Great value for money, compared to where I'd recently been in the US chasing tornadoes, where for quite a bit more coin, you get way less. Rooms smelt nice, everything worked, the guy on the desk was great and easy to transact with, and the Indian restaurant is fantastic. Great bathrooms. Quality and great value for dollar, highly recommend.

It was a nice and clean room. I could have done with more comfortable pillows though and a warmer blanket and the heater was not really doing the job to keep the room warm so I did find myself being quite cold, other that this the room suited my needs of staying for my training.

The location was great -within walking distance of the train line plus good shops around. The staff were very helpful. The rooms had been recently renovated and all fittings were new and very clean.

The outside of the building had not been renovated and parts f the common area needed cleaning.

The room was nice and clean and comfortable to stay in. It was close to my training too.

Although I did find someones underwear in the big blanket that I pulled out of the closet which wasn't nice to discover.. I then wondered if the blankets get washed between peoples stays? My pillow needed to be replaced as they were lumpy and not the best. It would have been great the have cutlery for my heated food too from the microwave.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a short stay. I am from the other side of town and my husband was admitted to Calvary Health Care Bethlehem so I needed to stay somewhere nearby. The motor inn is within walking distance of the hospital which is fantastic.

The room and staff were great. The only thing I could recommend is perhaps more information about local take away places and their menus in the room would be very handy.

A clean room with comfortable bed for a very reasonable price. This was perhaps the most modestly priced hotel during moomba weekend and I was very glad I tried it. Although modest in its appearance, the location near the Parkdale Beach Cafe and mesmerising nearby beaches was excellent, as was its proximity to both the Melbourne CBD and Mornington peninsula. I'll be coming back. Thank you.

The outward appearance could be given a refresh, to ensure gardens are more neatly kept. Also, the staff outdoor smoking area was somewhat shabby, with rubbish and unattractive chairs about. This was a pity as otherwise this really is a good deal and would not take much to improve these aspects.

Great location, motel is a bit dated, but it was clean, comfortable, all we needed. Bathroom was great, very modern.

The wifi was very patchy, room is dated, nothing luxurious about this hotel.

Parking was hard... I finish my activities at midnight... Barely see anything in the car park

For its price is simply perfect, great location, bathrooms are renovated and clean. Bed is comfortable, extra blanket and towels provided, and aircon that works well. I have been here several times and will come back.

All was fine to be honest, just remeber this is not a 5 start hotel, is a budgent hotel.
