The Manager Laverne was exceptionally professional and helpful always offering if there was anything I needed. Highly recommend for solo female travellers as a safe and secure welcoming property. As it's an older property the room was absolutely huge! Had a little kitchenette. Bed and linen was fantastic. Shower over bath which meant I could enjoy baths. Really fantastic value for money and only $10-20 more than a very basic ibis etc I cannot speak more highly of this property

Nothing to fault

The bed is very comfy & that is number one for us, the warm room. large window for fresh air is a bonus now a days.

The curtain didn't quite cover the window & half hanging off its track, that was disappointing because realizing that the room had been quickly done for guests & no care to detail on presentation on the small things. A little bit more time spent in this room would have put curtains back on curtain track. The room wasn't totally cleaned. Glass table had dust & finger marks on it. The bathroom was the same. The exhaust fan above the hot plates was discussing, very dirty n greasy. It seems this beautiful old majestic motel is very run down & unloved.

Met my expectations in almost every way

For the entire 5 nights of my stay the next room (connected by a locked door) contained someone coughing all night. Had to wear ear plugs to sleep all week. Staff were very nice (when I saw them) but no one was at the front desk so I never asked to be moved; kept hoping he would check out :) Signage could be clearer - was hard to locate this place as a tired traveller

This was a last minute booking, we chose it on price and the close proximity to the wedding venue we were attending in Studley Park. The room was great, easy to access the keys, we were only there for short time but everything was fine.

The pillows weren’t great, I’d recommend bringing your own but that’s not unusual for most cheaper hotels. The shower is a bit old, the taps squealed loudly but the water was hot and for the price we paid everything was fine.

The young gentleman was delightful and helped with checking issues and room issues

The checkin process was pretty messy and confusing, and the first room we couldn't stay in due to the fridge not being able to close due to the freezer needing to defrost. The cleaning staff told us to do it ourselves. The second room was better, but there were suspicious stains on linen and blankets and the carpet

Very good value at Melbourne's Kew Central Apartments. The kitchenette is ample to cook up a hearty breakfast of bacon and eggs on toast. The staff are friendly and helpful when you occasionally see them.

The shower—it's a bit temperamental and easily upset by even the slightest tap adjustments

Really happy with my stay with a good modern room with a nice bathroom including strong showerhead and waterflow. The temperature got really low outside but the in-room split system made sure the studio stayed warm all night long. Also really good customer service in providing assistance to get my room key after reception was closed.

Nothing really to place here apart from the pillows which were too thin and light and could have been stronger for someone like me who likes to sleep on their back. Room price was a little more than I would expect but having booked the room the night prior, I can see how that impacted the cost.

I enjoy visiting the Kew appartments. They are clean, comfortable and good value.

I got a bit confused when entering the property for the first time, but I figured it out.

Location was amazing, near small shops and some great bakeries. The room was bigger than expected with all necessities.

We went whilst it was undergoing maintenance so we unfortunately did not have access to wifi and check in. The bath needed redoing and the TV only had sbs but those things weren't so important

Bit dusty - skirting boards, coffee table etc looked like they hadn't been dusted for a while
