key drop box so you don't have to wait behind all the people checking in...

Close to everything. Room was lovely and clean Bed was comfortable Staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly Bathroom was lovely and nice ,shampoo and conditioner with a body wash was fantastic.

We were a little annoyed that we couldn't just chill and watch tv in bed or on the coach , after a long day..but the only place you could see the tv was by putting a dining chair right in front of the tv.which was very uncomfortable. Also the blinds didn't work very well at stopping the street lights from coming directly into the room right onto the bed where you lay your head.

The location was brilliant for getting to the MCG for a footy match. Also close to great eating places and everything you might need. Plus it looked out over a leafy quiet side street, which was a surprise I didn't expect with this central location. We also were able to park our car safely and easily (for an extra charge, but it was reasonable). It also had a very well equipped kitchenette - I wish we could have stayed longer to make use of it, would be great for a few days when you want to do some of your own meals. It's in a lovely older building, beautifully renovated - and the bed was very comfortable. The manager was really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We'll be back!

It's not a complaint, just a suggestion... it would have been lovely to have some complimentary biscuits to have with a cuppa when we first arrived (rather than the soft drink in the fridge, which we don't drink - but others would have appreciated that).

Great location near the MCG and a short distance from Melbourne CBD. Modern facilities in an older style building. Friendly helpful staff and an awesome roof top patio.

My room may have been the exception but I could definitely feel/see the presence of the previous guests. Buttery fingerprints on many surfaces,dirty lights switches and smudges on all mirrors. I would except more attention to detail from housekeeping for this price and this brand hotel.

We were in town for Taylor Swift, so were very lucky to have booked Quest East Melbourne - only a 10 minute walk from our room to Gate 2 at the 'G! I had some accommodation requirements which I was assured would be met (they were!) thanks to the lovely staff. Every interaction was friendly and positive - from time of booking, until check out. The hotel itself, and our room was clean, comfortable and well presented. We had a cute little balcony which allowed for cool breeze to come through the room as we got ready for the concert. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

No complaints, the hotel definitely met our needs/requirements! Would definitely stay again!

Only thing on check we were expecting a receptionist to be available to call a taxi for us unfortunately there was no receptionist even though it states in the motels signage that one would be there between 7am - 11pm. We were at reception at 7.30am-8am before another taxi picking up a guest called another taxi for us Other than that thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great location especially for the tennis or cricket. Large room. Good facilities. Good air con. Good room amenities.

Main issue is the bathroom. Room 9 had a very tight and cramped shower recess and door. Very difficult to negotiate the shower door - it was squeaking and awkward.. The bathroom basin is recessed too far and you hit your head on the bench when washing, shaving, cleaning teeth.

Great central location for all the activities we had planned. Quiet indoors, secure parking. Staff helpful and responded quickly to emails. Close to nearby restaurants and public transport. Great complimentary items in room, excellent amenities.

Small shower, and glass door to bathroom very difficult to slide/use. Staff made aware. Not a major issue, but would be for more elderly/frail guests.

I loved the rooftop - very nice!! Also liked that i was given coffee pods, coke and timtams - that was a very nice gesture and the front reception staff were lovey.

The cards to get in were so sensitive and i always carry earpods, phone, coins etc in my handbag. I was lucky to not get locked out! I could hear the elevator and tram but not much could be done about that! I did pop a blanket down near the crack of the door and it muffled the sound a bit. Overall was great though
