A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, low keyed and easygoing. I stayed 6 nights and found that there were friendly permanent guests as well as many people from different countries and backgrounds staying. From young backpackers to older (senior citizen like me). The vibe is casual friendly safe and relaxed. The perfect place to stay for people who wish to escape the sterile and impersonal atmosphere found in many places and meet other travellers

I found everything acceptable and have no complaints. The price is very reasonable

Hostel is placed in a great location. All the facilities are available including a rice cooker, oven and a grill. Very calm. Very good transportation from Melbourne CBD on trams 3 and 16. One needs to get off at stop no 43 and take your right on Oorong Road and walk around 700 meters. Coles super market and Liquor land are located close by to shop groceries and alcohol.

Everything :) just a home like place not a usual hostel. I have been backpacking along the East Coast last year and this is actually the best pick :) lovely owner Emilia actually take care about this place. Checking the guests so there is no problems or any dramas :) Lot of Europeans which makes this place like a big family. I enjoyed every single day here. Don't be afraid and give it a crack :) staying here is worth every single cent :) thank you Emilia for such a lovely stay.

So many people in reviews complaint about size of the bathroom. I had no problem with that even though I am almost 2 metres tall guy. Plus the shower is clean and has alot of hot water.

Always feel like I am still at home. Nice housemates, lot of fun and when is nice weather you can chill on the back yard. Very happy I found this hostel.

Don't expect Hilton. It's not. It is just nice homelike stay :)

It's a one level house with different rooms, it's an old house that has it's charme and is very homey. Lovely outside area in the back to hang out and meet people.

Unfortunately no toilet paper and very limited cutlery.

It‘s a small but welcoming hostel that provides everything to live a simple live. The price is fair and the people there are very friendly and communicative.
