Bed was comfy, good in room facilities especially the cooking hob and kitchenetter. IGA right next door and Coles round the corner. Really appreciated their free shuttle service for door to door morning drop off to work within 3km of hotel. Staff were generally helpful and efficient. Nice experience over all.

Gym is functional and handy but needs a minor upgrade. No onsite food as you'd get from a full service hotel but I knew that when booking however for the price a couple more facilities may have been available at other hotels etc.

The studio was nice and the staff welcoming and supportive. We got extra coffee and a rack to dry clothes within minutes. A grocery store, a nice cafe and deli are very close. The tram station to the city is super convenient, it passes many restaurants. It was great that the washing machines and dryer were free to use and even detergent was available for free.

There was a smell of old cigarette smoke in the studio although it was a non-smoker room. But it didn't bother us that much to complain to the staff.

Had to call back to reception for the WiFi Password. Also I was tentative on checkout before reception hours as to my room keys. If there was a key return box in the carpark area rather than at reception, that would be good. I was not confident leaving keys in room or at reception drop box. I was not sure about not being able to get out without key, or if I forgot something etc. So I got out, parked then ran in with keys into the drop box. (I now understand that I could get out without key)

The location was excellent for our needs as it was close to the family member we were visiting. Large shopping centre a half block away to get anything you need. Rooms are modern and clean. We had a one bedroom which had a kitchen with oven and fridge, plus washer and dryer in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.

We stayed a week over the Christmas period. Rubbish was accumulating both in our room and in the underground carpark next to the access lift which was getting smelly. For a one week stay you are entitled to one room clean/service. Because of the public holidays, the only day staff were on to do this was the day before we left, which was a bit useless.

Second time I’ve stayed here. Very nice place to stay. Staff are friendly, and very helpful. Bed was extremely comfy, and I didn’t want to get out of it the next morning. I was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment, which I greatly appreciated. Shopping centre is a 5-10 minute walk(depending on traffic lights). Tesla supercharger nearby.

I would have liked to stay a bit longer, but had to get back to work. I was also battling toothache at the time, so I couldn’t fully enjoy my stay.

Good location for this visit which is close to transport and dining facilities. Room was easily accessible, clean and everything seemed to function. Overall quiet, & comfortable bed Check-in process easy.

Not much - just a note that some little areas of wear and tear show which can be expected, and the TV remote can be a battle. Would like parking ti be a bit cheaper given cost of room, but at least it is secure.

Room bed was comfortable & all bathroom amenities at a high standard. The balcony had comfortable chaird and table and the double sound proof glass doors a bonus. Kitchen area had everything required and the room was presented at a high standard.

The guy at front desk located me in a room which smelt of smoke and was on the street side which I has specificlly asked not to be located. Subseqently I asked was back at reception asking for room change and placed on the garden side with a very nice room. Everything else about the stay was excellent

The cleaniness was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the location superb. Close to Victoria Gardens shopping centre and trams to the city outside your door.

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms but our apartment only had 1 bathroom. Staff explained that the complex was fully booked so couldn't move us. It wasn't really that important anyway. Also there really wasn't enough lighting. Especially in the bathroom

The location was perfect for our trip, and the bed was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly nice — clean and new, with no mould or gross dirt like you get in some hotels.

We solved our parking needs without relying on the accommodation's garage. $30 for a one-night stay was excessive and didn't feel like value for money. Since the form wants me to type more feedback, I'll note that the toilet roll holder was in an awkward position.

Our accommodation was exactly as depicted. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was very nice. Everything was clean, which we really appreciated. There was easy access to the carpark, which made using the car during our stay very convenient. Having a very nice supermarket next door was a lovely surprise and very handy.

Next time I would request a room that didn't face on to Victoria St, Abbotsford. Sitting on the small balcony wasn't as pleasant as it could have been, due to the traffic.
