The rooms and location were fantastic. Beautiful kitchen and having a balcony was great too.
We only just received our parking and check in instructions as we arrived at 3pm which made more stressful as there quite a few instructions with regards to the accessing the car park and checking in via the app. The electronic access is a pain to use, by the time you open the app to scan in the elevator it is already going up to another level.

The apartment was in a good location, clean and comfortable. Although situated next door to the train station it was very quiet. Very close to restaurants and shops.
I booked this property specifically as it offered free parking, however, it wasn't until I had booked and paid (non-refundable) that I was made aware that parking was limited and restriced to small cars only. We had a ute and it was too big to fit into their type of stacker parking.

Great spacious apartment. A little difficult to find as Railway North walk is actually a walk and not a road that you drive down but once I figured that the car park was around the back it was pretty easy to get in using the JustIn App that they ask you to download. The apartment was very clean and modern with comfortable bed, couch, big TV, and washer/dryer. Hampton is a really nice little village to walk around with lots of coffee shops and restaurants and close to the beach.
The car park is a stacker, not suitable for some larger cars

Well located near the train station and close to the beach. Also a good strip of food options and supermarket located close by. The apartment was clean, safe and secure.
There wasn't any air conditioning in the bedrooms so had to rely on the ceiling fan and air con coming through from the main area.

Having travelled to see friends and family and had a near 2 week stay in the apartment. Loved the location and quality of amenities in and around the apartment.. Bed was comfy, linen great, and change weekly. So good to have a kitchen cooktop and dishwasher made cooking easy.. the location was great around the corner from shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was so good to have as I had a car for the visit and letting the staff know in advance ensured it was a compatible model (shape and weight wise ) for the car park.. a nice mix of permanent residents also. My companion and I had no trouble with Key access via the app, it arriving before our stay. Cudos to the staff for being super responsive to my questions via email and always on a friendly tone.. Being on level 3 facing the back of hampton market was a fair trade off for the quality of the apartment, location and overall stay.(we were not looking to sleep in much so beeps from the various forklifts etc was ok in the morning we could live with) Living, bathroom and kitchen spaces were all great as well has having an outdoor area.. Air conditioning and fan thank you ! Bonus- Smart tv had a nice feature you could log in to streaming services (be sure to log them out when you leave as we did)
Noise at the back on some mornings early.. but like I said a fair trade off to a great property

What a great location, and well laid out apartment with great facilities. The app for building access was awesome, staff were responsive by both phone and email. Super easy access to supermarket and Train (both within a few steps!) so the city, beach, conveniences were all on our doorsteps.

Excellent location close to ammenities. Good facilities with plenty of room.
Alittle more attention to detail with cleaning the room eg; underneath cushions on couch and the shower cubicle.

Location and size of the property.
The fact in was an electronic check in. Bit hard to do when you have no details to do so, and it was not just me. Another guest had the same issue. It is exasperating that this still occurs, trying to save money. It adds to your stress and gets everything about your stay off on the wrong foot.

Good services.The staff can solve me the problems I met.It is near the Hampton railway station and the beach.You just need half an hour to the city.

Clean bright quiet apartment. Central to what I needed. Did have full kitchen facilities and bonus washing machine and dryer. Good service from booking company and I was able to get in earlier
